La habitación solo la arreglaban hasta las 11:30 -12 y si no ya se quedaba sin hacer. No es un hotel de 3 estrellas más bien es un hostal y las fotos son engañosas.

• Evan (5/5): I would not choose to stay in this area again - The staff was very kind and helpful with 24 hour service. They were generally quick to answer messages and check in was smooth. The shower did not drain and nearly flooded the rest of the bathroom, the lift was out of order, and the walls were not cleaned of dead insect carcasses. It is not in the best condition.

• Cristian (1/5): Even one star is too much for this “sewage” of a hotel! Why am I saying this? Well, I was on a budget trip for 5 days t - Even one star is too much for this “sewage” of a hotel! Why am I saying this? Well, I was on a budget trip for 5 days to Rome with my partner. On the 3rd day in the morning we woke up due to the smell of sewage in our room. It was impossible to stay there, and the smell never left the room ever since(room 102). This was the reason we decided to book a flight a day earlier and leave this trash bin the same evening. We stayed up the whole night in the airport and had to pay for new tickets, obviously. We could not take the smell anymore. Even when we were turning on the AC, the smell was getting even stronger and also a smell of food was coming. Above this main concern (who would live in a room that feels like a sewage, for real now?), there was constant noise waking us up. Even during the evening there was so much noise, we barely went to bed at a decent time. It felt as if our room did not have a door. My partner’s back is in pain after sleeping on a bed with springs that were pushing straight in our back. The walls of the room were dirty and damaged. The bathroom was small and I still question the quality of the water, since my partner’s face started to grow pimples and her skin was itchy and irritated after every shower taken there. Also, after each shower our bathroom was filled with water of the floor. We found mold on the walls as well. The toilet looked disgusting. I don’t recommend to anyone to go here! This is a scam and a place that deserves to be shut down, due to health concerns. To summarize the experience of this 3 stars hotel, would be with one word: sewage. • ProfJoe (9/5): Great value in a good location - The hotel has a reception desk open 24/7 which makes it ideal for anyone arriving late into the city centre. It's a short walk (9 minutes) from Termini which is also good. There are also drinks available to buy from the front desk so that's another plus point. I wasn't able to check out the local area because it was late but I passed a couple of minimarts that were still open even though it was gone midnight. The room was clean and the shower excellent. It is really good value for money.

Aucune insonorisation j’entendais les voisine parler alors qu’elle ne parlait pas fort dans leur chambre. Très mauvais emplacement.

• Jake (8/5): Good value for money, conveniently located next to Termini station. - Good value for the price, and good location if you’re coming from Termini station. No need to Uber or Taxi as you can just walk to the hotel, it’s roughly 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily which was nice. A bit far for walking to and from the main areas of Rome. Not the end of the world if you’re fit and able bodied, but likely too far if you struggle with walking for 1hr+. Also the noise in the front rooms is an issue with trains and sirens going past all night.

Por poner algo seria que las paredes son finas, pero es depende del huésped que esté al lado. No todos son ruidosos.

We expressed some concerns to the lady and she accommodated us so quickly, would stay here again just because of the staff!!! The only 2 down sides would be the location as it does feel unsafe at night a certain times so we made sure to get back before the sun was fully down. But its not the hotels fault. The other downside was the mattress, it was super firm to the point where we put pillows underneath us so it would give us more support. Besides those two things it was a great stay!

• Isabella (8/5): - We got this hotel for the price at first ,but it was amazing service , our bed was always made it was very clean I felt our room was spacious enough for the price we paid. Hotel had drinks and food available for purchase just in case which was nice, their staff also had a 24/7 receptionist which made us feel cared for. The area around the hotel had graffiti which I was a bit worried but once we were walking around it felt very familiar are safe. Of course be cautious but that’s in any city! We walked into the shops near by not too bad of prices. I liked how it wasn’t too bad of a walk to the Roma termini and the bus stop on that corner. For our first time in Rome, We had a great trip :) the internet was very fast and the shower worked very well.

• Naneth (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable family-run hotel. We got to the hotel about 2 hours early and extremely tired after driving all morning and they let us check-in early with no issues. It’s clean, quiet, and only about a mile walk from the Coliseum. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It was too slow. Normally I wouldn’t care, but our cell phone service was already bad in that area so I was relying on the WiFi to work. Other than that, highly recommend this place!

• Ehsan (6/5): - The property was much older and more run-down than shown in the photos when I booked. They first took me to a very dark, outdated room that looked nothing like what I had reserved. I showed them the photos from my booking, and they told me that the room I expected was on the other side of the hotel, which apparently has no elevator. But the side they gave me also had no elevator, so I asked to be moved. The second room was slightly better, but still far from satisfactory. The only positive was the location, about a 10-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around easier. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
