- TaylorOnTheRoad (8/5): - The room was comfortable, with an incredible view of the city and moutains from the balcony. Both front desk and cleaning staff were very nice. The hotel is located right in the center of Shkoder and next to the bus station. Check out time is late (11) and you can leave you bags at reception after checking out. I stayed only one night but wish I could've stayed more! The hot tub in my suite was not working well, which was disappointing. A few things are missing in the room, like teacups and something on which to hang the towels in the bathroom. I didn't like the breakfast (not a lot of choices, especially if you don't eat salty food in the morning).

- Stevanoska (10/5): Sehr zufrieden - Ich war mit dem Kindern hier und sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf .Der Kaffee hat leider nicht geschmeckt - eine größere Kaffeemaschine für Gäste wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem war die Auswahl sehr einfach, mit wenig Marmelade nicht Qualität und eher minderwertigen Süßigkeiten, ohne Kuchen.

They went above & beyond in their hospitality. The room was spacious, super clean, beds & pillows comfortable. The breakfast is modest, but ok.

- Céline (8/5): Aanrader - Goed gelegen hotel, midden van het centrum. Personeel is super behulpzaam en helpt jou echt met al je vragen. Privéparking (op aanvraag want die is niet zo groot). We hebben ook op aanvraag een ontbijt to go gekregen aangezien we sloegen heel vroeg moesten vertrekken We hadden een bubbelbad in de badkamer. Maar zonder badstop. Aangezien het hotel volboekt, hebben ze er geen andere kunnen nemen uit een andere kamer. Maar we hebben het bad toch gebruikt. Een handdoek gebruikt als badstop. De badkamer is overgelopen bij gebruik van de bubbels in bad...

- David (9/5): We had a one night stay and it was great! - Incredibly hospitable staff and comfortbale hotel. We had a great view of the city from our room. Nothing. It met all our expectations.
- Leutrim (9/5): Traveled by car and want to stay in the Shkodra Center? Stay at Rozafa Hotel. - It is in the very Center of Shkodra. Has its own free big parking area for Hotel guests. 24h reception. Simple but good breakfast included. Seems like an old building but good renovated, but also a cultural relic from the past century, which makes the stay really good and attractive. Some other Hotels in that are have SPA in similar prices, but Rozafa Hotel does not have SPA.

- Raymond (5/5): Baked alive in our bedroom! - The hotel is perfectly located and the room was well presented with comfortable beds. the air conditioning in the bedroom was malfunctioning and it was not possible for us to get the temperature below 27 C. We reported it to Reception who tried to lower the temperature, without success. They promised to get the technician When we came back in the evening the technician had just turned off the system and the room was stifling hot. We switched it back on and the temperature was still a minimum of 27 - it has to be the most uncomfortable we ever spent in any hotel. Nice hotel but would never go back.
- Seth (7/5): Good - The staff were very friendly and for the most part (except belpw) did their best to be accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect. This place has a ton of potential but I think giving it a 7 is being very generous. This is far from 4 star IMO. The amount of noise in from other rooms wouldn't have bothered me so much if you had a decent cup of coffee in the morning. I mean there is a coffee shop right there in the lobby yet the breakfast coffee is brown water and likely left over grinds from the coffee shop because it may have been some of the worst coffee ever in a Hotel. I'm gonna go as far to say it wasnt even coffee. Breakfast in general was just not good but luckily I'm not a Breakfast person so I can say Breakfast wasn't good but had they had good coffee or even anything resembling coffee I'd give it a pass. Internet?? Hmm didn't work whenever I stopped at the hotel, they were aware that the internet and phone weren't working. When I came back to the hotel at 10pm and it still wasn't working I went to ask (4th time as I needed to do a few things) and the person at the desk said oh I tried to call yiu but no one answered hmmmmmm (see previous statement/issue) so they changed my room ... I wouldn't stay here again but the place has potential

The room has a very nice view from the balcony The breakfast variety is very limited. Restaurant service is very slow, I ordered a pizza to my room, and it took about 75 minutes

- Marinus (8/5): Very good - Great location in the city centre, close to many restaurants and opposite the bus stop I needed to use. Check-in was quick and friendly. I was upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was average. It was served in a room with only big round tables. Handy for tour groups, not so much for individual travellers. My room lacked coffee or tea making facilities. I also missed a light and power outlets at the desk.

- Zain (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Great value for money. An excellent base for all the Albanian Alps and such a great comfortable place to start and end your tough journey into the mountains. Nearby all the good resteraunts and has a good and lively vibe near the area. And the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They keep your luggage, arrange early breakfast if you have to leave early and are always smiling and willing to help. Great place!

- Mark (8/5): Good and bad! - they gave me a free upgrade because the hotel was under construction,nice suite,builders in the corridor. jacuzzi didn't work but can't complain,there's scaffolding on the outside of the hotel so the views are obstructed. Possibly the the worst breakfast iv had in any so called 4*hotel i have ever stayed in.broken coffee machine no milk,2 cold fried eggs,a hot dog and a piece of stale burek on a plate.No cereal,no fruit,not even a piece of bread. If you value a decent breakfast choose another hotel.i went to the coloseo hotel for my breakfast the following day.
