Please note children over 12 years old are considered as adults. Breakfast service will take place at the Aptos La Bocayna. As an alternative service, the swimming pool of "Tacande La Bocayna" will be available and at the disposal of the guests. This is located 328 ft from the Coloradamar Reception. On the other hand, we inform you that the children's pool and the jacuzzi in the pool area will remain fully available. From August 29th to September 21st, 2025 (inclusive), the pool will be closed for maintenance work. Alternative pools will be available at nearby accommodations. Guests traveling with pets must pay a supplement of 20 EUR per pet per night. Maximum weight 7 kg. This supplement is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the establishment. Pets are only allowed in the 2-bedroom apartment with sea views and in the 2-bedroom apartments with a hot tub.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Kriss (10/5): Quiet Apartments with facilities near by or a 15 minute walk. Bus stop next to Apartments 15 mins to Centre - Very relaxed and quiet. Spacious accommodation. Short hours on reception, but they do answer WhatsApp quickly.
Kim (10/5): Perfection - Everything there was nothing that we could have changed. Everything worked, clean and in a lovely location, nice and quiet, pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds, the staff could not be more helpful,.
AnneMarie (7/5): Ideally located but beware of mosquitos - The property was beautiful - even had a roof terrace for sunbathing (unfortunately we didn't get to use it as weather did not permit). Staff very friendly. Our cleaning lady was superb even noticing running water was brown and the day after we had a new tank fitted for the water which corrected the problem. Light in kitchen area did not work didn't report as we didn't really need it. Unfortunately the weather was bad and the apartment was cold at night - no option to have heating in main sitting room area, so sat wrapped in duvet (First week in March). Huge problem with mosquitos, all over the appartment on entering the main (largest bedroom) they were all over the roof, and evidence of previous ones being squashed on walls - didn't sleep the first night constantly being attacked by them and our faces showed the evidence with bite marks - a visit to the supermarket and anti mosquito plug ins for each room, citronella oils on cotton wool around whole apartment helped but it was expensive. Brown running water issue was corrected.
Claire (9/5): Quiet and relaxed week in Easter sunshine - Excellent location. Easy walk into marina area with good choice of good quality good value restaurants. Bungalow had all we needed. Sun trap in the front and a Bali bed by the pool. Complex was very peaceful and quiet in early season. Very few people by the pool despite sunny but windy weather. Bungalow was cleaned regularly by friendly and efficient staff. The area felt very quiet and safe for two women travellers. Reception staff were generally helpful apart from the last day when reception was locked but a call to the contact number brought the manager to reception and he was very helpful. We had a late flight and were offered a courtesy room for 30 euros however we decided against it as the rooms were underneath reception so rather dark with no outside space. Overall a very pleasant and relaxed week in a very quiet environment and I would highly recommend these apartments and would not hesitate to book again. One room was larger with more wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom however the second was smaller and lacked adequate storage which is unfair if two friends are sharing.
Oran Kennedy (7/5): Overall decent and quiet hotel without major issues but would look elsewhere next time. - Apartment was spacious, 2 separate bedrooms and central living room/kitchenette, hot tub was decent temperature. Small supermarket and taxi rank were a couple of minutes walk away. About 30 minutes (with a child) walk to the marina and shops, bars and restaurants. Kitchenette ha a large fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. Pool was pretty cold, communal hot tub was freezing as was the kids pool. Cleaning was not very thorough, and missed a couple of times (is only 5 days a week but was missed more than this).

Carolyn (9/5): A lovely quiet place away from the main buzz of Playa Blanca. - It was very quiet. A detached bungalow. There was nobody on reception when we arrived. Welcome was by a text message. Towels were very poor - thin and small and few of them.
David (10/5): Everything else was perfect for us and we plan to return in the future - Very helpful and friendly staff. Communication was efficient and very effective. A small site that we found quiet and relaxed. Veery clean accommodation with all facilities. Shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Easy and inexpensive bus access to the centre of town. Beds were a bit firm. This is our only negative issue.

Un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel permet d'aller à Playa Blanca. L'appartement est vaste, comfortable, très propre, avec une grande terrasse et des transats. Irene (8/5): The perfect stay for 3 nights in the south of the island - The apartment was super well located. We stayed 3 nights in Playa Blanca without a car and were able to walk everywhere, as it felt very safe and relatively close to everything. From the apartment to Playa Flamingo on the west side, there is about an hour walk. And to the east, you have 1 hour and 30 minutes to Playa Papagayo, passing by many other wonderful beaches on the go. There is a supermarket near by and a wonderful restaurant literally 2 minutes away. We went in November so perhaps this helped but the facilities were quiet and peaceful and we did not hear or see any other people from the other flats. The place was clean overall, and the beds super comfy (I stayed on the sofa bed, with the beginning of a flu and was able to sleep deep and recover). The staff was friendly and helpful and they left us a nice wine and some water for the day which was a nice touch. The hot water would run out for the second person taking a shower so that was a bit uncomfortable. The place could do with an extra bit of cleaning but it was okay. Nothing else to report, really!

Alex (7/5): Gute Lage - Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt jedoch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne, großzügige und ruhige Poollandschaft mit genügend Liegen. Im Whirlpool beim Appartement wird ohne Wassermessung einfach jeden Tag eine Chlortablette hinein geworfen. Dementsprechend riecht das Wasser extrem nach Chlor. In der Anlage selber ist es sehr ruhig aber gegenüber hat es ein Hotel mit Animation. Dies in einer Lautstärke welche fast nicht zu ertragen ist. Wirklich übel☹
Yassin (9/5): Spitzen Bungalow in Top Lage - Spitzenlage , paar Minuten zur Fuss zum Einkaufszentrum und zu den traumhaften Papageien Strände. Wohnung wird täglich gesäubert, Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Den privaten Whirlpool beim Bungalow haben wir täglich zum Relaxen genutzt. Das man das Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette werfen durfte.

Svetlana (8/5): Relaxing and hassle free stay - We had a bungalow with a hot tube, and it was great - easy to run and pleasure to use. Hassle-free fully remote check-in, instructions were timely and perfectly clear. A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge was appreciated :) Nothing major. It was unexpected to never see anybody at the reception desk, but I could easily sort out any queries via whatsapp. Wifi was a bit slow in the evening time.

Daniel was really attentive and was a great host, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering us a great deal for a return visit. The bungalows were clean and well equipped, a bit dated but this didn’t bother us. Fantastic views and location, we were upgraded upon arrival and check in was smooth. We have already booked to come back! Nothing, we felt it had everything we needed. Clean, well equipped.

Pamela (9/5): Overall, I do recommend this place and the apartment itself. The stay was really enjoyable! - I really liked the stay. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet — I hardly saw any neighbors during my stay, which made it incredibly relaxing. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning. We received complimentary wine and water, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The water was warm and clean. We could cook in the apartment and there were all the necessary tools & cutlery included. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the breakfast in the hotel nearby — it was far below expectations. There were quite some options, and I couldn’t find anything suitable for myself, except maybe the boiled egg and a yoghurt. For example scrambled eggs and meat were just inedible. Even the coffee was disappointing. I do not recommend having the breakfast included.

Georgi (10/5): Paradise - Excellent location close to the wild beaches, but also shops and (simple) restaurants. If you need a bigger choice of shopping and restaurants, it's 15-minute walk to the marina. Spacious bungalows with a jacuzzi, a garden with barbeque and big open space views. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. Also possible to cook and enjoy a quiet dinner in the garden.

A small (32unit ) complex of 2 bedroom 2 shower rpm serviced apartments . Pics are accurate. Well equipped to high standard . Clean and maid service/ towel change daily in the week . Good pool and jacuzzi ( though bit chilly in dec !) Each apt has indoor and covered outdoor dining area and sun beds . Plus ours had hot tub . It’s very quiet area only 5 mins walk from sea/ beach / coast path . The shopping centre 150 metres away has large supermarket open 8a-10p plus mix of around 7/8 restaurants / cafes / bars . Highly recommend the varied tapas menus and very low prices for food and drink at the bar next to the main doors of the supermarket called Furancho do Tono Nothing to dislike . It’s perfect place if you want a relaxing break away from the downtown razzmatazz !

Jim (10/5): Peace and Quiet in a beautiful apartment complex - The apartment was in pristine condition - ours had two bed rooms and a Jacuzzi ! Two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen / lounge area. The Jacuzzi was placed in the private terrace where we also had a table with four chairs and two sun loungers ! The number 30 bus which loops playa Blanca has a stop rite across the street ! You can go anywhere in playa Blanca for €1.48 ! The pool area is very quiet and on most days only us and one or two other couples used it .. 10 out of 10 !! Nothing .. Everything was perfect .. the location the property the staff the pool the nearby shopping centre .. bus stop at the door !

Shower in main bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be The fact there was a large group staying in complex and every day by pool they took over the pool bar for their own cooking / drinking and we felt like we were intruding and therefore not comfortable at pool. Should have not booked other guests with such a big group staying and unfair not to have pool bar available . We paid good money too for this trip . Also bad drain/ sewage smells were consistent , we didn’t complain as sometimes this is the norm in Lanzarote and what really can they do

Christopher (9/5): Absolutely excellent place to stay with everything we needed in the apartment. - For us this was in a terrific location at the Papagyo end of Playa Blanca but just a 15-20 minute walk to the marina and all the restaurants and shops there. The Papagayo beaches were a similar distance away walking across the headland. There is a supermarket and good bars and restaurants in a small mall 2 minutes away including a lovely cafe we often used for breakfast. The complex is well laid out with a nice pool with lots of seating (without being at all crowded). The apartment was regularly cleaned through out our stay and gave us everything we needed. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful Really nothing. We will happily return to the complex!
Rosemary (8/5): Really enjoyed our 7day break - A really lovely complex which was very quiet but convenient to the supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. Our bungalow was very private and just around the corner from the pool. We'll kitted out with all you would need ( other than an oven!) Fabulous 15- 20 stroll to the Marina ( our favourite spot) Found my mattress early hard! One of the beds in the 2 bed bungalow was a bed settee ..it would have been better if it had been a proper bed. Although the apt. was clean it needs a bit of refurbishment ( cracks in a number of the bathroom tiles Apt 13)
Daria (10/5): Fantastic - Honestly, everything was great. Upon arrival we were received by taxi services arranged by hotel, ride was great. They have children seats of all ages in a van. Hotel staff are friendly and doing their best to help always. Villa was stunning. We had one with jacuzzi. Clean, kitchenette had everything for your comfort, I mean literally everything. I enjoyed cooking lovely breakfasts and we had them on the terrace. Weather was amazing and we took a ride every day to Playa Flamingo by taxi, from hotel to playa Flamingo it’s only 6-7£ for a ride. Taxi services amazing in this country, average waiting time 2 min. There is a lovely beach nearby. Was a bit worried about departure, because we had to be at the airport by 6 am. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us 1 day in advance and taxi came literally minute into minute. Everything is fantastic and I’ll probably come back there with friends. This time I stayed with mom and my 5 year old daughter. My daughter enjoyed kids swimming pool during the hot hours of the day. We have never been disturbed by any other customers. It’s very quiet. We all got everything we needed during our holiday in your hotel. Thank you everyone! We will be back! Jacuzzi was lovely, clean, and water was very comfortable for evenings, I enjoyed it. But the chemical you use there is too strong, because it turned all my clothes to white colour.
Christopher (9/5): Great stay, loved the bungalows and would return. - Spacious bungalows with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely lounge area and kitchenette. Cleaners came most days and the bungalow was spotless. Furniture looked very new and clean, and we thought the entire complex was very tidy and well kept. The bungalows rear terrace was a great sun trap and was so nice to have the choice of sitting out there or sitting out the front by the pool. Ample sun beds and pool area was always very quiet. The place was exactly as described. The wifi in our bungalow stopped working after a couple of days and we had a few issues with one of the entrance gates (this was promptly checked by the staff)

Annabelle (10/5): Lovely stay - The staff were really friendly and allowed us a late check out for our evening flight at no extra cost. The pool area was quiet - no need to rush for sun loungers. The location was perfect, as there are shops and restaurants right outside, but also it’s easy to get to the harbour area with many more restaurants by a short walk along the coast. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful terrace.

Stelios (7/5): please ensure that all guests are provided with the WiFi and are shown how the kitchen appliances work at the time of th - The spot and the actual location were amazing. The assistance offered by the employees was not at all aligned with what one would expect from a 4 star hotel (for example, when we called the reception at 10 pm because our kitchen was not working they replied that the reception was only open after 3 pm for urgencies). That aside, we found two huge cockroaches in our bedroom which must have been there before our arrival because we did not use the balcony nor left any window open.
