Номер с неработающим кондиционером без вопросов заменили на новый, где всё функционировало Равнодушный персонал, который иногда переходил в пассивную агрессию. Никто не хочет работать, пока не подойдешь и не пнешь
• Yvonne (1/5): Vergane glorie en slechte service !!! - Het zwembad Grote kamer Het hotel is vergane glorie !!! Het hotel is in slechte staat. De lift was kapot en we zaten op de 7de verdieping. Andere lift gaat tot 5de verdieping dus we moesten met de zware koffers de trappen nemen. Check out om 12.00 u maar we moesten voor het zwembad 100 lari betalen voor 2 personen on de rest vd dag aan het zwembad te mogen verblijven ( onze vlucht is pas in de avond ). Dit heb ik nog nooit in mijn leven mee gemaakt !!!

Начну с самой главной претензии- Мы сняли 2 номера на 1 день, хотели провести много времени в бассейне, но в 7:30 нас от туда выгнала уборщица! Сначала она хотела спокойно нас от туда попросить уйти, но я сказала что никто не указал время работы бассейна при заселении и не может быть только до 7:30 если мы тут остаемся на ночь, Позже эта женщина начала на меня орать, чтобы мы выходили с бассейна потому что ей нужно убирать, никого говорит нет в бассейне и вас тут быть не должно, это она так решила! Я беременна, перенервничала от того что так на меня орали.. мне потом было очень плохо и долго не могла прийти в себя … пошла на ресепшен и спросила «до скольки работает бассейн?» И мне сказали что до 9!!!!! Потом я сказала что нас с криками сейчас выгнали из бассейна в 7:30. Парень с ресепшена сказал что пойдет разберется с ситуацией, вернулся через пару минут и сказал что и на него эта уборщица наорала и он не знает что может сделать, разве что с утра говорит вставайте в любое время и купайтесь 🙄🙄🙄 Извинения за ситуацию мы не получили тут Я пожаловалась менеджеру, и получила только «мы извиняемся»,и то по сообщению, Это был их максимум ! Завтрак ужасный, 2 года назад когда останавливались тут за ту же сумму было выбора было намного больше, а сейча сиз горячего только яйцо и сосиски, остальное все холодное и совсем немного выбора. В номерах ужасно грязно!!! У нас под кроватью валялась упаковка из под яиц и обертка от McDonalds . Никому и никогда не советую заселяться в этот отель! Персонал хамит! Завтрак ужасный! Дико грязно!! ОБХОДИТЕ ЭТО МЕСТО СТОРОНОЙ!!!!!

(room on first day was better, but birds wake me up early morning. Second room was older without fan for hair, but was very quiet and I slept well) Thanks so much I'll be back only to this hotel, if will be in Tbilisi again🥰

Conditioner worked, but is old and very noisy, hardly blowed any cold air. It was difficult to sleep, because how hot it was. One of ours room was so disgustingly smelly.

• Míde (5/5): Passable - We booked 2 double rooms. One was very small with a small bed, but the same price. One of us was sick and in hospital, and when we returned to the hotel and asked for a bowl and boiling water, it was refused. There was no dinner or bar available to us, only the football team staying there. There was no water in the bathroom in room 805 for most of the 3 days we were there, and when it was there, it was only a trickle. Breakfast was ok, but the others received a much nicer and more diverse breakfast. We only stayed because one of us was too sick to move to another hotel. The staff were not friendly. Location is not great, it is not near anything.

Tough traffic in the evening is a problem when you return back to the hotel. It is placed far away from the city center. A hot water on a 5 floor is coming after 10 minutes.

• Olena (9/5): One of the best stays you can get in Tbilisi - Our stay at this hotel was great. We were 4 adults sharing the Superior Family Suite, which exceeded our expectations: 2 separate spacious rooms with separate bathrooms, comfy matresses and pillows, wonderful view from big terrace on the 8th floor and (bonus) entrance to the big pool right in front of our room. The suite has a small fridge and a kettle, with small water bottles and towels renewed every day. The rooms were cleaned daily, no odour in the bathrooms. Couple of times there was no water in the tap/shower due to overuse by lower floors, but it got resolved by itself within 15 mins or so not causing us any issues. The air conditioners work perfectly well, which we highly appreciated due to extreme heat outside. There are 2 pools on the property, the smaller one down and the bigger one with non-stop music on the roof top. The smaller one had some shade due to the surrounding trees, whereas at the big pool the shade was practically non-existent. The entire week of our stay the temperature was above 33-35C without any rain or clouds, so staying on top of the roof after 10am was not so fun, even in the fresh pool water. The access to the smaller pool was free at all times, but the rooftop pool was not free of charge - unless you booked the property through Booking.com (which we did, and thus got a free access). The breakfast was sufficient: variety of sausages, fried and fresh vegies, fried and boiled eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, bread, drinks, fresh fruit. Having the full variety each day was a bit challenging, as there were days when the property accommodated big groups of tourists short-term, who usually had breakfast before 9am. I’d point out a couple of minor things, which in general had no negative effect on our stay whatsoever. Terrace pool: adding some umbrellas for shade would definitely help, especially during high heat month of August. Breakfast: investing in the brewed coffee machine would make a lot of western tourists much happier. There’s only instant coffee available at the cafeteria, and if you want a real cup of coffee, you’d need to buy it from the pool bars, which open at 10am and have quite high prices. Even so, the iced coffee with ice cream I got couple of times hardly had any coffee in it (at least to my taste). That said, having travelled around the city quite a bit, we came to the conclusion that this hotel was one of the best stays you could possibly get in Tbilisi all things considered. Thank you Beaumonde Hotel, you are awesome!
• Lublovary (9/5): Great escape for a weekend - Both pools are great, the rooftop pool costs extra and is bit expensive on Weekends. The other smaller pool is free. The garden is beautiful and in the shade. The rooms have dated deco and tech but they are huge. Rooftop poll costs extra, costs even more on weekends and after I paid already later I found out that hotel guests have 20% discount on the pool...nobody mentioned this.

• Amabel (7/5): Good - One thing redeeming quality about this hotel is how friendly and supportive the staff are. They also serve good breakfast. It's an old place. Our bathroom was leaking the entire time we were there and there's a puddle on the floor each time we take a shower. It's spacious and you know that it was once a charming hotel. A little far a way from from the center of the city but with Tbilisi and how beautiful the place is, and how cheap cab fares are, you really wont mind. I just hope they eventually get to fix the place up.

Not worth it when you have other better options available in town. - Spacious room, big balcony and humble staff who listen to your concerns A bit far from the town which takes more time to reach somewhere and doubles your taxi fare although it does not hurt you that much as taxi ride via app (Bolt or Yandex) is cheap. Swimming pool (big one) is only available at charge and even then staff more interested in closing it 10-15 minutes earlier.
• Zepur (5/5): it was a good place for the value. - the breakfast was very good, the lobbies were all good a d staff very hospitable. the rooms had very old furnitures and bathrooms were almost broken, specially the shower and the shower curtains. the pool vas very very small - next to the parking lot and the water was very cold. there is another pool on the roof but it is paid, costs in average 40 GEL
