Le personnel est très agréable et souriant ( la direction que l'on croise parfois ne dit pas bonjour). Le petit déjeuner est délicieux: produits frais et de bonne qualité. Je conseille vivement cet établissement. Le bar de la piscine n'est pas toujours ouvert : c'est un peu dommage...

• Rok (7/5): Not worth the money - Rooms are spacious, hotel is near the beach, pool area is nice. Ah, where to start. One of my worst experiences, not only in Spain but worldwide. Rooms are in bad condition, especially when you look at the details. They do not provide shampoo and shower gel at least for the first night, you have to put down 100 eur for danage you may cause (even though basically everything is damaged). They charge 3 eur per night for safety deposit box (which is anyway in the room!?). And the fridge is so loud it won’t let you sleep. You are not allowed to take room towels to the pool. I concluded this is a hotel of rules: everywhere you look rules, rules, rules. Felt as we were on a school trip.
• M Abril (9/5): Espacioso y luminoso, cerca de la playa y el paseo marítimo. - Espacioso, luminoso i con terraza privada. La zona de la piscina. Muy cerca de la playa y el paseo marítimo lleno de bares y restaurantes pero sin ruido en el alojamiento. Nada. Pero a tener en cuenta que no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, con lo que si se va en verano debe hacer mucha calor. En nuestro caso al ser abril no tubimos calor en el apartamento. Aunque está cerca, la calle del hotel hace mucha subida, para nosotros no supuso problema.
• Edmund (7/5): Sehr zentrale Lage da nahe zur Promenade und nahe zum Flugplatz. - Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, die Auswahl zwar etwas kleiner wie in anderen Hotels dafür wurden aber sogar ein Omelett nach Wunsch zubereitet. Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz für 8€/Tag ist Gold wert denn parken vor Ort ist schwer je nach Uhrzeit fast Unmöglich. Bei der Abreise um 7 Uhr Morgens war es leider nicht möglich ein Lunchpaket zu bekommen.

• INMACULADA (6/5): - La ubicación quizás. Está relativamente cerca de la playa. Camas super incómodas, no hay aire acondicionado, no salía agua caliente de la ducha (vinieron a repararlo el día que nos marchábamos), a la cocina le vendría bien una reforma.

• Roberto (8/5): Ottimo appartamento nel centro! - Posizione ottima, a piedi in breve si raggiunge il mare, Loa Cristianos e Las Americas. La nostra stanza era un mini appartamento completo di cucina, salotto, area pranzo, terrazze con tavolino e stendino, veramente ottimo per essere autonomi ma avere possibilità anche di reception, piscina ecc a buon prezzo. La nostra stanza era affacciata sulla strada che è una abbastanza trafficata, un po’ di rumore ma niente di eccessivo. Il fatto che non forniscano il necessario per andare in piscina è un peccato, come accappatoio, asciugamano ecc, perché nel caso nostro avremmo pure pagato volentieri il servizio se ragionevole.
• Davies (8/5): Relaxing break - Reception was open until midnight for our night of arrival (it usually closes at 8pm). Breakfast very good with lots of choices. Pool snack bar good for club sandwich and great cocktails. Enjoyed long walks towards both Los Cristianos and Playa. Coffee at breakfast not so good, but lots of good coffee shops around. Unable to use the smart tv as the wifi was locked. We asked at reception and were told it was not possible. This was a little disappointing as we prefer to unwind with a movie in the evening which is why we choose self-catering holidays.

They need to organise smokers to be in the top floor as sitting on our balcony with smokers below was not a pleasant experience or ban smoking altogether.

Sie Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hatten alles was wir benötigten Die Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei größerer Hitze zum Problem werden könnte. Zudem waren die Rezeptions Öffnungszeiten etwas komisch da sie nur vor vormittags und nachmittags auf hatte. Wenn man später einchecken möchte weil der Flug bspw. erst um 20 Uhr landet muss man den Hotel bescheid geben und eine Gebühr von 10€ bezahlen nur weil man außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption einchecken möchte.

Hotel dobře situován: kousek od moře, nedaleko autobusová zastávka městské hromadné dopravy, letiště 20 minut autem. Luxusní snídaně. Milý personál. Nevěděli jsme, že se při příjezdu musí složit 100 euro kauce. Poslední den si recepční přijde zkontrolovat pokoj a následně vám vrátí kauci. Trochu rušivá hlavní silnice před hotelem.

• Alicia Inés (7/5): Práctico - Bien ubicado. Tenía una terraza muy amplia y cama cómoda. Baño limpio. Cocina limpia y con útiles de limpieza para los platos. Hervidora de agua. Al ser un bajo, el acceso a la terraza desde la habitación me dio sensación de inseguridad. Solicité preferencia de una habitación en piso alto pero no obtuve respuesta. No pude utilizar la cafetera, estaba bloqueada y parecía faltar una pieza.

• Omar (9/5): - Stayed at Saint for only 2 days, in hindsight I should have booked it longer, really liked the hotel and the Swimming pool area, the room was very nice and the beds were really good. we had a great location on the bottom floor and it was a straight walk to the pool, we were worried about ants and cockroaches but we never saw any :) happy about the stay

• Manfred (7/5): Würde dieses Hotel beim nächsten mal nicht mehr unbedingt buchen. - Das Appartement war groß und hatte eine große Terrasse. Das Frühstück war nur durchschnittlich. Teilweise wurde es auch nicht aufgefüllt, wenn man etwas später kam.

• Thomas (5/5): Bien pour la location mais c’était juste un endroit pour dormir - La location Il y avait des cafards dans le logement et plusieurs petites bêtes de plus un jour nous somme arrivé à 3h du matin le porte centrale était fermé on a pas eu autre choix que d’escalader le mur de l’établissement pour pouvoir regagner notre chambre.

• Renate (6/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Kleinschaligheid, fijn zwembad met ligbedden. Qua ligging fijn dat strand en Los Cristianos centrum op loopafstand was. Maar het ligt aan en hele drukke weg, dus ook veel lawaai. Geen airconditioning en ontzettend lawaaierig , waardoor je met het raam open ook geen oog dicht deed. Je kan een ventilator tegen betaling huren. Echt slechte service vind ik.

• Kimberly (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - Great hotel. The rooms are very nice and even though we were right next to the pool we couldn‘t hear anything it‘s very sound proof. They have a small but well equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom as well and everything‘s clean. The staff is very friendly too. Location is great, close to the beach and everything around but far enough to be quite. Honestly the only annoying part is that you have to rent a fan. Rooms don‘t have AC so you kind of need a fan but you have to pay 20.- per week even if you‘re just staying some days. I think there could be a better solution for this.

A szálláson nincs klíma, a szoba iszonyatosan levegőtlen és fülledt.Hiába szellőztettünk egésznap nem értünk el vele semmit.Szerencsére csak 3 napot töltöttünk el itt, legközelebb ennyit sem fogunk. A fürdőszobában nincsenek piperecikkek. Vasárnap nem volt takarítás. Minden zaj behallatszik a szobába így ez is megnehezíti a pihenést. Nem ajánlom ezt a szállást!

• Josanne (3/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie is prima, redelijk centraal tussen Playa de las Américas en Los Christianos. Het zwembad en de ligbedden zijn goed en het personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk en deed echt hun best om te helpen. Helaas was ons verblijf verder erg teleurstellend. De kamers zijn bloedheet, er is geen airco (alleen te huur) en de ventilator die we huurden maakte enorm veel herrie. De bedden zijn keihard en de kussens zo dun dat we allebei na een week last hebben van onze nek. We hebben daardoor slecht geslapen. Ook de schoonmaak tussendoor was oppervlakkig en niet echt grondig. Voor een paar nachten zou het misschien nog kunnen, maar voor een week was dit geen fijne plek om te verblijven.

L’unica cosa che migliorerei è prolungare l’orario di apertura della piscina e del chiosco anche solo di un’ora (Chiude alle 18).

• Nuno (6/5): Good-ish hotel that adding up the many issues we'd not come back. - We stayed a full week at this hotel in an apartment with 1 room and 1 big living room with kitchen. Apartment was very clean through the whole stay, had to walk a bit to it from reception but we didn't mind. View was very good to the pool and mountains. Location is amazing, 3minute walk and you're diving in the ocean. Couple minutes away from restaurants. 10min away from the main streets, definitely very good location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful also. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a proper meal. - 100€ deposit must be payed at check-in - was returned fully at the end of the stay. - For a hotel with this price (which is quite competitive for the area but still...) not having AC, with the heat outside and humidity it's just bad. We did consider cancelling the stay when we first walked in as the room had been closed the entire day before our arrival, the heat was almost unbearable. They provide you with a chance to RENT a fan or A/C from an outside company (clearly a monopoly). Coming back everyday to a very hot room was not a good experience. - No amenities in the toilet (shampoo, shower gel, etc) - small thing but still... - TV had no remote - You have to pay a deposit for it. - But with all this the most ANNOYING thing was almost everyday between 8-8:30am, cleaners would start cleaning the pool area, dragging tirelessly the dozens of sunbeds around for around 1 hour making so much noise that it'd be impossible not to disrupt sleep. Of course windows had to be opened due to the heat inside the room which doesn't help. The purpose of a hotel is to get a good night's rest and in 7 nights only 1 we felt rested the morning after.

Zajtrk je bil raznolik in vsa hrana je bila sveže pripravljena. Čistoča v celem hotelu in hotelskem bazenu je bila na zelo visoki ravni.
