- Laura (8/5): Would come back, but wouldn’t stay in same room 🙈 - Property nice and clean, comfortable, enough space. Close to the lovely beach. Very nice staff, kids club was amazing for kids. Food was lovely, entertainment was very nice for all ages. We had issue with drain smell, it was very bad, they send it few times maintenance guy to fix it, and just after 3days he managed to fix it.

Había muchas cosas de las instalaciones que estaban pendientes de arreglar, la puerta de nuestro apartamento estaba rota y luego sufríamos de problemas de presión hasta un día nos quedamos sin agua y tuvimos que ir a recepción a quejarnos. Por otro lado, una noche nos dieron una encuesta de satisfacción que rellenamos y a los dos días recibí un correo de recepción, echándome en cara la respuestas y las propuestas que había hecho en la encuesta de valoración por lo que la atención en ese punto deja mucho que desear y encima lo hicieron de malas formas. Todo lo que incluye a nivel de bebidas, todo incluido son bebidas sin marca, no conocidas
- Nako (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer selbst benötigt eine Renovierung, Sofa war schmutzig mit Flecken. Möbel waren sehr ausgenutzt und die Innenwände hatten Bröckeln. Das Frühstück hatte große Auswahl, aber viel davon hat wenig geschmeckt. Eier und Bacon waren sehr alt und gefühlt vor paar Tagen gekocht. Für den Preis haben wir definitiv mehr erwartet.

- Jenna (9/5): Hôtel très bien situé sur la jolie playa Flamingo! Nourriture très bonne et variée! - L’esprit « bungalows », grande terrasse, pas de vis à vis. Vue sur mer et piscine calme! Nous avons adoré être dans le coin calme de l’hôtel (loin de la piscine animée). Le manque de respect des touristes anglais et allemands (laissent de la nourriture, des gobelets, des déchets par terre sous leurs transats… etc). Je plains les agents d’entretien de l’hôtel qui doivent sans cesse passer derrière eux…
- Esin (4/5): Wenn man Pech hat, hat man ein lautes Zimmer - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top und auch das Essen war hervorragend. Leider gab es jedoch einen großen Minuspunkt, weshalb wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen würden. Direkt vor unserem Fenster befand sich eine technische Anlage . vermutlich eine Wärmepumpe oder etwas Ähnliches die rund um die Uhr sehr laut lief. Zusätzlich ließen sich die Fenster nicht richtig schließen, wodurch der Lärm dauerhaft im Zimmer zu hören war. Erholsamer Schlaf war dadurch kaum möglich. ich musste sogar mit AirPods schlafen. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns der Eindruck, dass solche Zimmer möglicherweise bevorzugt an Booking.com-Kunden vergeben werden. Deshalb würden wir von einer Buchung eher abraten.

Qualsiasi tipologia di esigenza si possa avere sono presenti negozi, bar e ristoranti di ogni tipologia, oltre a servizi offerti dall'hotel stesso, come piscina interna riscaldata, palestra, servizio lavanderia.. di fronte c'è Playa Flamingo, baia artificiale ma ugualmente godibile. Posizione comoda se si ha l'auto, il lungo mare di Playa Blanca è interamente costituito da alberghi di questo tipo, l'intrattenimento non manca ma non è lo spirito di Lanzarote..comunque le attrazioni naturalistiche come il parco del Timanfaya e alcune opere di Cesar Marique sono a circa mezz'ora d'auto. Appartamenti addossati l'uno all'altro, odore di fogna dal sifone della doccia.

- Emer (10/5): Small, perfectly formed, delight - Super layout, small and perfectly formed. Quieter swimming pool option with lanes for a proper swim too. Lovely little outside terrace, great studio set up with kitchen and fridge. Very near to a couple of small shops and right on the prom. Very quiet area. Right beside Flamingo Beach, a gorgeous little crescent beach. The bedroom in the back. It would be nice to have the bedroom facing out to the ociean, but perhaps other room options has this
- Jan (6/5): Good stay IF you get a well-located apt within the complex - The location is very good, overlooking a very nice beach and boulevard. The apartments are comfortable, spacious, and have a small terrace each. The food was good and abundant. There was entertainment for children. The apartments we were given (3 of them) were badly located, overlooking the chimney of a restaurant so noisy and smelling of grease. We were changed to apartments that were overlooking an open septic tank, smelled very bad. There was no other choice, very strange considering that there are very many apts in this large complex. Probably most apts are held by agency TUI and are not given out unless you have booked through them. Not enough parking.

- Lora C. (10/5): - The location was great - easy walk to restaurants and a short drive to other towns and sights. All amenities were on sight, including kids pools and play areas. The beach was quiet and without waves, so it was great for kids. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. There was also affordable laundry service on site which was convenient. Beds and pillows were comfortable, so we had a great nights sleep. The apartment was a bit outdated and worn out but it was not a problem for us.

- robmawby1 (8/5): Relaxing and convenient - While the complex seems a little worn around the edges it was ideally located with sea vies from the balcony, and flowering shrubs around the complex. I certainly preferred it to the more modern but rather sterile newer hotels nearby. The food was excellent, especially the evening meals. The restaurant was large but laid out to allow privacy, but the tables and chairs did remind me of Lions Corner Houses in the 1970s! The worst thing was the waiters (note male noun). I nearly got knocked over twice at my first meal and oon one occasion came back from the buffet to find my food had been cleared and my table was being given to another couple! On a personal note, I am partially sighted with macular degeneration and I found the small dark food labels impossible to read.

- Roxanne (6/5): Eccellente Ristorazione, ma Manutenzione Camere Inaccettabile - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a Lanzarote e il giudizio è purtroppo contrastante. I punti di forza: Servizi esterni: Moltissime piscine per ogni esigenza (adulti e bambini) e una disponibilità di lettini davvero eccellente. Ristorazione: La mezza pensione è stata impeccabile. Buffet enorme, cucina dal vivo e piatti cucinati bene. Staff: Sia i camerieri che le signore delle pulizie sono stati di una gentilezza e cortesia rare. I punti critici (molto gravi): Purtroppo, la nota dolente riguarda l'appartamento. Nonostante la gentilezza del personale delle pulizie, la camera presentava gravi carenze: Umidità evidente: L'odore di muffa era insopportabile, tanto da svegliarsi con il bruciore di gola. Il problema è strutturale: i muri erano visibilmente rigonfi per l'umidità. Igiene e decoro: Abbiamo trovato numerose zanzare spiaccicate sui muri e sulle tende, segno di una manutenzione e di una pulizia profonda (non superficiale) che purtroppo manca. È un vero peccato, perché il potenziale della struttura è alto e lo staff merita molto, ma dormire in un ambiente insalubre rovina inevitabilmente la vacanza. Spero vivamente che vengano fatti dei lavori di ripristino.

- Catherine (4/5): Great location. Poor cleanliness. - Location is perfect. Pool area was quiet and clean. We arrived on the Tuesday and left on the Sunday. We had to ask on the Friday afternoon for the apartment to be cleaned and the bin emptied - even though the information said the apartments are cleaned every day except Wednesdays and Saturdays. There wasn’t even a broom or dustpan and brush for us to sweep the floors ourselves. And there was no tea towel to dry pots. Or washing up liquid, only hand soap by the kitchen sink. But we bought some on our first day - along with more toilet roll on our 4th day, as this wasn’t replenished either. But even after the apartment was was cleaned, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. No pillow was provided for the sofa bed in the living area. The worst thing was, my friend woke up 2 mornings with rows of bites. We thought it was mosquitos, but her doctor told her when she got home they were bed bugs!!!

- Paola (9/5): - El personal, la comida, las zonas comunes, la cercanía a la playa/paseo/tiendas/restaurantes. Ambiente y entorno muy agradable. Ideal para niños y personas tranquilas. Quizá haya cosas que modernizar, pero tampoco buscaba un hotel de lujo. No destacaría nada en particular

- Giorgetti (6/5): Non ci tornerei ! - Posizione Colazione Stanza vecchia e poco poco pulita . Porta del bagno tutta rovinata e sbucciata . Eravamo in tre e dentro c’erano teli e accappatoi solo per due . Un unico letto unito che si separava al centro e mio figlio ha dormito in mezzo a 10 anni , parecchio scomodo .

- Leyla (10/5): Beautiful hotel - I liked the room, it was clean and tidy, the view from the balcony, food as always very tasty and lots of choices. I didnt like that in the bathroom next to the bathtub was that shower gel which we used it, when my child was coming out of thr bath she slipped and fail on her nose, ot was lots of blood, luckily it was a cold bottle of water in thr fridge and we used it to put it on her nose, but we was so scared that her nose was broken and it was lots of blood and of course tears of my child. Recommending to change place in the bathroom for that shower gel equipment. And the water in the swimming pools was colder than in October, probably May is not the best season to swim, as in October is much warmer to use swimming pool, my children were swimming, but for me and my husband was to cold.
- sukacheva (8/5): - We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel. The location is amazing—just a short walk to a beautiful beach, which made it perfect for relaxing days with the kids. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. What really made our stay special was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always helpful and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for a family getaway. We would definitely love to come back again! While our stay had some positive aspects, there were a few disappointing issues. We experienced a problem with no water in the toilet at one point, which was quite inconvenient, especially when travelling with kids. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved—some of the glasses provided were not properly clean, which was off-putting. The coffee was also below expectations and didn’t match the overall standard we were hoping for. These issues slightly affected our overall experience and should be addressed to improve future stays
- Ivana Chovančíková (7/5): - Veľmi dobrá poloha hotela, situovaná priamo na pláži. Resort bol veľmi kľudný a pekne zariadený. Obrovské množstvo komárov na izbe. V kúpeľni nám poriadne neodtekala voda a tak sme ju mali až v obývačke.
- María (6/5): - O atendimento na recepcao e muito bom. Tem um pequeno supermercado dentro do resort onde você pode encontrar todo o básico que precisa. A localizacao e boa e o preço é justo. O apartamento que ficamos precisa de uma reforma geral. A pintura do teto descascando caindo no piso; A água do chuveiro bate na parece e escorre pelo chão formando poças dagua; A cama faz barulho quando a gente se mexe; Tem uma obra grande do lado que faz muito barulho; Pela manhã bem cedo os serventes transitam com um carrinho de rodas onde levam roupas para a lavanderia que faz um barulho que acorda qualquer um; Os travesseiros já estão bem velhos; O secador de cabelo não funciona; A janela fica batendo com o vento ; Enfim foram duas noites mal dormidas. Fora isso o resto foi agradável.

- Riccardo (8/5): Ci tornerei! - Vicinanza al mare e al porto. Posto molto tranquillo e ben gestito da TUI. Cibo abbastanza nella norma, molto ripetitivo e non esagerato quindi ottimo per evitare sprechi. Pulizia 5 giorni su 7 e camere un po’ “vecchie” ma comunque fornite di tutto essendo aparthotel.
