• Oleksandr (7/5): - Тихое место вдали от шума центральной улицы, но мы так и хотели. Всё равно брали машину чтобы ездить по разным пляжам. Комнаты просторные Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. По запросу выдали фен, на весь срок проживания, бесплатно. Горячая вода всегда и очень хороший напор Уборка номера и замена полотенец за 8 дней была 3 раза. Замена постельного белья 1 раз. Посуды в номере маловато, нет микроволновки, чтобы, допустим, разогреть к чаю что-нибудь. Бассейн чистый Бесплатная стоянка авто, не под открытым небом. Очень удобно особенно если дождь РОЗЕТКИ! Люди помните что на Кипре розетки английские, для европейских вилок нужны переходники! В номере одна розетка не работала. Возле кроватей была только одна розетка и не посередине,а с краю, возле шкафа для одежды. И из-за этого нужно было очень аккуратно открывать дверцу шкафы чтобы не сломать зарядное устройство. К бассейну надо или обходить вокруг здания или перелазить через ограждение балкона. Отсутствие микроволновки. Плохая сковорода, к ней всё прилипало. В душевой отсутствовала шторка и поэтому вода много попадала на пол. Половое полотенце не спасало и приходилось после душа ещё и пол мыть(( Матрасы сильно уставшие и выпачканные в нескольких местах кровью. (Видно что пытались почистить, но до конца не получилось)

Каждый выбирает направление по своему вкусу). Когда заехала был не исправен чайник, мне его сразу заменили на новый) В номере есть какая то посуда и плита, но я не готовлю--- я приехала отдыхать) В этот раз немного подвела погода -- шторм два дня... Но это к отелю не относится))

Appena sono arrivata la stanza non corrispondeva alle foto, molto più piccola e super trasandata e sporca, si moriva di caldo e l'aria condizionata funzionava a malapena, sul piano cottura resti di cibo di persone prima di me! La cosa peggiore è stata che dopo aver fatto notare lo sporco invece di trovare una soluzione mi è stato detto se non vuole stare qua può pure andarsene, ovviamente così ho fatto e per fortuna ho trovato disponibilità in un altro struttura anche a meno prezzo ma super pulita. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto maleducatissimo e alzava gli occhi al cielo mentre gli facevo vedere lo sporco, per testimoniare tutto ciò allegherò anche le foto fatte così le persone avranno modo di vedere realmente com'è la camera e il quantitativo di sporco presente per un check in. Ringrazio nuovamente il ragazzo che mi ha accolto per la sua maleducazione! Mai più! • Jovana (1/5): This was the worst hotel/apartment that i stayed in. Never again. - Location is not bad. Its 7 minutes walk from the center. Hotel looks nothing like pictures on booking. Its really dirty. Bed and sheets had vomit on it. Floor was extreamlyy dirty, The owner was really rude and passive aggressive.

• Karolina (6/5): - Hotel czasy świetności ma już za sobą. Niemniej jednak pokoje są przestronne, klimatyzacja w sypialni całkiem dawała radę. Ręczniki wymieniane co 2 dni. W okolicy bardzo dobre restauracje. Przydałby się remont, odmalowanie, wypranie zasłon, uszczelnienie prysznica, żeby nie przeciekał, wyczyszczenie basenu, wymiana leżaków przy basenie.

Рядом тоже есть ресторанчики и маркет. Большой номер(апартаменты)с балконом, чистое бельё и полотенца. Можно было что-то готовить на кухне. Автобусная остановка-- 7 минут от отеля. (+)и (--) дорога в отель --это подъём вверх, если ты в хорошей форме)) и нравится ходить, то нет проблем.

In whole hotel only working 1 person which is absolutely nervous and rough, the sweeming pool is closing at 18:40, you have only one key doesn’t matter staying 2,3 or 4 persons, when you go outside and close door electricity is turning off, only fridge working no air conditioner, nothing clean nothing safe bad smell 🤮

In one of the rooms there was a very unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness of both rooms left much to be desired. We politely asked the cleaning lady to do an extra mopping, but she started arguing, saying that we don’t sleep on the floor anyway. Later, we tried to solve the situation by asking the always-present receptionist/handyman for a broom and a mop, but he also took offense and from then on completely ignored us. To top it all off, one day I was given a blanket (see photo) that had blood—or some other unknown stain—on it

• Jovan (6/5): - It’s near the center of Ayia Napa and property is friendly and halpful. The air conditioning is not good, i think it need to be charged
• Marija (7/5): The room is not the most modern, but it has everything you need. The accommodation is too uphill, a lot of sand. - The room was big and clean, we loved the pool. The hotel is close to the center but very uphill, get ready for the sand. It is near the clubs, and the city beach is about 1 km away. The parking lot is practical and large. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the sunbeds at the pool are old and should be replaced. The accommodation is close but too high (uphill).

Its in the center of Ayia Napa, so the bus station is really close, and everything you need is very close (markets, apothecary, restaurants, bars). The air-condition was very nice and we didn’t feel the Cypriot heat. The rooms should have been a bit more clean. It’s on top of a hill, so it’s a bit of an exercise when you get back from somewhere. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t say much about that.

• El (8/5): It was a good stay and a good value for money, everything was working perfectly except the AC, the location is good and - It s at 8mn from the nightlife and very calm. All what you need is available even the small details. It was clean. The AC was not powerful, i think it needs maintenance, the supplied air is barely cold and we are in July it was very hot so i changed the bed to sleep directly below the AC and i waited lot of time for the room to be at an ecceptable temperature and get rid of the heat knowing that when we leave (we remove the key) and the electricity is off and thus no AC

I recommend. - The accommodation is close to the center, but after returning from the beach or going out, keep in mind that you have to walk quite a bit uphill to get to it. The room is comfortable, great for 4 people, so there was plenty of room. The shower is excellent, there is always water, and the people at the reception are very nice. Most importantly - they have sockets prepared for people coming from countries where they are used differently. I think the room could be cleaner, but it's not a problem. I didn't use the pool because it was always empty, although it looks nice.

Everything , nothing like the photos, sheets on sofas (if you can call them sofas ) presumably to cover up the stains . 2 cups , 2 plates etc not very clean . Beds hard and uncomfortable, pool area was terrible , again nothing like pictures , we never even went to the pool it was that bad . Unclean leaky shower . Miserable cleaner who informed us she only cleans once a week and it was day 4 and we asked could she at least do the bins , asked for clean towels and she complained again only once a week so we didn’t get any . No tea or coffee or water in room absolutely nothing . Arrived late couldn’t get a signal for WiFi so used the contact number and got the WiFi password ,we then logged in to booking .com where we had been left instructions on how to check in ourselves which was to find our key under a bin for cigarettes.

• Gretkis (8/5): Recommend! - Very good WiFi signal. Spacious apartment with the essentials you might need. Great communication for self check in late at night. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Ants in the kitchen/common room - couldn't leave any baked goods anywhere apart from inside the fridge. Replacing the furniture (coffee/side tables, wardrobe) would give it a more modern feel but it's not really an issue as everything was functional.

The room itself was dirty as well. When you leave the room, the elctricity turns off so you return to a hot room which takes forever to cool.

• Lidia (8/5): Very good - It is a modest accomodation, with old furniture and appliances. I liked that it was clean, bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Also very close to Ayia Napa center. It was also nice that the pool was at the front of the balcony and you could hop in even in the late evening. The entrance from the parking side is a bit shady for a solo woman but there were no weird encounters. They supported nicely with late check in even if thete is no 24/7 reception and also allowed me to check out later with no extra fee. AC worked very well, no extra charge. Thanks so much for the stay!

• Daniela (2/5): Do not stay there. It was dirty, miserably and stinky. - I did not like anything except the location. The location was good. It was near the center and suitable for nightlife, because most of the clubs are located in the center. The apartments were really bad. Everything related to the apartment was disgusting. The apartment was not clean, the fridge was leaking and not working, and the most awful thing was that there were a stink, very bad stink all over the apartment. The pool was miserable and dirty. There was no hairdryer. I will not recommend it.
