• Edith (10/5): - The apt was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was spotless. I had a wonderful bath and enjoyed the sun as I lounged around the pool.
• Mallarie (6/5): Wouldn't stay again. - The studio, apart from the balcony was clean and the bed comfy. Sleep quality, however, was a difficult story. There was frequent noise from other guests and the soundproofing was terrible. The reception area wasn't manned so there was no one to keep the early morning noise down. The kitchette was poorly equipped. When we asked for wine glasses, we were refused. There were no shops within the area. We were glad we had a car.

• pawel (8/5): - The toilet was dirty with pee stains and the cable was ripped out of the wall... big place, friendly staff, but the fact the toilet seat had pee stains all over it tells me the quality of cleanliness is lacking. This is one of the most important aspects for any place of stay. I would go back but id expect beyter.

• Frantz (6/5): Convenable mais rustique - Appartement pratique mais pas très bien équipé (pas de machine a laver, pas de lave vaisselle... Mais surtout très rustique. La devanture de l'hôtel est plutôt moderne et bien entretenue tandis que les chambres et le mobilier sont restés dans leur jus. Pour notre séjour de 4 nuits cela a fait l'affaire mais il y a bien mieux a trouver pour séjourner a Portimao.

Small pool, but lovely Roscha beach 20min walk or 4min by car. Long queue at checkin. Too few power sockets at room to charge your equipment. Dont know if it's a local habit but also this hotel wash missing brush/sponge and washing fluid for the dishes.

• Brigitte (8/5): Angenehme Unterkunft - Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber. Jeden Tag kommen auch die Putzfrauen, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Es mangelt an einfachen Sachen wie Holzlöffel, Pfannenwender, Gemüsesschäler etc... Wichtiger wäre auch für den Badeurkazb einen Wäscheständer, um die Strandsachen auf dem Balkon aufzuhängen.
• Ron (8/5): - I’d say that this hotel is definitely just okay; the rooms are pretty big and in a great area, but everything is quite outdated. Our door also did not close properly resulting in us coming back to our room being wide open, which has big safety concerns. The room itself was quite dirty, and it was clear that the bare minimum was put in between guests; there were stains in the linen, on the walls, and other parts too. All in all, it’s a great place to sleep, but not for much else.

Found my room to be very clean and spacious, bit dated(1 bed studio) the furniture but comfortable. I was very impressed with the daily cleaning of my room . • Verified traveler (8/5): Pratique et confortable - L'appartement est assez spacieux, avec un kitchenette. C'est propre et la salle de bain est confortable. Un parking est disponible au pied de l'immeuble. La localisation est pas mal car pas trop loin du port.

• Przemek (6/5): - Our balcony table was not clean and it wasn't cleaned even once during our stay. The kitchen lacked things like washing rags and towels etc. We had to wash the dishes using our hands. The other guests were EXTREMELY LOUD every single night - regardless if it was 1 AM or 4 AM, they were just shouting and screaming on the corridor and banging doors. It was terrible and it prevented us from resting at night. Absolute disaster.-

• Sven (8/5): - We were pleasantly surprised. We only needed accommodation when we were travelling through and got it here on good terms. There was a car park in September without any problems. The flat was very clean and quiet. The furnishings were okay. Yes, everything was a bit dated but usable. I don't think the location is ideal for everyone. There is nothing going on and that refers to shopping (food), restaurants, nature,... From my point of view, you always have to get into the car. If you just need a bed and a pool, you're in good hands.

• Anne (6/5): - The view from the 7th floor was nice. The people at the bar/coffee bar were great - especially the lady who worked on the Saturday and Sunday and Monday mornings. Cleaning staff did not do a good job . On the second day, they only left us one bath towel, and they didn't replace our hand towels. The building we were in needs a lot of upgrading and deep cleaning. The office staff did not know how we could phone from room to room. Dish cloth and dish soap would have been a good way for the next guests to feel that things were sanitary.

• Latifa (4/5): Mauvaise expérience - On était surpris que la piscine et la réception est de l'autre côté de la rue, pas de lave linge, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de sèche linge, l'appartement n'est pas moderne, coupures fréquentes du wifi, seul point positif la vue par le balcon est extraordinaire. La ville de portimao est très belle.

Jolies piscines pour grands et petits et j’ai aimé le petit jacuzzi en plus. Nous avons passé de bons moments avec les enfants, nous reviendrons c’est sur. 😃

De casualidad nos dimos cuenta que habia otro edificio cerca que se llamaba Mirachoros y al ir a consultar nos indican que ahi era la recepcion de los dos complejos. La informacion en la pagina de Expedia no era correcta ya que no daba ninguna especificacion sobre ir a otro edificio a hacer el check-in. Seia bueno corrijan esto para evitar que más gente se confunda

• Priscilla (6/5): - Good value accommodation in Portimao in a safe and quiet area with good parking. If it is check-in time and you expect bigger crowds (because there is a festival, for example), you should plan for more staff. We had to wait quite a long time because there was a big queue at the reception. Also, there should be sponges and washing-up liquid in the room so that you can wash the used dishes. And unfortunately our room was poorly sound-proofed.
• Sandy (6/5): - Das Apartment war schön groß mit einem super Blick über die Stadt vom Balkon in der 7. Etage. Allerdings gab es einen Park in der Nähe mit Pfauen und die haben sogar in der Nacht geschrien, was echt nervig war. Die Küche is nur mit dem notwendigsten an Geschirr ausgestattet. Es gab weder Holzlöffel noch Pfannenwender. Und das schlimmste war noch, dass nicht mal Spülmittel und ein Schwamm zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das soll man sich laut Aussage der Rezeption selber besorgen. Fand ich nicht in Ordnung. Der Zustand der zwei Sofas ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig. Sie waren mit Flecken übersät.

• Amy (6/5): - The reception staff were nice and gave us good information regarding taxi services and general sightseeing tips. The location of our Mirachoro apartment was fine, but the kitchen looked a bit beat up.The wifi connection was very bad, so it was hard to get online to make quick reservations or travel arrangements on our phones/tablets.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Hotel, basic self catering. - Booked for a last minute week in Seotember. After lots of searching we settled on the Mirachoro III because it was affordable but more importantly a 24hr check in which we were struggling to find. We booked a self catering apartment which was a building across the road from the Main hotel (Mirachoro II) where the pool, bar, reception etc was but this was a very short walk and if anything made the room quieter. Overall the apartment was a bit tired but was large with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower and taps was very good and hot. House keeping came every day to empty bin and tidy round. The only negative for us was the facilities in our self catering kitchen. There was no kettle, the electric hob was tiny and took ages to get hot and the only frying pan was huge so the tiny hob struggled to get it even warm. There was no bread knife, the only sharp knife being a small paring knife. We like to cook our own breakfast and lunch and this was difficult with the very basic facilities, but if you like to eat out alot and just have basic breakfasts the apartment would have been more than adequate. Overall, for what it cost it was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.
