• Jennifer (1/5): - Noting The room smelled like smoke. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave from the latch work that was done. The room was dirty with stuff in the walls

• Brittany (1/5): - The location is good and price per night was really good I did not like that I was charged $25 to be able to check in early and another $100 for accidental damage when I check in when no other places never charge me any of that . Plus they still have refund me $77 for a stay that was cancelled. They need to up their steps and be more like the other places and offer people free breakfast that stay there in mornings and stop charging extra when people book through a 3rd party. It makes them look greedy when they do that.

• Joseph (4/5): Staff was unhelpful and wasn't room i booked, - I booked two queen beds ahead of time and even called ahead for an extra cott. Get there last night staff was unhelpful and when i got to my room had two full beds and no spare. I have two teenagers one boy one girl... called the front desk and they said no spare beds avaliable and they only have 2. Then we ask for spare blanket so one kid can sleep on the floor snd they tell us they dont have any spare blankets...

Lots of characters wandering around late at night and seemingly every room smells like cigarettes even though it's not allowed. Definitely people living here. • Christine (2/5): Absolutely Not. - This property was absolutely filthy, and unsafe. When I walked into the lobby to check in, there was a fight going on between the desk attendant and some man. They continue to fight as I stood there for about 10 minutes, waiting to check in. Based on this, I asked to see the room first. Disgusting. Shady looking people were just hanging out in the parking lot. I never checked in. I immediately left.

This hotel is extremely filthy what look like blood on the sheets, big stains, toilet bowl was unusable far as cleanness. I will be contacting the health department. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel available for 3 cities, matthews, concord and charlotte. It was either here or the car. So I made a hard choice with a lot of lysol and bleach. Please dont stay here for your own health..i dont know why i cant upload the pictures on here ...?

• Eduardo (2/5): - I rented 10 rooms and they were all infested with bedbugs. I returned the rooms two days early and they did not refund the money. The manager does not understand the reasons and refused to refund the money for the 2 days that were missing and that we paid in advance for 10 rooms. We lost $1,500 dollars plus medical costs and medicines for our employees. I am trying to find a lawyer and have the hotel closed.
• Steven (2/5): - We were in one of the rooms in the back of the building. Many cars came through to an adjacent room throughout the night. It looked like drug deals were going down. Loud shouting and horns honking kept us up most of the night. It was terrible. They needed a security guard. The security lighting was not effective in the hidden area in the back of the building. I’ll never stay in another Red Roof Inn.
