Oceňuji také vysokou úroveň čistoty ve všech prostorách hotelu i samotného apartmánu, který byl prostorný, komfortní a velmi příjemně vybavený. Velmi pozitivně hodnotím i gastronomii – kvalitní snídaně i celkovou úroveň restaurace. Pobyt na nás působil velmi příjemným a profesionálním dojmem a hotel bychom bez problémů doporučili dál. Nic
- Veronique (7/5): Très beau séjour!! - Les équipements, la chambre spacieuse, la propreté (femme de ménage très dynamique), Manque de personnel (on nous a demandé de dresser notre table nous même pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse), le repas buffet du soir (pas assez d’entrées ni de dessert pour tous, certaines personnes arrivés après nous et servi avant, repas des enfants facturés malgré la demi-pension, heureusement je l’ai remarqué lors du règlement). - Jain (5/5): Overall, I feel I significantly overpaid for this stay. In my opinion, this property would be reasonable at around €80 p - The external hired staff is very friendly and kind. It is a family-run hotel. I initially booked a single room but was given an extremely small room with no balcony or view, which felt more like a box than a proper room. When I asked if it was possible to move to a room with a view, I was told I would need to pay extra for an upgrade. I agreed because I didn’t want to spend the night in such a confined space, especially after already paying €126. What made this disappointing was that the hotel appeared to have only three or four guests at the time, so charging extra for the upgrade felt unnecessarily petty. Ironically, the upgraded room was still quite small. The hotel itself is quite old and dated. The bathroom and décor feel tired, and there is very little soundproofing — I could clearly hear conversations happening at reception from my room. The spa was also underwhelming. One of the rooms was not functional, and the steam room was barely warm. Overall, I feel I significantly overpaid for this stay. In my opinion, this property would be reasonable at around €80 per night, but certainly not the €150 I ended up paying. I wouldn’t recommend it at that price point.

Der Ausblick ist himmlisch. Es gibt Hallenbad, Saunas, sehr gute Austattung. Ideal am wunderschönen Salzkammergut. Nicht den Level wie Hotel Hochschober an der Turracher Höhe. Das Personal war trotz wenig Gäste nicht der Erwartung, dennoch sehr freundlich und einsatzbereit. Die Erwartungen und Preis insgesamt sind sehr fair. Nicht zu teuer und nach ihrer 4-Sterne-Bewertung ein sehr fairer Preis. Gutbürgerlicher Stil, sehr heimisch, aristokratischer Stil eher verfehlt, nicht oligarchisch, modern-österreichisch errichtet. Ein wenig zu künstlicher Bau, aber die sehr gute Ausstattung gefährdet nicht den schweren Mangel. Das entspricht sich der sehr zufriedenstellenden Niveau. Etwas mehr Wellnesskomfort wäre verbesserungsbedürftig. Aufgrund ihrer Lage, verdient der Hotel insgesamt selbst den himmlisch-sehr guten Ruf.

Some of the rooms were very dated, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. There was a heatwave, and some rooms did not have ACs. It's a beautiful location, clean, but for what it is, it's way overpriced.

- Søren (9/5): Skønt hotel tæt ved sø og by. - Dejligt hotel - tæt på søen og byen. Personalet var omsorgsfulde og meget opmærksomme. Dejligt værelse med udsigt over haven og søen. Lækker morgenbuffet, der kunne indtages på terrassen, hvis vejret var til det. Restaurant tilbød både buffet og a la carte. Dog begrænset menukort. Alt i alt super lækkert.

Loved the 10 min walk to the boat house on the lake. Room was large and clean with nice balcony. Although very clean and comfortable with lovely staff the decor was a bit dated. It was high quality though and good for an older crowd.

- Daniela (10/5): Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht – das Hotel war einfach top! - Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht top – man merkt sofort, dass es ein liebevoll geführter Familienbetrieb ist. Alles ist hervorragend organisiert, sehr persönlich und mit viel Herz gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, blitzsauber und der Balkon bot einen Bilderbuchblick auf den Weingarten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – eine tolle Auswahl, alles frisch und mit einem wunderschönen Blick über den Wolfgangsee. Der Indoorpool, die traumhafte Terrasse und die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die herzliche und aufmerksame Art des gesamten Teams. Es war für uns ein ganz besonderer Aufenthalt, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten – wir kommen garantiert wieder! - Mara (9/5): - Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und wurde wieder nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – zentral und doch ruhig. Besonders begeistert hat mich erneut die große Auswahl beim Frühstück – noch schöner wäre es, wenn mehr regionale und Bio-Produkte angeboten würden.

Ładne i zadbane otoczenie wokół hotelu, blisko do miasteczka. Smaczne śniadania, duży wybór pysznych soków, dżemów, pieczywa, sala śniadaniowa z pięknym widokiem. Miła obsługa, szybko reagująca na prośby, np o wstawienie małej lodówki do pokoju, w zamian niedziałającej. Blisko hotelu po drugiej stronie sklep, blisko wyciąg gondolowy. Pod hotelem miejsca parkingowe. Zbyt długi czas oczekiwania na posiłek w restauracji hotelowej, porcje małe i nieadekwatne do ceny. Pewne niedociągnięcia w sprzątaniu, kurz nie został starty przez kilka dni.

Színvonalas minden részletében, a medence vize kellemes hőmérsékletű, a panoráma páratlan. Hiányzott a klíma vagy ventilátor, illetve az italoknak hűtő a szobában.
