Entenc que el perfil d’un recepcionista ha de ser lingüísticament ampli, i sovint es dona més importància a l’anglès que al català, però no podeu menystenir el públic nacional.

Acceso directo a la playa y fácil caminando a Es Pujols donde hay variedad de servicios. Perfecto para expectativas de días de playa. El desayuno es de muy mala calidad. La calidad de los alimentos es muy justa.

The staff was very nice with everything. At reception the young man I think Louse was so nice and helpful. The cleaners clean the room omaculously. So, difficult to get better than that. The location was imaging- the hotel is surrounded by the sea. Everything was the best.

Julie (8/5): Un très bon emplacement pour séjourner sur Formentera au calme. - La super localisation géographique sur l'île et à proximité de plages magnifiques. La vue de la chambre sur une petite plage derrière l'hôtel avec un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le petit déjeuner bien achalandé et très varié. Le bruit du compresseur la nuit. Les odeurs de friture du restaurant accolé à notre chambre selon l'heure de la journée. L'alarme de l'hôtel à 5h du matin la première nuit. La promiscuité avec les voisins sur la terrasse...Un paravent sur le muret serait le bienvenu pour plus d' intimité.

Sabine (7/5): Hotel ok, aber Rezeption eine Katastrophe - Das Frühstücken im Freien Das Lokal neben dem Hotel Die Nähe zur kleinen Stadt Die kurzen Distanzen Das Personal war sehr inkompetent und nicht motiviert. Weit entfernt von kundenfreundlich. Es gab keine Erklärung zum Hotel (wo befindet sich was, wann ist Frühstück etc.). Das Personal an der Rezeption war „angepisst“, wenn man Fragen gestellt hat. Der Mopedverleiher ist ein Gauner und das Hotel kooperiert trotzdem. Wir bekamen falsche Auskünfte vom Angestellten des Verleihers vor Ort im Hotel und mussten dadurch draufzahlen. Reine Abzocke und dann hat es noch geheißen, dass der Angestellte des Verleihers gar kein Angestellter war, sondern jemand Fremdes….. (der zufällig Zugang zu unserem Vertrag etc. hatte)…. Genau….. 😖. Das Hotelpersonal kannte diesen „Fremden“ und unternahm nichts… Aussage: Sie würden sich da nicht einmischen!

Il personale della reception dovrebbe essere più disponibile e accogliere i clienti con più entusiasmo!

Marie-Christine (8/5): - J'y étais l'année passée et suis retourné cette année par rapport à la situation géographique sur l'île. Il y a des restaurants et des petits commerces à proximité. Hôtel au bord d'une plage. Sinon il faut le taxi ou le vélo pour aller aux grandes et magnifiques plages à 10 min en voiture.
