Emma (10/5): We will be returning! - Stunning hotel, with incredible views. We were a bit dubious reading some of the reviews, but are firm believers a holiday is what you make it. The staff were always helpful. The choice of food was huge every meal. The entertainment staff had us involved playing games and somehow managed to remember everyone’s names! The rooms were very clean, spacious and beds comfortable. The walk up from the beach was hard on the legs and lungs, there are other ways to access it and get back to the hotel. We did it once and didn’t feel the need to again!

La TV no va bien, no hay acondicionador, no hay toallas de piscina en la habitación, el todo incluido no incluye ni agua, las bebidas que si incluye son de muy mala calidad (son de una máquina expendedora como el b**guer ki*g). Por la noche, todas las noches caraoke, 0 tranquilidad, y todo lleno de guiris que parece Magaluf.

Brittney (8/5): Great value, very comfortable with beautiful views. - Good value for the cost. Pool area was clean, really enjoyed the club lounge and the staff were friendly and helpful. The ocean views were gorgeous and it was nice to sit on the balcony and get a break from the wind. Ozzo specifically was a great support. He was friendly and helpful! The maintenance at the facilities could be better. In the room there were very visible cracks and patchwork with just paint. You could also notice in the bathroom by the lobby that the sinks were broken. That said, everything was very clean. It's understandable with such a low nightly rate that the maintenance wouldn't be perfect.

Comida horrible, si hubiera una puntuación por debajo del 0 sería la que pondría. Pizzas y macarrones duros, comida que se agotaba y se tardaba en reponer más de 1 hora, bandejas vacías durante mucho rato. Todo en general de mal sabor, para ser un 4 estrellas, horrible. Los animadores del hotel entran gritando y corriendo al buffet como si de un instituto se tratase, a nadie le hizo gracia. Aunque las habitaciones sean modernas y amplias, falta limpieza, sobretodo en el baño, había moho en la ducha y suelo en mal estado, tengo un bebé y no pude bañarlo ahi.

Hubo un fallo de comunicación entre Booking y el alojamiento y no me dieron la habitación adecuada. En recepción no me dieron ninguna solución, y tras ponerme en contacto con Booking me cambiaron la habitación por la que yo había pagado.

Sonia Del Pino (8/5): Un hotel con mucho potencial - La tranquilidad del lugar, que acepten animales, el tipo de turismo que se aloja, gente tranquila y familiar, ideal para familias. El personal muy amable, los animadores unos currantes natos con una actitud inmejorable, los camareros siempre muy diligentes. La comida del viernes estuvo genial. Con la variedad justa para mantener la calidad. La decoración muy bonita. El colchón muy cómodo y la habitación tranquila. El acceso a spa gratuito. La diferencia entre la comida del viernes a la del sábado y domingo era brutal. Imagino que libran los jefes de cocina o el personal más antiguo o algo pasa porque el cambio es radical. Muchas veces faltaba reponer más de 5 platos en la zona caliente. Los postres eran palmeritas trituradas, galletas trituradas, donuts triturados, gelatina, fruta y helado. Pizzas quemadas, Risotto completamente crudo el grano. Y muchas cosas más. Creo que tiene fácil solución porque es el mismo hotel que nos encandiló el viernes, así que la base está ahí. Sería genial que pudiesen tenerlo en cuenta.
Juan jose (3/5): La comida es decepcionante y muy poco empleado que hable castellano - La limpieza, está todo muy limpio. El trato general deja mucho que desear, comenzando desde que el hotel parece estar creado solo para personas de fuera, los españoles aquí somos un 0 a la izquierda. Salvo 2 trabajadoras (Sifa de animación y Lili la camarera)que se han dirigido a nosotros de manera amable, el resto solo se dirigen a los franceses y los ingleses como si nosotros no existiesemos. El buffet deja muchísimo que desear ya que la variedad diaria de comida es muy poca y cortan la comida mucho tiempo antes de lo que indica el horario. Mi novia es alérgica y salvo 1 día el resto no nos han ofrecido hacerle la comida aparte por el tema de la contaminación cruzada. Siendo sinceros dejan la comida buena para los que comen muy temprano y luego a los que estamos acostumbrados al horario "Español" nos ponen otro tipo de comidas. Se acaba la carne a las 20:30 y o bien no te ponen nada o te cambian la ternera por albóndigas de lata. El pollo y la ternera (en diferentes días, solo tienes un plato a elegir de carne en plancha) se acaba muy temprano, te dicen que ya no queda nada, que lo sienten, pero si te cabreas aparece la comida, pero antes de traertela te ofrecen cabra guisada. Otra de las cosas que llama mucho la atención es que uno de los camareros, su nombre es Brön y conoce poco el castellano, te deja "jugar" a ti como cliente a que seas el propio camarero y te ofrece con mucha antipatia que la bebida te la pongas tú, en mi caso me ocurrió varias veces con el tinto de verano. Tienes que esperar toda la cola para que el te dé un vaso con hielo y luego ir tú a buscar la botella de vino y la Fanta de limón a la zona de refrescos. Cuando terminas tremenda gymkana, puedes ir a por tu pajita como premio. En general el hotel está creado para Franceses, deja muchísimo que desear... Lo mejor la limpieza,las habitaciones están impecables y las personas que trabajan en este departamento son muy amables.
Laura (2/5): Bastante por debajo de lo esperado - Piscinas y habitacion con vista a mar Nos hemos alojado el fin de semana en este hotel, una noche POR SUERTE, y la verdad es que nos ha decepcionado bastante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nada más llegar, el trato en recepción fue bastante antipatico. Llegamos sobre las 11:30 y, aunque entendemos que el check-in es más tarde, no hubo ninguna intención de facilitar nada, cuando en todos los hoteles que hemos ido siempre intentan que la habitación esté antes por prioridad a personas que ya hayan llegado, ya que nuestro barco llegó a las 11:00, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en medio de recepción sin control ninguno, porque el cuarto estaba lleno de maletas y esperar hasta las 14:30 dando vueltas por el hotel preguntando varias veces. El sistema de las fichas para los vasos es muy incómodo y hace perder muchísimo tiempo en colas, incluso para pedir algo tan simple como unos vasos, o devolverlos ya que siempre tienes que devolver los vasos para poder coger otros. Además, falta CLARAMENTE personal en bares y buffet, lo que hace que todo sea lento y poco cuidado. La habitación tenía detalles que no deberían pasar (rejilla del aire en el suelo nada más entrar, tuvimos que llamar para que nos la colocaran), y en general las instalaciones se ven algo antiguas, bañera en el baño… También había bastantes bichos en los pasillos y en las paredes. En el buffet, la comida es bastante normalita tirando a floja, y el servicio inexistente: no ponen cubiertos, no recogen platos y prácticamente tienes que hacer todo tú. El personal en general poco atento, ni saludan. La animación solo en francés e inglés, algo que sorprende estando en Canarias. Nosotras somos Canarias y teníamos que hablarles en inglés para que nos entendieran. El spa estaba lleno de niños, y parecía la piscina de un gimnasio, imposible relajarse. Como puntos positivos: las piscinas son bonitas y grandes, las bebidas del todo incluido están bien y el espectáculo de magia nos gustó. En resumen, no repetiríamos.

stefania (9/5): Consigliato - Stanza con vista mare stupenda, sotto l’albergo una delle spiagge più’ belle della zona. In linea generale la struttura è gestita bene, pulita. Le stanze con dei piccoli dettagli potrebbero essere migliori, il buffet abbastanza vario in linea con un classico AI. L’animazione serale da migliorare nonostante l’impegno e la capacitare dei ragazzi.

Mariangel (9/5): Relax garantizado - Excelente alojamiento si buscas un all inclusive. Personal muy amable. No son inhalaciones lujosas pero están muy bien cuidadas, muy limpio todo. La playa del hotel es increíble. Te dejan disfrutar antes del check in y después del check out. Las almohadas deben mejorarlas, es un lugar que te inspira al relax y el descanso pero la cama y sobretodo las almohadas deberían renovarse con frecuencia. Le hace falta variedad a los desayunos, y aunque la comida en general está buena/ correcta de buffet, falta producto fresco, hay muchas cosas de conserva. Los cockteles son de máquina y saben muy artificial. Es mejor que directamente no incluyan el alcohol si no pueden poner algo de mejor calidad.

Nada más EL gimnasio (una broma), la comida, el cafe (es de polvo digan lo que digan), internet en las habitaciones no existe, con lo cual la tele tampoco funciona. Comunicación con el personal via E-Mail es imposible, nadie responde. La calidad del vino es lamentable.
Zoila (8/5): Hotel para familias con todo incluido - Buena relación calidad - precio en el todo incluido. La música en las piscinas. Hoy en día cada uno escucha lo que quiere con su móvil o está en silencio. El spa está lleno de niños y adolescentes haciendo ruido y salpicando, es sólo una piscina cubierta con un par de saunas. Mejor pagar un poco más y escoger vistas al mar, si no las vistas son un poco deprimentes.

Gusztáv (10/5): Ősszességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat , a mi igényeinknek tökéletesen megfelelt. - Tiszta, rendezett, gyönyörű a kilátás, nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet, tágas szoba. Ha valaki sokat szeret kirándulni, akkor többet kell hozzá menni, főleg ha északra is szeretne felmenni, mert a hotel a szigeten eléggé délen helyezkedik el. De igy is kb 1,5 óra alatt Coraleo-ba lehet érni, úgyhogy nem rossz. A szobák tiszták, rendezettek, a fürdőszobán is látszik hogy már volt felujitva, de azért lassan ismét rá fér majd.

Altra nota negativa è che l’animazione è solo in francese, per carità io adoro la lingua francese ma non lo trovo corretto nei confronti degli altri ospiti che non si sentono coinvolti.
Sara (8/5): Bien - La amabilidad del personal, las piscinas (una de ellas climatizada y bajo techo) y el gimnasio bastante equipado Los apartamentos están un poco viejos sobre todo los baños y hay hormigas, los colchones de las camas son muy blandos y se hunden.
Cathaysa (5/5): - La piscina no era climatizada y eso hizo que no disfrutara como yo quería. La piscina estaba sucia. Habían niños en el spa y parecía una jauría, cuando el cartel de la entrada ponía +16.
