Guest Reviews
- Aurora (10/5): - I loooove staying here. Its clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are soooo kind and helpful. I love saying hi to Mark, he's hilarious and outgoing. Definitely a fun place to stay for all ages! There is nothing I don't like :)
- Janessa (8/5): - The property offered a beautiful poolside area for breakfast and our room was nice and spacious. We booked a room with two beds and we only got one. Wouldn’t count the fold out couch as a proper bed.
- Donna (8/5): -
- Tanker05 (10/5): - Extremely clean, vibrant, upbeat atmosphere. Airy and welcoming. Nothing. It was perfect.
- Becky (10/5): - Everything. N/A

- Kristine (8/5): Good stay, but need some upgrades. - Location and clean amenities. Need to upgrade pillows and change air conditioning system.
- Tourist01134678826 (10/5): Beautiful stay at the Oasis! - We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Oasis. From check in that was seamless, to our departure we loved every second!!!! The front desk staff were very warm and kind. The pool area is beautiful. We sat and enjoyed the beautiful greenery! So many cool plants and trees. The pool and splash pad were well maintained. Breakfast was hot and fresh with many options. Glad we met Mark, the banana ambassador!! The kids loved that. We can't wait to come back!!!!
- Penny (10/5): - The plants inside and out, water flow fountains, security gate, pool closed at 11 pm that was nice compared to other hotels at 9 or 10 n the shower walk in and water coming out everywhere.
- Cheryl (10/5): We were blown away! - The breakfast was similar to large chain motels, but eating it in a rainforest was delightful! The water features were a step beyond most luxury hotels. At 82, I wish I had known to request “no steps” when booking adjacent rooms, but at check-in we WERE given an option and bathrooms are ADHD.
The shower was a bit slippery due to inadequately rinsed cleaning agent, but easily solved.
- Michele (7/5): Comodo - La posizione e la pulizia La colazione non aveva molta scelta e lo staff assente. Camere poco insonorizzate e ventilazione rumorosa
- Andrea (1/5): -
- Tammy (9/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower had very low water pressure and the shower head was scaled over so a lot if the spray did not work.

- Clarence (8/5): Clean, comfortable room in a great environment. Good value for our overnight stay. - It was nice to have a room overlooking the indoor pool and garden area. Staff was friendly. Instructions on best place to park for my room could have been better. Also, instructions on how to get to 475 could have been better. Location of the elevator was not ideal for accessing 475.
- adolfo (7/5): Sencillo - Habitacion grande , y no se oían ruidos y bastante limpia Muy impersonal te dan un plano para llegar a tu habitación y un desayuno muy simple
- Lillian (10/5): Informative conference in a friendly environment - Friendly. Clean Everything was great
- Harry (10/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): -
- wendy (7/5): It was a nice hotel - The beds were comfortable. The location Was convenient. The hotel is huge and they only have one area for breakfast and there’s not a lot of space for you to eat. It’s very overcrowded. We didn’t get to eat once and we stayed three night nights.
- Curtis (10/5): -
- Teel (10/5): - Everywhere smelled and looked clean. The map was a little confusing
- Mia (10/5): Excellent - The staff was really nice, the hotel smell was really nice as well and the breakfast was great. Loved everything about this trip.
- Dayton (10/5): -
- Kelsey (10/5): Exquisite - Literally every single thing. I don’t think I disliked anything lol
- Debra (7/5): - Friendly and accommodating staff. Online check-in and check-out. The breakfast was very good. They have a wonderful swimming and dining area. It's full of live beautiful plants.. Our room didn't really have a balcony like most rooms. Our view was blocked by large fence. Some kind of trucking business on the other side.
- Scott (10/5): - The suite we stayed in

- viajeraOrange_CA (2/5): Confusing hotel layout, rooms have NUMBERS but elevators only LETTERS. Poor internet. Terrible shower-head system and low wat - Confusing hotel layout, rooms have NUMBERS but elevators only LETTERS. They did have LOTS OF PERSONNEL TO GUIDE US, but I want to crucify the architect who designed the awful layout with multiple tiers and short stairs that messes up luggage transportation. Poor internet, kept circulating, seeking signal. Terrible shower-head system. Low water pressure in the sink. After a very LONG travel day, the last thing I needed was to go on a "scavenger hunt" to find our room. Never again!!

- Debra (10/5): We will come back just to stay here for the weekend! We will tell everyone about this place. - This is an absolute jewel!!
I can’t brag enough on this place. Nothing!

- Matthew (10/5): -
- Toni (10/5): -
- Shane (9/5): - n/a n/a
- Diedra (7/5): - The pre check in and pre check out process was annoying and a bit aggressive with multiple reminders and even an 8am alert the morning of our stay asking when we planned to leave…so much for sleeping in and felt rushed to leave …not very welcoming
- 417malissak (10/5): Fantastic Fun - Excellent, sensational!!! One of our most favorite places to be. Fun and friendly staff. Delicious food and "dranks". Pool is warm. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is high tech. Checking in and out is so easy.
- Savannah (10/5): - Nice hotel, comfortable, clean. Security for the car park. Good breakfast and an indoor (and outdoor in summer) pool
- rhocrotzer (8/5): Oasis in Missouri - Nice hotel with ample parking and a gated entrance. The staff was professional and courteous.
Clean place. Beds were okay and clean linens.
Walked to the restaurant across the street for breakfast. Great location.
- 872warrenc (4/5): good hotel very poorly managed - This hotel could have been an enjoyable experience if the management had not been trying to pinch pennies. First the negatives
1. This hotel has 177 rooms according to the front desk and it only has two handicaped parking places. This means that most handicaped guests cannot park anywhere near the hotel entrance.
2. We asked for a balcony room so that we could enjoy the weather. There were no chairs on the balcony so it was impossible to enjoy the balcony.
3. The beds were old and worn out. You had to roll down to the hollow spot on the edge of the bed. The bed was very soft.
4. The room was not provided with any glasses.
The hotel was designed and built to be a very nice hotel. There were a few positives during our stay.
1. The breakfast was a nice experience. It was located in the indoor pool area which was decorated in a very nice tropical decor with tropical plants, palms and water features. The free breakfast itself was above average.
2. the rooms were nicely decorated and coud have geen very good except for the negatuives listed above.
3. the hotel entrance is gated and in the evenings is also guarded making it safer than the normal hotel.
As stated above, this hotel was build to be above average and would have been if management had not tried to pinch pennies.
Due to the beds, lack of balcony furniture and lack of glasses, do not stay in room 579 and don't stay here at all if you are handicaped!

- jackiewehrenberg (2/5): Don't stay here - This appears to be a rundown hotel that was given a facelift. There was a very large party a few doors down from my room in "the hospitality room" that they rented for such. It kept me awake as I stewed over not being able to sleep. After calling the front desk and well after quiet hours, the party died down. It also appears to be in a not so great area, as there was a guard at the front to let people in and all the businesses around the hotel were gaited.
- Kenneth (10/5): -
- Brandon (9/5): -
- Pitts (8/5): Overall very good! - The pool area was nice, and the breakfast was really good. The pool area had the SLICKIST floors. My kids fell multiple times going from the splash pad to the pool.
- Christopher (10/5): -
- E3682CErandyj (10/5): Vacation - Great place to stay for a quick get away an relax
- Katie (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and kid friendly - It was clean and kid friendly The noise from all the traffic through the halls
- Jearl (9/5): Even though the hotel is gated, we got a bad scratch on the passenger rear door of our vehicle. - It was a wonderful breakfast. The food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Dennis (9/5): Loved our room at this facility. - Really nice facility with spacious king bedroom with sitting area. Large screen TV and a large bathroom plus a mirror and vanity area outside of the bathroom. Refrigerator had a freezer for ice packs. Breakfast was only OK.
- leftyjpb (6/5): Do Better and People will Return - Average stay for price. It’s a $120 hotel and should be priced as such. Its had a facelift but workmanship on finish is poor in rooms. Don't be deceived on balcony room; some are a patio looking at a white fence, hence why blinds are closed on market photos. Pool is nice! Breakfast good. Cleanliness poor in common areas.
- Erockemt75 (8/5): - Staff was really great and helpful. Room was alittle smaller but not bad overal The shower was nice but water pressure was very weak
- arickhood753 (6/5): Good but may be noisy - This hotel had a clean room and the staff we spoke with were great. The Fire and Ice restaurant was very nice and the food was also very good. The pool area was clean and well kept and the breakfast was good and well monitored and maintained by staff. A few negatives though. First, when we arrived there was a convention at the property and trying to get into the site off of N Glenstone in heavy traffic was a nightmare and pretty much all the parking was taken. Second, because of the layout of the hotel and the interconnected hallways connected to the outside from the interior corridors, you can hear doors opening and slamming shut all night while people arrived and left. We were awakened three times throughout the night as people arrived as late as 3:30 AM each one of our nights. Third, our room was on the ground floor adjacent from the lobby and at the end of a hall. Next to our "garden patio" was a smokers outpost area were people gathered to smoke. Not a very Oasis experience as people were gathered right next to the patio off the sidewalk. Consider a second level interior room if you want some privacy. Last, while our bathroom was clean and appeared updated, the shower had little pressure for the fancy multi directiononal shower unit that was installed. Overall for the price and amenities a pretty decent hotel, just realize during your stay you may have a convention, or events for kids sports and a birthday party that may make the experience less than a peaceful Oasis and more like a noisy party.
- JacksonG323232 (2/5): Woken up in the middle of the night by loud slams - There were loud slams of these automatic doors right outside my room from this storage area constantly from 3AM onwards from employees preparing breakfast. Barely slept. You'll experience this if your room number is in the 540s.
- Melinda (1/5): -
- amystinespring (2/5): Booked wrong room - we came here for my daughter‘s 16th birthday and booked her the nicest room in the entire hotel, the paradise suite. When we got there, they told us they booked the wrong room and that someone else was already in it. Gave us a room smaller and everyone could not fit in it so I had to get a lot of cots. I was very disappointed, wanting the best for my daughter and not being able to deliver😕
- minnerdennis515 (10/5): Awesome Stay - Stayed here based on existing reviews and we were not disappointed, from check in to check out, we will be back. Overall facility is awesome and the breakfast was the best we have had anywhere for a hotel that serves breakfast.
- Guest (9/5): -
- deanneconnectrealty (10/5): Favorite hotel in Springfield, MO! - The hotel is decorated in such a fun Oasis with palm trees, plants, and just a fun atmosphere! Breakfast was great! Really appreciate the security guard and gate! I highly recommend!!
- andrewmL900PL (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway - Our entire experience was amazing! From checking in to the dining and activities. We went swimming for hours, we're spoiled completely while having a meal at fire and ice. The whole staff was helpful and kind. Huge shout outs to Mark, Ava, Jordan, and Maddie
- Trista (10/5): Great Place to Stay! - Clean rooms, comfortable beds, courteous staff! Everything was great!
- Perkins (10/5): - The hotel staff was great, the room was good. The price was a little high for the time of year The price... I didn't get the rate that was for the time I stayed.
- William (10/5): - nice hotel
good restaurant
nice cold bar top
- Rick (7/5): -
- Puente (10/5): - Loved my stay, hotel was beautiful, the food amazing! Mark the banana ambassador was cool😃
- Nicole (4/5): Disappointed. - The hotel did accommodate our room request. Traveled over three hours to celebrate my 8 year old's birthday. Of course the purpose was to swim and enjoy the pool etc. The pool was absolutely freezing cold to the point my kids could not swim at all. The entire birthday party was ruined as that was the sole purpose we were there.
- Fuentes (9/5): The place was nice and clean the breakfast was really good too just disappointed we didn’t get to use the pool. - The place was beautiful and peaceful loved all the water fountains. I was disappointed to find out the pool was closed
- Singh (7/5): -
- TaterMaNae (10/5): - Staff was super friendly, it was a neat experience, and overall just a fun little getaway. Nothing :)
- jamilaatterberry2 (2/5): Loudness - Loud foul smell and the room and too expensive to only be there for not even a full 12 hours The pool look murky just still works experience I've ever dealt with dealing with them you guys
- Minnie (7/5): The hotel was a little difficult to find because it was stuck back in a nook and the line at the security gate was backe - Staff was courteous, pleasant, and easy to talk to the facilities were clean The bed was way too soft. I had a terrible time sleeping and woke up with a horrible backache.
- Tonya (8/5): - Secure with a gate to get in Heated indoor pool was cold
- billymiller2026 (2/5): No Communication - During the duration of my visit, the air conditioner in my room and many (if not all) of the rooms around me. The staff was not forthcoming with updates on the status of the repair except for when they erroneously declared that it was fixed during our first full day on the property.
- Girtman (10/5): -
- Isabel (9/5): It was really good the staff is friendly, everything they had was good. Would stay here again - The splash pad, lights in room, the biscuits and gravy, the one old guy who works in the morning. He told us about the bananas growing and was very nice and friendly and one night shift guy he got busy and I really needed feminine products and he said he would take care of it, the late check out at 1 the Starbucks Not enough seats for breakfast, my door was missing a safety lock for the sliding door, the bathroom had no tub (maybe that was my fault for not paying attention.
- Robert (8/5): - Stayed to attend an event with Prime Inc. The location is ideal with access to just about anything you need. Security at the front gate is a plus. The room this time around didn't feel as warm and comfortable as previous stays. A few other guests were abnormally loud, and dogs barking.
- Angela (10/5): -
- Kristina (10/5): -
- Susan (3/5): - The decor I was charged $25 with no explanation when I checked in and the charge is still on my card. I prepaid this hotel room through booking.com. I should not have an additional charge
- WANDA (10/5): -
- Jane (8/5): - Clean, location, breakfast options Loud, too crowded
- Erica (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Comfortable clean rooms, pool area, staff, restaurant were all amazing No complaints
- Brittany (10/5): -
- AnnSk2026 (8/5): March 2026 - The hotel does not provide 24 hour coffee in the lobby and the shuttle service was unavailable. The pool area and breakfast area was nice.
