Staff could be better speaking english, the hotel charges 35 CHF for parking, only has 4 parking spots which are first come first serve, when ask for alternatives they send us to a private parking (which will cost quite a sum for a night) , they don't mention that you can pay a pass to park in the street infront of the hotel for 15 CHF literally meters from their 'private' parking.

ANNA MARIA (8/5): Fantastico in tutto, ritorneremo volentieri, vicinanza al tram, caffetterie, market ecc... - Non possiamo valutare l'hotel Olympia, ci è stato offerto gratuitamente l'upgrade all'hotel Stoller, situato a circa 100 m, infatti tutte le valutazioni sono di quest'ultimo, abbiamo apprezzato tutto, la camera con tutti i comfort, frigobar, macchinetta caffè, saponi doccia, set di cortesia, doppi cuscini, molto soleggiata e con balconcino L' aria condizionata non funzionava o non siamo riusciti noi ad accenderla, non so se era centralizzata, comunque faceva tanto caldo nella stanza

Christian (8/5): Trotzdem ist es ingesamt alles in Ordnung. - Alles sind in Ordnung Eigentlich waren wir zufrieden. Nur eines hat uns nicht gefallen: Alles war nur auf Englisch. Eine deutsche Sprache fehlte völlig und die fast ausschließlich digitalen Dienstleistungen waren für uns schwierig, weil wir älter und gehörlos sind. Das bedeutet auch, dass wir nicht telefonieren können. Dasselbe galt für iPad im Schlafzimmer, das wir nicht benutzen konnten. Dadurch wurde unser Schlafzimmer leider nicht gereinigt. :(

Samuel (1/5): As a former Front Office Manager i will NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone. Stay away from this property. - The Wifi was working with decent speed and location was OK. Hotel tried authorization with my original CC, did not work, Gave second CC for confirmation which somehow could not be charged. They cancelled my first reservation. When i went to do second reservation price went up by 70€. Did second reservation. At checkout Front desk could not charge again my card even though they successfully locked an authorization amount. Had to pay with debit card and i am still waiting for the unlock of the previous amounts authorized. Terrible front office management. Hotel is dated, rooms are also dated with minimal furniture. Price of 200€ for one night is ridiculous for such a poor property. Will never recommend to anyone as i am someone who works in the hospitality business for more than 20 years. Terrible!

Liliana (10/5): - la ubicación muy cercana a una estación del tren de la ciudad que conectaba con las partes céntricas de la ciudad y también que tiene un mc Donald enseguida del hotel para cuando quieras algo de comer. nada en particular, la estancia estuvo agradable y habitaciones y desayuno todo en orden, el hotel esta retirado del centro pero bien conectado por la estación de metro.

MEHMET AYDIN (8/5): - Otel merkeze biraz uzak olmasına rağmen birkaç adım uzaklıktaki tramvayla merkeze ulaşmak çok kolay. Resepsiyonda bizi ilk karşılayan sarışın hanım ( ne yazık ki adını bilmiyorum ) son derece yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Diğer personel için fazla yorum yapmak istemiyorum. Oda oldukça geniş ve ferahtı. Yataklar son derece rahattı. Özetle genel olarak memnun kaldık. Odanın mutfağı olmasına rağmen kahve veya çay yapmak için bile gereçler olmaması bir eksiklik. Avrupa veya Amerika'dan gidenler için odadaki prizler uygun değil, İsviçre'ye ait üç ayaklı. Bu nedenle telefon, tablet şarj etmek için adaptör almak zorunda kaldık.

Markus (6/5): Trotz allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Anbindungen zu ÖV direkt vor der Türe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in gehweite. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste. Auch Reinigungspersonal kümmert sich täglich um die Sauberkeit. Zimmer sind sehr klein und nicht unbedingt auf dem neuesten Stand. Leider sind auch die Wände sehr dünn & sowohl Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern, wie auch von der Straße deutlich spürbar. Entspricht nicht den „neuesten“ Hotelstandarts. Beispiel.: nur 1 Steckdose ziemlich „unnötig“ platziert. Badezimmer sehr klein und sperrig.
