• McMurtrey (6/5): Adequate and comfortable, but parking was difficult. - The hotel was neat and clean. The yard was not very spacious and the view wasn't good, but somehow we ended up in the delux room (may have been all they had left) and had a hot tub, that had weak jets and lots of fluff with lights and waterfalls along the sides. Parking is the main issue with this location. It was rather difficult to get in to and out of, although they posted a worker to help you. It is in a busy location which is partly why. But the hotel was adequate for what we needed. See above.

• Serena (5/5): - Nonostante tutti gli aspetti negativi della stanza, devo riconoscere che la posizione dell’hotel è davvero eccellente. Si trova in una zona molto bella, comoda e ben servita, piena di ristoranti, bar e locali raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Per spostarsi serve davvero poco ed è una posizione molto pratica soprattutto per chi vuole vivere la città senza dover utilizzare continuamente mezzi o auto. Nel complesso, quindi, mi sento di consigliarlo principalmente per la zona in cui si trova, che è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Non sono per niente soddisfatta della stanza che mi è stata assegnata. La parte peggiore era sicuramente il bagno, minuscolo e davvero poco funzionale. Il lavandino era praticamente nascosto dietro una colonna del muro, risultando scomodissimo anche solo per lavarsi le mani. La doccia, inoltre, era posizionata proprio di fronte alla porta del bagno e senza alcun piatto doccia, tutta l’acqua finiva direttamente sul pavimento e veniva raccolta soltanto da uno scarico centrale. Questo significava avere continuamente il bagno allagato e, per poter raggiungere il WC, bisognava inevitabilmente camminare nell’acqua. Oltretutto, quando qualcuno faceva la doccia, il bagno diventava praticamente inutilizzabile per le altre persone presenti in camera. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Già dal primo ingresso in stanza ho notato briciole e sporco sul pavimento, situazione che è rimasta invariata per tutto il soggiorno. Il pavimento non è mai sembrato realmente pulito. Inoltre, in camera era presente un solo cuscino a testa, cosa che considero insufficiente per un hotel. Le lenzuola non venivano cambiate, il personale si limitava semplicemente a rifare il letto ripiegandole. Anche i kit di cortesia erano molto scarsi.

• Longo (6/5): - La posizione eccellente. E il personale gentile. Il bagno ingestibile. La doccia senza box quindi si allagava tutto il bagno, con l'aggravante che non c'era il bidè.

• Michela (8/5): Albergo in centro a Tirana molto buono! - La struttura è in una posizione davvero centrale, le camere nuove e confortevoli, con un grande letto e la smart tv, il check in è stato veloce e semplice, lo staff gentile. Nonostante fosse indicato su Booking non c'era la possibilità di fare colazione. La stanza era ad un piano interrato quindi poco illuminata, il bagno poco funzionale con la doccia posta subito prima del wc, senza piatto doccia nè vetri ne paratie, per cui era impossibile lavarsi senza allagare il bagno e poi arrivare al wc senza bagnarsi i piedi.

• Stijn (4/5): Teleurstellend - Goede locatie midden in het centrum Bereikbaarheid is dramatisch, staat nergens aangegeven waar je moet zijn. Vervolgens moet je op een van de drukste wegen van Tirana een hoge stoep op draaien om over de stoep bij de parking te komen. Parking is overigens veel te klein. Kamer was niet schoon. Hotel was heel gehorig, alles wat er in het hotel gebeurd kun je horen in de kamer.

• Lucie (10/5): - C’était absolument parfait, une vue imprenable sur la baie. Un endroit propre et beau. Une équipe très pro et très sympa. Un des meilleurs hôtel où nous avons séjourné durant notre road trip en Albanie
• Salimatou (6/5): Très bien, mais du mal à s’endormir avec le bruit - L’emplacement est bien au centre, tout est accessible en quelque minutes à pied (pas plus de 20min) donc pas forcément besoin de re prendre la voiture qui est dans le parking tout le temps. Les chambres ne sont pas assez insonorisé, ont entend tout ça qui se passe dans le couloir sachant que les chambres sont à même pas 2 mètres de la réception. Le matin ont entend énormément quand les femmes de ménages font le service dans les autres chambre, la porte de la chambre laisse entrer de la lumière en bas.

• Niamh (1/5): Avoid at all costs, especially if a solo female traveller. - There were so many things wrong with this place but I will start with the most serious one. The rooms were accessible from the street and we did not feel safe staying in this hotel. Literally you can walk off the street, through an archway, and straight down the corridor where our rooms were without the need for any key or access card. We were booked in for 3 nights, the first 2 nights I barely got any sleep due to noises outside my door and generally feeling unsafe. I had to push the furniture in my room up against the door as there was no bolt lock, only a card lock. We ended up leaving a night early and booking another hotel. I have stayed in some rough spots over the years and this is the first time I have ever left early. On top of this, the receptionist was rude when I told her we felt unsafe, at first she tried to lie and say they have a guard at the gate (they do not) and then when I explained why we did not feel safe having our rooms directly accessible from the street she got offended. The 2 other issues are that there is no breakfast even though it is advertised and the rooms are not cleaned, even though the info in the room says there is a daily cleaning service.

• Giulia (5/5): Posizione centrale ma alcuni servizi da rivedere! - La posizione. Il bagno era davvero scomodissimo, la doccia era sotto il sanitario. Ovviamente dopo aver fatto la doccia l'acqua riempiva tutto il bagno. Scomodissima! Altro punto negativo i continui rumori notturni di chi pernottava in altre camere. È stato fastidioso svegliarsi alle 2 di notte e sentire la gente urlare fuori dalla nostra camera. Ci vorrebbe una buona insonorizzazione per le pareti

• Smartires (8/5): Cumpriu as espectativas, localziação central e camas boas e o preço era bom para o que se pretendia - Localizado a 5minutos da praça principal, tinha estacionamento dentro do edifício, receberam-nos depois da 1 da manhã porque a recepção está sempre aberta, as camas eram muito confortáveis. O duche é em cima da sanita e do lavatório, pelo que depois do banho a casa de banho fica toda molhada e dificil de utilizar.

• Besnik (9/5): - Location and the staff. Particularly the receptionist, Gjerovica, she was an incredible host. The property also provides parking. Parking should be better managed. I had an emergency departure and had to wait for 20 minutes because someone had parked behind my car.

• Ahmetaj (10/5): Ottimo ! - Piccolo ma molto carino , impostato bene nel spazio che ci permetteva di mettere tutto ne loro posto. Aveva tutti servizi necessari per un albergo 3 stelle . Lo staff gentilissimo.Posso dire ottimo per posto nella vicinanza con centro e altre attrazioni della cita . Consigliato! L’unica cosa che si può migliorare parcheggio e un può stretto.

• Saurabh (2/5): Excellent location, but disappointing cleanliness and housekeeping - The hotel has a very central location, with plenty of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. The room itself was also spacious and comfortable. However, cleanliness was a major issue. The duvet had a lot of hair on it when we arrived. We reported it to the receptionist, who provided a replacement, but unfortunately the second duvet had the same problem. Additionally, the room was not cleaned the following day despite being told it would be. Serious shortcomings in cleanliness and housekeeping.

• Klára (9/5): Strategicky dobrá lokalita - Poloha hotelu byla ideální. Škoda, že bylo všechno slyšet. Jak z ostatních pokojů, tak i z chodby. Jinak bylo vše super.
• Cheikh (4/5): Décevant - Proximité de la mosquée et du centre ville Femme de ménage souriante Bonjour, J’avais demandé une chambre au 2e étage bien avant notre arrivée, mais à notre grande surprise, la chambre qui nous a été réservée était au sous-sol. Ne désirant pas cette chambre, on nous a attribué une chambre encore pire que la première. C'était un manque de respect total de la part d'un des responsables. J'étais en télétravail, en pleine réunion dans le coin bar, et il est venu ouvrir la fenêtre, parler au téléphone, allumer sa cigarette et mettre la télé en marche. Je me suis permis d'aller dans le local bar pour faire du télétravail parce que dans la chambre attribuée, il n'y avait ni table ni chaise. Il y a des mouches et des moustiques dans la chambre, les toilettes sont mal faites, et en prenant la douche, l'eau risque de déborder. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ni d'accès facilitant pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Il y a également un problème d'insonorisation.
