Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois mais je pense que ça sera la dernière ça devient de plus en plus décevant .dommage

Facilitat per aparcar, tranquilitat i rodejat de natura i animals que et saluden de bon matí. La piscina és una mica agobiant. Estava tot tancat i entre el soroll de l'aigua i la gent cridant no vam aguantar gaires minuts.

Yolanda (10/5): Nos encantó - Íbamos de ruta con la moto y la previsión era que llovería por la noche. Buscamos un hotel con parking cubierto y encontramos éste. Fue un gran acierto!!! El personal muy amable, la cena muy buena y la habitación estupenda!!! Por poner algo, diría que la calefacción no se puede subir. Queríamos subirla para secar la ropa mientras cenamos, porque nos pilló la lluvia llegando con la moto, pero no pudimos.

La habitación es amplisima y cama perfecta como no te puedas encontrar en otro lugar.Insonorización y temperatura de la habitación buenas.Muy buen ambiente por las instalaciones del hotel. Aparcamiento en la zona. Desde donde ya te puedes mover caminando o en bici si quieres disfrutar la naturaleza. Nada, todo bien.

JOAN (10/5): Un 10!! - El personal perfecte. Tot i que estaven fent obres, les instal·lacions estaven genials. Ben ubicat i tens tots els serveis possibles a l'Hotel. Menció especial a la recepcionista que quan va veure que anàvem amb moto i plovia ens va deixar aparcat a dins l'hotel. El tracte va ser excel·lent. Vam demanar una habitació per 3 i era una de 2 amb un llit posat una mica així així.

Carles (9/5): Confort i servei, a més de bon menjar. - L’habitacio, el restaurant i la piscina Donat que es un 4 estrelles, podrien tenir un coixi de llit tou extra a cada habitació. Per alguns els que hi ha poden ser massa durs. Un carregador elèctric per cotxes també estaria molt be.

GUILLEM (10/5): Visca la Vall d’aran. Mai falla. - Lhabitació gran, banyera, el detall per la nostre gosseta, que acceptin animals i l’amabilitat del personal. El preu del gos (15€ per nit) dos llits enlloc d’un de matrimoni i estar prop de la carretera i sentir el soroll dels cotxes. Tot i aixi ha estat una bona experiencia.

Entorno tranquilo y para poder realizar numerosas actividades, entre ellas esquiar (cerca de Baqueira). Destacar, además del trato, la maravillosa comida. Totalmente recomendado. Cuando vuelva a la zona no dudaré en repetir alojamiento.

morganti (6/5): - Good value for the price paid. We took half board and the food was overall good (breakfast and dinner). The location is quite convenient, as it is approx 25 minutes drive from Baqueira Beret slopes. The hotel says kids-friendly,, but in reality it is not. We had 2 kids and the staff was not pleasant and friendly at all with them. Additionally, the game room only has a billiard pool and a fussball table which is not something kids of 4 and 5 years old can use. On top, it's not even for free. In general, staff service needs to be improved.

Mateo (3/5): El personal perfecto, decepcionante la piscina fría. - La habitación fue impresionante, el servicio de atención al cliente en recepción fue impresionante. Estos dos puntos perfecto. Escogimos este hotel por la piscina y el spa, pero el agua de la piscina estaba congelada no podías estar, entonces creo que pagué muchísimo más de lo que se merecía, porque sin piscina hubiera podido coger otro hotel muchísimo más barato. No pudimos estar en la piscina más de un minuto dentro del agua.

JOSÉ MANUEL (9/5): Un hotel muy bien situado , Recomendable - Valoro mucho que tanto la cena como la comida era de menu servida por camareros y no por Buffet, solo el desayuno era Buffet. el cafe del desayuno era servido por camareros en la barra La amabilidad del personal , y en concreto de la camarera Elisabeth que fue muy atenta. El Jardin exterior y la piscina interior muy acogedores La habitaciones superiores del nivel 2 tienen parte donde tejado esta inclinado algo incomodas de transitar tanto en la habitacion como en el baño.

Jose Ramon (9/5): - Me ha gustado la atención del personal la piscina climatizada y la cena estupenda. Viajamos con un perro grande y ningún problema con el, nos dejan entrar hasta en el restaurante muy contentos.

Javier (8/5): Buen hotel, pero con algun pero - Habitación grande, con balcón, personal amable, como detalle 1 botella de agua en la habitación y 2 bombones, cama enorme, aparcamiento en la casi en la puerta, tiene restaurante, aunque no lo probamos El agua de la piscina fría, las maquinas del gimnasio, viejas y algunas no funcionaban,le hace falta una renovacion la carretera pasa justo al lado de las habitaciones, el tráfico puede resultar molesto
