Really friendly staff who always had time to say hello and even remember how we liked our eggs in the morning. A lovely family-run establishment. Would highly recommend. Rooms were a little hot at night-time.
Eleana (2/5): Our stay was very sad, I cannot recommend this property to anyone and will certainly never return. - The room was clean, which is the only positive aspect of our stay. Everything else was a disaster The owner (who is also the staff) behaved in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner. Because I sent her two WhatsApp messages on our way to inform her about a late check-in due to heavy traffic, she was waiting for us angrily at reception and verbally attacked us. She was offensive and even threatened to cancel our booking and refund our money upon arrival — which is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a family of four during high season. I travel frequently, both for business and leisure, and I have never experienced such poor treatment, particularly at a property charging around 400 euros per night per room. During our stay, we witnessed similar behavior toward other guests, including shouting and yelling at them. Breakfast was extremely basic and repetitive, with very limited portions. For example, when requesting scrambled eggs, only one egg was served, which is insufficient, especially for guests skiing all day. Parking was not free, and both the sauna and amenities were charged an additional 2.5 euros. No slippers or bathrobes were provided.
Agnieszka (6/5): Sad place - It was clean and the location was great Breakfast ! I have never seen something like this. Very poor choice and served very badly. They wouldn’t cut vegetables but bananas which get dark yes ! I had to drink my espresso from a huge tee mug. I’ve asked for a smaller cup but the owner told me that the gusts don’t know what size of cup they should use for a different types of coffee and this would make a mess. I’ve never experienced something like this. We only had breakfast twice there , instead of 4. I would expect something better for 500 euros per night. Spa only opens for 2,5 h a day. I can’t imagine why. All in all very sad experience and I would never come back here or recommend. Sure not for this money.

Yogurt was sour 3 of seven days. Got tired of testing it each morning. Ski and boot storage smelt like the worst high school locker room. Ventilation fan was there but never worked.

Thomas (8/5): Comfortable hotel in the heart of selva val Gardena - Spacious suite, good beds, very well heated. Good local breakfast (fresh juice a plus). Nice location 100m from ski lift for beginners and a 2 min walk from main square. Nice view We took a suite so that we have 2 separate space (one for kids and one for us) and unlike on the pictures, sliding Doors were present but no curtains. Hence we were in the dark from 8pm when kids went to bed. Not sure if this was a temporary issue.
