- Miryam (4/5): Ruido, puertas que hay que cerrar de un portazo. Mi habitación mal sitio para descansar viernes y sá - Ela ubicación Habitación que da a una calle muy ruidosa. Tuve que usar tapones y tomar somnífero. Imposible dormir. También se pusieron a obrar durante la noche y las recepcionista tuvo que subir en dos ocasiones. Calidad de la habitación muy baja comparada con la habitación doble. El desayuno poco variado y de baja calidad. Café no muy bueno. Gracias a la amabilidad del personal eso se solucionó

La cama era cómoda y en general he estado satisfecho. El desayuno era horrible. Del hotel me ha gustado todo menos el desayuno. Poca variedad y lo que hay es de pésima calidad. Fiambre y queso malo. Café de una máquina aguado y marítimo. No hay variedad de nada y se echan de menos varias cosas: embutido de calidad, tomate para untar en las tostadas, y café que sea bebible. Lo único que merece la pena del desayuno son las galletas cookies y fruta si llegas a tiempo y todavía queda.

- Ana Paula (8/5): Uma experiência cultural e relacional excelente. - Pequeno-almoço bom e com variedade. As senhoras da receção são muito simpáticas e prestáveis para com o cliente. A localização do hotel é excelente, na medida em que permite passeios por toda a cidade, podendo regressar ao hotel com frequência para descansar. Adormecer a ouvir as ondas do mar é possível neste hotel.

- 225arlenec (4/5): Pretty bad service and good nothing to write home about - Went to the Beira Mar Hotel restaurant on our first night for dinner. Was okay. Had better tuna at Tasca up the street the 2nd day. Went another afternoon because of the scenery during the day ( which is likely what draws people). Was greeted nicely but waiter forgot to place our order. Busy tending to locals on a Sunday afternoon. Sat for 65 minutes - no food came. Only drinks , bread and butter. Because of the scenery, we enjoyed our afternoon but service was atrocious and staff didn’t really seem bothered by the mix up. Attempted to pay for our drinks but they wouldn’t accept. Wouldn’t recommend based on service or food and won’t return when we’re back on the island.

O hotel estava calmo, normal tendo em conta que é Outubro e achamos o atendimento eficiente e o pequeno-almoço bom. O Wi-Fi de facto na funciona nos quartos.

Quarto limpo fresco com boa cama confortável um bom pequeno almoço tudo para satisfazer o seu apetite , onde encontra no mesmo lugar o restaurante Beira Mar onde pode ter seu almoço e jantar muito bom . Nada a comentar.

Gostámos imenso de lá ficar. Wifi não funciona. O sinal é 0 no quarto do segundo andar. Não dá para utilizar. Para fazer check-in online do voo para São Jorge tive de vir para o balcão da recepção. Nos quartos não há sinal.

- Mildred (10/5): Great Hotel in Historical District - What a great hotel in the historical part of town which is an UNESCO site. The hotel is just above the best beach in the area. Also so many of the highest reviewed restaurants in the area are just up the hill. It is a very short hill. You can also walk to several of the must-see sites. There is shopping every where around this hotel and the food market for supplies in less than a 10 minute walk. The marina is just across the street from the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not modern, nor fancy. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to stay in a historical places. balcony to small to sit on, breakfast very limited

There was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom. But once we put the stoppers in the sink tub and bidet drain, it was fine.

A localização é a melhor de Angra do Heroísmo para quem gosta de estar mesmo perto do mar. Verificou-se bastantes baratas tanto no interior como na entrada do hotel. Instalações a necessitar de alguma melhoria e remodelação.

Gentilles, efficaces, respectueuses Le petit déjeuner manque de fruits frais : kiwis, oranges, ananas et le café pourraient être amélioré. Les pigeons sur la terrasse, qui grignotent nos œufs des que nous avons le dos tourné. Je fais de l’ornithologie : Vous devriez acheter et installer un hiboux en plastic (voir sur Amazone) au dessus de la terrasse. Ils effraient les pigeons. Vous serez automatiquement débarrassés des pigeons et les clients apprécieraient.
- Frank (6/5): Lage, Preis und die historische Bauart ließen exklusiveres vermuten. - Das Hotel ist in bester Lage im Ort, mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, den Stadtstrand und den Atlantik. Die Klimaanlage im Hotel ist Leistungsstark. Die Hotelbar existiert nur sporadisch, einen Barkiper gibt es nicht. Einzelne Getränke werden nur auf Nachfrage vom Rezeptionisten ausgegeben. Das Frühstück war einfach, der Instand-Kaffee aus einem großen Thermobehälter nicht dem Haus angemessen.
- CRISTINA (8/5): Muy recomendable! - El desayuno básico pero suficiente. Bien para su categoría y precio, y además en una terraza sobre la playa y el mar muy agradable. La situación inmejorable! en centro histórico y a pie de playa.
