• Manfred (9/5): - Die traditionelle, sehr hochwertige und saubere Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel wird familiär geführt. Das reichhaltige Frühstück bestand aus regionalen, teilweise selbst hergestellten Produkten und war sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein Restaurant und ein großer Parkplatz befinden sich unmittelbar neben dem Hotel.

• Maria (9/5): Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone, authentieke kamer. - Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt werd speciaal voor ons klaargemaakt. Tafel was mooi gedekt. Kamer was in authentieke stijl, zeer schoon, in de avond konden we nog fijn een drankje drinken ondanks dat wij een van de weinige gasten waren in het naseizoen. Het is wat ver van het centrum. Je moet daar met de auto naar toe.

• Lynnea (9/5): nice environment, comfortable, easy to access, good value - I really enjoyed this place. The decor and building felt like old Albania but it had all the modern amenities and the room was well-designed. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the shower was great (and never ran out of hot water, unlike several other places I've stayed this trip). The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with lots of homemade items. The staff members were helpful. The drive to the location and the parking were both extremely easy. I felt it was a good value for what I paid. Also, they accept credit cards. My one complaint was that a lot of noise transferred (there were 2 loud young kids in a nearby room), but with ear plugs and a white noise app I was able to sleep pretty well. I picked the location so as to avoid driving on narrow or steep roads in Berat and in retrospect I could've picked somewhere closer and still not had that problem, but the walk to the sights (maybe 45 min to Gorica area) was quite pleasant in the nice weather of early October.

• Iain (10/5): - We choose this property due to its convenient location to the bus station. Buses into the Old Town run regularly. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, staff were friendly and included breakfast was nice.

Pyszne sery, domowej produkcji rewelacyjne dżemy, oliwa z oliwek o jaką trudno gdziekolwiek i dzień … masło - prawdziwe, jogurt domowy ! Pokój bardzo czysty i solidnie wyposażony. Porządne meble z litego drewna. Jakość na każdym kroku. Rano budzą Cię koguty, owce i nieziemski widok za oknem. Wspaniałe doświadczenie. Tawerna obok ma bardzo przeciętne jedzenie. ( inny właściciel). Nie polecamy.

Duży plus za sobie robione produkty takie jak jogurt naturalny, sery, dżemy, oliwa z oliwek. Duży parking. Właściciel zaoferował nam podwózkę do miasta i odebranie wieczorem o dowolnej godzinie (za rozsądną opłatą). Jedyny minus daję za kawę na śniadaniach - kawa rozpuszczalna. Biorąc pod uwagę dobry standard hotelu kawa mogłaby być z ekspresu lub ekspresu przelewowego, ale to drobiazg, więc i tak 10/10.

Das Frühstück wurde uns einmal am Tisch serviert und am anderen Tag gab es Buffet. Es gab eine große Auswahl mit Eiern, Honig, hausgemachter Marmelade und Öl, Kaffee, Milch, Tee, Kornflakes, viel Obst und sogar Kuchen war vorhanden. Zu Berat City sind es ca. 5 Autominuten. Egal welche Wunsch man hatte, es wurde alles möglich gemacht.

It was the perfect place to stay during our road trip since they have a big, free parking lot for our rental car. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

• Mike (8/5): Top - Wij werden heel netjes ontvangen, en naar het inchecken werden ons koffers netjes naar ons kamer gebracht, het Hotel is gerund door en hard werken familie en jij kan aan alles zien dat ze echt het beste met jou hebt, de zoon heeft ons goede tips gegeven waar naartoe te gaan om wat te zien van Berat en omgeving maar ook qua restaurants hebben die ons geadviseerd. Het water liep slecht weg in de douche.

Det var ett nöje att träffa de och växla några tankar och idéer om livet. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell till alla, speciellt barnfamiljer. De har en stor innergård där mina barn har spelat fotboll på och fått klappa katter. Frukosten var mäktig och supergott. Allt var verkligen perfekt.
• Mercedes (10/5): Kaceli Hotel...un palacio - Hotel familiar, construido por el dueño inspirándose en la arquitectura tradicional, Dionis (el hijo) nos recibió muy amable y siempre con un trato familiar y muy cercano. El hotel es precioso y encantador, por los detalles en cada rincón del mismo, la habitación amplia y con un balcón...se nota que fué hecho con cariño. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos en coche de Berat, nosotros íbamos en coche y para acceder a la ciudad entrábamos por el puente de Gorica (el primero que te encuentras) donde había un parking de pago muy económico...despues un paseo breve y cruzar el puente peatonal para disfrutar de la hermosa Berat. De vuelta al hotel (solo nos hospedamos una noche) tuvimos una muy agradable e interesante charla con Dionis del que solo puedo elogiar su cercanía para con nosotros y su interés por nuestra cultura y por compartir la suya. El desayuno al día siguiente fué excepcional, con variedad de comida y fruta y sobre todo con las mermeladas hechas artesanalmente y sobre todo su aceite también producido por ellos mismos...una auténtica delicia de aceite. Un placer haber disfrutado del hotel Kaceli que ya merece por si mismo una visita. No puedo poner pega alguna, es un lugar encantador, hasta los pequeños murciélagos que de noche revoloteaban alrededor de una farola le dan su encanto particular.

O quarto é muito amplo, com organização e limpeza impecáveis, com camas confortáveis e roupa de cama de qualidade. Banheiro bom e limpo.

• John David (9/5): Lovely hotel and people. Comfortable air conditioned rooms from where you can explore Berat for a couple of days. - A well built traditional hotel. Very clean, room serviced daily, ours had a balcony. traditional breakfast with more than you could possibly eat laid out before you, salami, omelette, cheeses, olives, sour cream, fruit, toast, butter, jams,tea coffee and more. Friendly staff who can’t do enough for you and attached restaurant is with visiting with a few others nearby too. Close to bus terminus to get into town or elsewhere. Some lovely views. Location a little out of town and buses stop about 19:30hrs. Bus costs 30 lec and taxi 700+ (30cents euro or €7!) if you have car, bike, love hiking then location is excellent.

• CANSU (10/5): - It is a very clean otel and owners are very nice. Since rooms seems authentic I picked this place and I am very impressed. This place suits the Berat’s overall atmosphere. Our room had a balcony, it was good. Breakfast was fantastic. Homemade jams and yogurt were delicious. Come and see.

Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur notre table en sucré salé, avec des très bons produits de fabrication personnelle comme l'huile d'olive , le yogourt.

Gorgeous touches throughout the building, amazing, friendly service, excellent breakfast and incredible restaurant on property The only very minor problem is that the hotel is 2km from the historic city. However, it’s walkable and a taxi would only charge 500 lek each way. WELL WORTH IT FOR YHIS AMAZING HOTEL
• Miriam (10/5): Heerlijk! - Dat het hotel er heel netjes verzorgd uitzag. Het mooie oude pand, alles heel schoon, het is een familie bedrijf en de eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Het bed slaapt heerlijk en er is een fijn balkon. Het hotel ligt ook lekker even buiten het drukke centrum. Aanrader! Niets viel tegen, we zien alleen overal in Albanië dat er verschrikkelijk veel wordt gebouwd, overal. Dus het is een stoffige bedoening op wegen en in dorpen met veel kranen en overal worden nieuwe wegen aangelegd en hotels gebouwd. We hadden er hier geen last van!
• Jacky (10/5): Super fijn hotel - Wij vonden de inrichting van de kamers origineel en leuk. De familie die het hotel runt is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was meer dan geweldig en bestond uit eigen gemaakte producten en was meer dan genoeg. De broer heeft naast het hotel een restaurant waar we 2x heerlijk hebben gegeten. Het hele hotel is brandschoon en goed onderhouden. Het ligt niet op loopafstand van de binnenstad. Wij wisten dat dus was geen probleem voor ons maar je moet wel echt een auto hebben .

L' accueil y est tout en retenue mais très agréable avec des personnes discrètes mais qui semblent avoir à cœur de faire plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et vous y découvrirez quelques produits locaux ( confitures maison, beurre et fromage locaux ..)

• Cristina (10/5): Perfect! - We stayed at this hotel only one night, being in transit to Ohrid. It is 2.5 km from the city center, but it was not a problem that we went by car. The hotel and the room were rated 10 with congratulations. Everything is beautifully decorated in traditional style, clean linen, balcony overlooking the parking lot and sufficient and delicious breakfast with local products. We ate dinner at the tavern next door, which belongs to the family. The tavern is surrounded by tangerines and oranges, very nice. We highly recommend this beautiful family hotel. A little bit of noise in the morning from the car wash (I think) that is in front of the hotel.

• Etsuo (10/5): - 家族経営のホテルです。 他都市へ行くバスターミナルから近く　市内へ行くバスもホテルの前から出ます。朝食も材料からほぼ自家製で　出発日の朝　通常より１時間早く朝食の準備をしてくれました。重い荷物は　まずホテルに置き　身軽で観光するのに最適です。
• VM (10/5): - Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in diesem bezaubernden, familienbetriebenen Hotel. Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns gut, so herzlich und fürsorglich war der Empfang. Der Service war perfekt - aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Frisch, vielfaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Es war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Wir waren rundum begeistert und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Ein Ort, den wir wärmstens empfehlen können - hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen!

Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin suite à un incident avec notre vol et nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Le gérant est très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, varié, et fait maison. Réception wifi très faible.

• Xin (10/5): A worthy stay - Close to bus terminal and local bus stop. Excellent breakfast. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Less sound proof and can be a bit noisy when there is a tourist group. The floor of shower room a bit slippery.

• Judith (9/5): - We had a great stay at the hotel, it was by far the best accommodation we came across in Albania. The rooms and the furniture are high quality, comfortable and spotless clean and as described. The breakfast was very good with different options and the whole family made sure that we had a good stay. The town center is 30 mins walk or you can take a bus or taxi, there is a restaurant beside the hotel, if you want to stay in for the night.
• Natalia (10/5): Perfect stay! - The hotel is located outside old town, 5 min by car and has got beautiful countryside. The family that owns it is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable , just like in the pictures. The breakfast was amazing, all with local and homemade products. We loved our stay and we will definitely repeat if we come back to berat. Everything was perfect
• Marine (8/5): - Situé à l'entrée de la ville, ce qui en facilite l'accès , et il y a un parking, très pratique. Hôtel très propre, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner buffet plutôt bon.
• Ale (9/5): - Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Charmant petit hôtel familial. La décoration est un peu vieillote mais très atypique. Parking privé pour se garer. Service de laundry possible. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la route et elle s'est avérée bruyante durant la nuit, mais avec des boules quies ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Owners are very helpful. Restaurant next door not very good. Food doesn't taste fresh. I asked for rice at 2100 to eat and was told it was finished!

Man kann j er oben Negatipunkt finden!

• Meghan (10/5): - Absolutely gorgeous building. It is very well maintained in original decor. We couldnt get over how stunning the place was. Was a couple minutes drive to the restaurants but worth it for us. Very quite location and comfy beda. Our family room was huge and very clean. Lots to choose from for breakfast and very nice family who runs it. Wouls absolutely stay here again.
