• Jasdg (10/5): Tranquilidad y sosiego. - La ubicación es excelente para acceder a Otzarreta,. Estábamos de viaje fotográfico. El pueblo de Murgia es muy tranquilo y el descanso está asegurado. El edificio por fuera es imponente en cuanto a conservación. Es como una casona muy bien restaurada. Además como tuvimos que salir muy temprano a hacer fotografías, antes del amanecer puse un mensaje de que salíamos (teníamos pendiente de liquidar la cena) y a nuestra vuelta, a mediodia, liquidamos nuestra cuenta sin ningún problema. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• Eduardo (6/5): Perfeito para ficar fora da cidade. Mais para dormir! - Perfeito para ficar fora da cidade em um lugar calmo com quarto limpo. Não tem um espaço em comun para os hóspedes ficarem ou vc fica no quarto ou no bar mais que é muito barulho e cheio quase o todo tempo. A camareira foi muito grossa com nós o tempo todo de estadia no bar no restaurante ela estava sempre de mal humor a gerente tb não é muito simpática.

Menu de 22 euros que te lo suben a 24 diciendo que te lo estan rebajando porque estas hospedado. Cuando sirven la carne a la gente hace efecto invernadero en la terraza cubierta, sin extracción ni ventilación.

• karen (7/5): - Spacious room, comfortable beds. Good meal in restaurant at night. Didn't opt for breakfast. 40 mins from Bilbao ferry. On arrival in the rain, every door around the hotel was locked, we walked completely around it and tried 4 doors, rattling them. The hotel knew our expected arrival time. Eventually a man came, let us in, very limited English, no apology, just indicated he had been on the telephone. A waiter arrived who spoke a lot better English, so we sorted with him how to get in an underground car park ( extra 6 euros). Apparently there was a lift from the carpark into the hotel, but no signage whatsoever to see where the lift was. In the end my husband walked back up out of the car park and went into the hotel, located the lift and then came down to find me. Bathroom ....the shower holder was completely broken but my husband had cable ties in our car so secured it up with 2 of them. The hairdryer was all broken at the back of it and the front had obviously overheated at some point as it had melted into a strange shape. On returning our keys, there was no one on reception to inform of these things.
• Siarhei (10/5): Excellent small and cozy hotel - A small hotel in a small town, nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, served individually - pastry, toasts, fresh juice and fruit. For a small fee, there is an underground parking with a lift: spacious places and very easy access, wide ramp. Nothing to mention.

O café da manhã é bom e bem servido, porém poderia começar mais cedo para atender melhor hóspedes que precisam sair cedo para compromissos ou viagens.

La salle est spacieuse et lumineuse et le personnel agréable. Nous aurions bien dégusté les pintxos fort appétissantes, mais nous devions reprendre la route après notre petit-déjeuner. RAS

• Carmen (5/5): - Buena ubicación para conocer la zona. Cama y almohadas cómodas. No es necesario el parking, hay aparcamiento en la zona, al menos fuera de temporada. Habitación un poco antigua, hay poca presión de agua. Nos dieron la última planta y estaba abuhardillada, lo que es muy incómodo sobre todo el baño, ya que el techo es muy bajo en la zona de lavabo y espejo, para asearse.

• Ana (9/5): Perfecta ubicación para finde otoñal - Tanto el menú de las cenas, como el desayuno, merecen la pena. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Tienen un salón enorme con una chimenea muy acogedora. Sitio recomendable para escapadas desde Madrid porque no está muy lejos y la zona es preciosa si te gusta la naturaleza.

L'emplacement à la campagne, proche des lieux de randonnées dans un village animé.

• Julie (8/5): Great location, good food, very helpful staff - Location was great for a stop off before catching the ferry in Bilbao. The manageress (?) was far and beyond helpful, particularly when I was ill and ended up staying another 3 nights, even getting me into another hotel for the first extra night. The initial room had a bed made up of 2 singles pushed together which wasn't ideal, and the room was opposite the church whose bells rang every hour all through the night. Not good. The room I had for the subsequent nights had a very comfortable double bed, and was away from the church bells - it was great.

• Andy (10/5): Complete Service Providing Quality and Value - The continental breakfast was excellent, fresh croissants and other pastries, a choice of fresh fruit and juice and a coffee machine which made a wide choice of very good coffee. We had the set evening meal which was excellent value, 20€ for a three course meal with wine. Plenty of choice and very good quality. Nothing for us 'not to like'! 😊

Clean, comfortable room with good ensuite. The hotel has a lively bar which was nice. Dinner in the restaurant was good, but we didn't stay for breakfast.

La veille un membre du personnel me confirme que le petit déjeuner est bien à 6€ , le lendemain matin je donne 10€ pour payer le petit dej et on me donne 3€, donc ce n'est pas 6€ mais 7€. Ce petit déjeuner n'était pas en libre service mais servi à table , aucun choix sauf la boisson chaude. étant de passage pour une nuit, je n'ai pas eu l'impression d être très considéréé par le personnel.

• Miklos (10/5): - Murgia és a személyzet is elvarázsolt. Maga a hotel is hamgulatos, étterem és bár első osztályú. Nyugalom van és stílus egyszerre. Baszk varázslat! Templom kongat éjjel nappal hajnalban, nagyon hangosan, többször felébredtünk rá, mivel pár méterre van a hoteltől.

Los clientes del hotel no tienen ninguna preferencia.

• Robert (6/5): Mooi maar slapen onmogelijk door geluidsoverlast - Erg mooie locatie. Het hotel ligt centraal en ziet er goed uit. Hele nacht tot in de vroege uren keiharde muziek. Slapen was hierdoor eigenlijk inmogelijk.

• Esther (10/5): Còmode i net - Habitació neta, llits còmodes i bona dutxa. L'esmorzar complet i bo. No vam dinar ni sopar al restaurant perquè vam estar-hi només de pas una sola nit. Però si tornem a passar per allà ja sabem on quedar-nos. Van tardar una mica a atendre'ns a l'arribar. No podíem entrar per l'entrada (ningú va contestar al timbre) i vam entrar pel restaurant. El recepcionista estava servint a la barra i en quant va poder ens va atendre (va ser molt amable però tenia feina al bar/restaurant i no podia estar per tot, és comprensible).
