- Ai (3/5): ブレーカーが落ちていた - 博多駅から近い。ホテル前の駐車場を予約できた。部屋が清潔。電子ロックで鍵を持ち歩かなくて良い。 部屋に入ったら電気が付かなくて管理会社に電話しても繋がらず、トイレの中にあったブレーカーを発見して見てみるとブレーカーが落ちていた。ブレーカーを上げたら電気は付いたが、ありえないと思う。 フェイスタオルはいっぱいあったがバスタオルがない。
- Tetsuya (9/5): ペットも快適な - ・部屋が静かでペット(小型犬)が落ち着いて過ごせた ・ロケーションが良く、博多駅まで徒歩ですぐに行けた ・チェックイン後、部屋のWi-Fiパスワードが分からず困った (後でBooking.comのメッセージ機能で情報が届いている事に気付いた) ・PICOLOさんのメッセージは、事前記入の完了後でも何度も不要なリマインドが来て、そのうち読まなくなっていたため、必要な情報だけ必要な人に送るよう改善した方が良いと思う (例えば、チェックイン後に必要な情報は、宿泊者のメアドへ直接送る等の対応が良いと思う)

- yuka (3/5): - 3人一室で泊まれたことと博多駅まで徒歩でいけたこと そんなに近いわけではないけれど ホテルからのメールが意味不名漢字のメールで読めない 文字化けしてる ホテルに入る前の自動ドアの開閉方法がわからないし チェックインの方法もわからないです 同じように困っている宿泊者の人とどうするんだろうと話し合いやっと入ることができました 小さなタブレットがおいてあるのみで誰もいませいん チェックアウトのときも同じようにまた他の宿泊者さんと本当にわからないねと話しました なかなかない経験でした 設備は布団が毛布くらい薄い トイレのスリッパがない バスアメニティーありと書いてあるがシャンプーなのかボディーソープなのかわからないものが壁にある感じです そのあたり覚悟して持って行ったりしたほうがいいと思います ドライヤーはありました 安く泊まれたのと 部屋は明るく見える努力がありで良かったですが メールが読めないや不在のチェックインならもっとわかりやすく改善してほしいです
- Aya (5/5): ペット可なのでペット一緒の人は良いと思います。 - 立地的には良かったです。 ペットオッケーが嬉しかったです。 エレベーターが最初動かなくて大変でした。 （隙間に物が詰まってただけだけど点検の人が来るまで部屋に入れなかった。）3人でしたがベットは良いですが床で寝る時のマットが薄すぎて体が痛かったのでマットは考えた方が良いと思います。

- KEIKO (8/5): 博多駅や繁華街への利便性がよく、お値段お安い宿です！！ - 家族で福岡旅行で泊まりました！ まずはお値段が安い事。そして博多駅から徒歩で行ける事。 実際に便利でとても良かったです！ チェックインの方法も分かりやすかったです。 部屋も寝泊まりするだけなら十分です。冷蔵庫やゴミ箱もありが十分です。 床に髪の毛が落ちていたので、掃除の際は掃除機なのか？クイックルワイパーなのか？何でお掃除されているのかちょっと気になりました！ ソファーベッドに髪の毛や糸くずが付いていたのが、ちょっとだけ残念でした。 コロコロすれば簡単に綺麗になるレベルなので、こちらはすぐ改善して頂けそうです。

- 幸代 (5/5): まぁまぁ - 清潔感があった。フェイスタオルが何枚も用意されており助かった。博多駅より近く便利。 外観は新しく感じた。 シーツも綺麗で安心できた。 家族4人でゆっくり寝れた。 今回ホテル前の駐車場の予約がいっぱいでできなかったが近隣に安いパーキングもあり使用しやすかった。 布団を敷くと部屋の狭さが否めない。 壁掛けの時計が止まっていた。 アメニティーは歯ブラシだけだったので、くしなど他の小物もあったら嬉しかった。 ミネラルウォーターがあればなおよかった。 Wi-Fiがないので不便な人は不便だと思う。

- Hiroko (4/5): 学生寮の様な民泊を希望ならピッタリ - 駅に比較的近かったところが良かったです。また、一生懸命仕事をしていた清掃員男性2名が、手を一時止めてくれて、聞いた事を親切に教えてくれた。 初めて、フロントのないホテルに泊まったが、こんなに不便だと驚いた。①写真と全く違う部屋で狭くとてもカビ臭かった②入口右手にトランクが6台散らばっていて、トランクルームもなく、ロッカーもなく、大声で騒ぐ声や足音がうるさくて防犯が心配だった③ソファーや壁やカーテンにシミがあり、汚れていてとっても臭い部屋だった④冷蔵庫のドアポケット中に3センチ程の人の髪の毛があり、冷凍庫は霜がみっしりで使えない状態だった⑤電子レンジがキッチンではなく部屋にあり、興醒めした⑥入り口がわかりにくい

- akari (3/5): 最悪です 二度と利用しません - 駅近であること ペット可であること ・アメニティが不十分すぎる(バスタオルや歯磨き、ハンドソープなどがない) ・リビングの床がミシミシと言って抜けそうな箇所が多く怖かった ・各扉を開けるごとに大きな音が鳴るため周囲の迷惑にならないかとヒヤヒヤしながら過ごすことになった ・チェックインのやり方が難しい。海外の方向けに説明してある機器や案内が多いため日本人には使いずらかった ・ペット可なのは有難いが、ペット代金を払っているにも関わらずペットに必要な用品が一つもない ・敷布団が薄すぎて床で寝ているのと変わらない ・メール案内が前日や当日に来るが内容が分かりずらく、同じ内容のメールが何回もきて迷惑であった ・3～4人で泊まれる部屋であるにも関わらず狭すぎる ・時計が壊れていた、電気のリモコンが効かない ・このような環境なのに宿泊代金と見合ってない ・今後予約される方は必ずクチコミを見て決めるべきです

- Fukushige (5/5): - 誰にも合わずチェックインできる。駐車場が目の前。ペットと一緒に泊まれる アパートタイプなので、他の宿泊客に気を使わなくてよいのと、宿泊者なのか居住者なのかもわからないので楽。 トイレとお風呂が別でよい。 博多駅に近く、徒歩圏内である程度行ける。 ペット宿泊代を支払うのに、ペットほ物は何もない（ゲージや器等） ペット代金を支払っているので、ゲージ、シート、器は置いてほしい。 ホテルを予約して何度もイベント中で割引があるとメールが来るのに、イベントとメールしても一度も返信なし。実際割引のイベントをしていないのではないか？？何度もイベントと書いてメール送信したのに何もなかった。 4人での宿泊だったが、ダブルベッド1台と、床に布団を2セット敷して寝るようになっていたが、敷布団が薄くて、床に寝ているようで痛かった

- Minami (1/5): - チェックインが16:00なのにも関わらず、16:50に手続きをし部屋に向かったら扉が開いていて、「今掃除始めたばっかりです。」と言われました。 清掃だけのスタッフとのことでしたので、本部と話がしたいと伝えたところ、「ラインしか知らない。本部の社名も知らない。名前もフルネームも知らない」と言っていました。 この時間の清掃になったのは、そのスタッフ曰く、「清掃の人が足りないから。僕もダメだと思うんですよねー。」って言われました。呆れますよね。 その後、本部の方とは公式ラインでやり取りができましたが、謝罪の連絡もラインか…と思っちゃいました。 結局は、宿代をお返しするということで終わりましたが、せっかくの年末年始の旅行初日がこのスタートだと気分が乗らなかったです。 予約検討されている方は、値段だけではなく絶対口コミをみて予約してください。

- KATSUHIRO (2/5): 他に選択肢がなかったので利用しました。次に利用する際は絶対に忘れ物をしないよう気をつけたいと思います。 - ロケーション。 途中までのメールでのやりとりはなかなかクイックだったのでその点は良かっただけに最後が残念でした。 無人フロントということはもちろん事前にわかっていて、チェックインまでの各種問い合わせに対してのレスポンスは巷の同様施設よりはクイックで、その点は評価するものの、問に対する答えとしては知りたいことが適切には答えてもらえず、こちらが意味を忖度するしかなかった。 一番の問題点（サービス）はチェックアウト時にバタバタしていて忘れ物をしたのですが、そのことを照会したくても、メール（booking .comのメッセージ機能）で行うしかなくそしてそれに対して、ノーレス（無反応）で放置されています。 まぁ忘れ物をする当方が悪いということなのかと諦めましたが、こういう場合海外でも照会（電話）すればすぐ応対してくれるので、無人フロントの一番ダメな点を実感しました。 また、本件に対して、booking .comにも照会していますがこれも今日現在でスルーされているのはどうかと思います（頼りにならない）。
