The app seems to have some bugs (I needed to call reception to open the front door). Also, the queen bad was made from 2 mattresses and it wasn’t very comfortable because of that.

Zona era amplasata destul de aproape de Dubai Mall insa foarte galagioasa. Muncitorii de vis-a-vis munceau pana aproape dimineata. Miros destul de urat in intregul apartament dar in special in baie, unde totodata se auzea un sunet destul de enervant ( ca un bocanit)

Groaznic, totul pare invechit, baia si camera sunt murdare, mocheta urata, veche si roasa. In poze arata ca ti se ofera plicuri cu cafea, sticla cu apa si cafetiera, insa acestea nu exista. Nu le folosesc neaparat, insa doresc sa atrag atentia ca turistii au scris in reviews despre aceleasi aspecte, dar si despre altele care lasa de dorit, iar raspunsul hotelului a fost ca vor remedia situatiile, insa doar spun si nu fac nimic si se pare ca nu au niciun interes pentru ca turistii sa se simta bine. Iluminat insuficient, foarte foarte slab; daca ar exista iluminat mai bun, s-ar vedea tot praful si detaliile de mizerie. Cine doreste lumina mai multa, trebuie sa vina cu lampa de acasa, dar nu prea exista prize. Rudele cu care am venit, nu au primit camera pe care au achitat-o, ci una mai mica. Check-in si check-out online foarte defectuos, nu au receptie si la numarul de telefon din holul hotelului nu raspunde nimeni. Daca veti intampina probleme, nu vi se rezolva. Turistii asteapta cate o ora in hotel ca sa primeasca link-ul pentru completarea formularului de check-in, cu toate ca acest link ar trebui sa fie functional imediat dupa rezervare. Comunicare deficitara. La numarul de telefon din rezervare raspunde o persoana de la o agentie, care nu rezolva nimic si nu revine cu raspuns. La hotel nu se poate servi mic dejun si pana in centrul statiunii este mult de mers. Nu exista aer conditionat. Sunt ursi prin zona. O parte a curtii este lasata in paragina, deci o priveliste deplorabila. Ar trebui inlocuite saltelele, mobilierul vechi si inchis la culoare, care intuneca si mai mult camera, mocheta rupta, robinetii mizerabili si zgariati din baie, chitul sau siliconul umflat si dezlipit. Hotelul arata de 2-3 stele, nu de 4 stele si prea scump pentru ce ofera. Am gasit masina blocata de alta masina, pentru ca nu sunt decat sase locuri de parcare. Bateriile de la clanta usii camerei erau descarcate si aproape ca nu mai puteam intra in camera si nu ai cu cine rezolva problema

- סהר (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel!!!! - Nothing. Terrible experience. I am writing to complain about the unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience we had with your so-called “smart” hotel. Although we eventually received the entry code, it was sent only after about three hours of trying. we were outside of the hotel the whole time. Upon arrival, the code did not work at all. For the entire time. We tried the code many times, and I have documented proof attached of a few failed attempts. We even tried it backwards just in case. After several tries, the alarm was activated, creating a stressful and embarrassing situation entirely due to your faulty system. We spent over 30 minutes outside the room 44 attempting to gain access, with no success. At approximately 7:15 PM, I attempted to contact your customer service, only to discover that your support line was closed, leaving us completely without assistance at a critical moment. To further worsen the situation, once we attempted to access the room area, we discovered that the elevator does not reach the fourth floor, forcing us to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. This chain of failures wasted an entire day of our trip, caused physical exhaustion, stress, and completely disrupted our plans. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. Im travelling alone with kids, crying all day, not understanding why we don’t have a place to stay in. I had to, without any choice left, take another hotel in the last minute . Costed me about x5 money Given the severity of this experience and the total lack of support, we tried demanding: 1. A full refund of the amount paid 2. Additional financial compensation for the loss of time, distress, and inconvenience caused Im still trying to talk to the hotel to refund me and unfortunately they only try to disclaim responsibility and blame everything on me like it’s my first time traveling or trying to get in a “smart” hotel by self checkin. This situation is unacceptable by any reasonable hospitality standard.

- RH (1/5): Hotel does not respond, check-in doesn't work, cannot stay - Nothing. Automated messages are sent telling customers to check in via a link. The link is redacted in the message. Guests cannot access their room until they complete online check-in. The automated message said that everything is done remotely and, after check-in, a code is issued so guests can access their room. But the link is not there. Nobody responds to the Booking.com messaging facility and cannot get through on the phone number. Was unable to check in at all and had to stay somewhere else where systems work and there are people on hand to solve any problems.

Hotelul este pozitionat intr-o zona apropiata de centru si are locuri de parcare. Am remarcat produsele de baie (gelul de dus, sampon, sapun, crema corp) de buna calitate. Procedura de check in a fost facila. Raport calitate-pret foarte bun. Voi reveni cu placere.

- Oana (1/5): Nu merita. - Atentie ca nu mai exista managementul hotelului este dat in grija unei agentii. Comunicarea este proasta, sistemul de self check este complicat. Check in la 16.00 si check out la 11.00. Nu exista receptie, mini bar, nu exista mic dejun. Exista multe alte variante mult mai bune si ofertante in Sinaia. Atentie la comunicarea cu agentia, eu cand am primit detaliile de self check in lipsea pana si linkul. Eu am facut raport la booking deoarece toate aceste detalii nu exista oferta de cazare se pe anuntul lor aici.

- Georgeta (1/5): În niciun caz! - Hotelul nu are nicio persoana responsabila cu receptia sau intampinarea problemelor ivite la mimentul sau in timpul cazarii. Pe o masuta sunt aratate doua numere de telefon, la care nu raspunde nimeni in timp real si nici nu se revine cu apel. Astfel, Comunicarea la numarul de pe site-ul booking este prin mesaje cu raspuns tip-robot, fara ca acestea sa fie citite si luate la cunostinta in mod direct de o parte umana. Pentru orice problema ivita (precum caldura, un geam nefunctional, o problema sanitara) care face camera de nelocuit in conditii agreabile), nu va fi rezolvata situatia, nu va fi oferita o alta altenativa si nu se va oferi compensatie. De asemenea, nu se va oferi niciun raspuns la reclamatie dupa zile intregi de contact telefonic. In situatia data, camera a fost stropita cu substanta, probabil contra gandacilor. Nu se putea folosi niciun obiect si nu se putea atinge nimic fara iritatie puternica pe piele. De asemenea, la 10 minute de la momentul cazarii s-au declansat probleme aparatului respirator, manifestate prin tuse puternica. Am fost nevoiti sa eliberam camera. Temperarura in timpul zilei a fost de 6 grade. Se elimina astfel posibilitatea cazarii cu mentinerea ferestrei deschise, mai ales in timpul noptii. Prin urmare, Hotelul/managerul este foarte smart, obiectivul exclusiv este de “a face bani”, in detrimentul sanatatii si sarisfacerii clientului gazduit.

- Arianna (6/5): Basso rapporto qualità prezzo - La struttura è molto bella. Bello il set per il bagno. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di acqua con le tisane anche se eravamo in due e c’erano una camomilla e un thè. Non c’è nessuno alla reception, per qualsiasi problema bisogna rivolgersi a whatsapp. I parcheggi sono pochissimi e occupati da persone che non soggiornano nell’albergo. Nella camera c’erano quadri con fili di metallo sporgenti ad altezza occhi e molta polvere, il mini bar era completamente vuoto.

Pretul ok. - locurile de parcare nu sunt suficiente pentru toti oaspetii - a trebuit sa parcam masina pe strada pentru ca unitatea de cazare nu dispunea de suficiente locuri - pozele nu sunt conforme cu realitatea - nu exista receptie/sala de fitness/restaurant/ spa - pe hol se simtea un miros puternic de mucegai (in camere era aproape insesizabil) - liftul opreste intre etaje - nu la etajul corespunzator si trebuie sa mai urci/cobori jumatate de etaj pentru a ajunge la etajul corespunzator - nu exista receptie sau o persoana de contact - apelurile au fost redirectionate carte un bot - sistemul informatic nu este unul sigur - am putut accesa rezervarea prietenilor mei (inclusiv sa pot deschide usa) fara a fi logata cu credentialele lor - camera se deschide doar de te telefonul mobil - cu linkul mentionat anterior (ceea ce poate ridica probleme atunci cand ramai fara baterie/pierzi telefonul/este o problema la curentul electric) - lumina in camere este foarte slaba - nu toate prizele erau functionale

- Tavicu (9/5): - Everything was spotless and very well-organized. It is clear that a lot of care and investment went into the room, as everything was of high quality, from the comfortable beds to the premium amenities. A special thanks to the lady we spoke with on the phone; she was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. Parking was also very convenient, with spots available right in front of the hotel and plenty of additional space on the street if those are full. As a small note for future guests booking the apartment: we only stayed for one night and it was fine for us, but the layout is probably best suited for families with children. The second bedroom is actually a loft accessed via a narrow and steep staircase, which might be quite challenging for older guests. Overall, a great experience! The check-in process and access codes are fully digitalized and managed through an app. While it was fine for us, it might be challenging for those who are not very tech-savvy.

- Mihalca (9/5): Un sejur confortabil in mare parte. - Confortul oferit, dotarile,mobilierul, caldura, spatios. Localizarea departe de centru, 7 statii de autobuz si 10 minute de mers pe jos, in conditiile in care pe trotuar nu s-a putut merge, fiind gheata si zapada inghetata. Alt aspect a fost faptul ca nu s-a specificat clar conditiile de acces in camera. S-a dat pe mail un mesaj sa intru pe linkul lor sa competez ceckinul si mi s-a dat o parola si un mesaj ca urma sa stau la camera 3 la parter. Am intrat in cladire si cum nu era nicio receptie, am cautat la parter, dar camerele incepeau de la 5. Astfel ca am sunat la numarul afisat si mi s-a spus la demisol, dar pe indicatoarele de pe pereti arata ca la subsol era bar, restaurant si amfiteatru. Dusul din baie avea probleme, astfel ca ori curgea apa rece ca gheata, ori extrem de fierbinte. Un alt aspect a fost bazaitul constant din exterior, al unui aparat, ventilator sau nu stiu ce anume.

- Mihaela (9/5): Confortabil pentru dormit fara alte servicii. - Foarte curat si spatios. Receptia este digitizata, restaurantul desfiintat, esti nevoit sa mergi in alta parte pentru mic dejun, cafea, apa.
