Gli interni della struttura - sia le parti comuni, sia la camera e in particolare il bagno - sono totalmente da ristrutturare. I mobili sono vecchi (non antichi) e, assieme ai quadri e al numero cospicuo di statue e vasi che si trovano sia nella hall e nella living, sia nella camera, formano un insieme trasandato, caotico e certamente non di buon gusto. Peccato, perchè - ove ristrutturato e arredato con un design accurato - l'hotel sarebbe una eccezionale dimora di charme. Inoltre, il personale è presente alla reception soltanto alcune ore del giorno. Per le ragioni evidenziate, il prezzo per notte a camera è decisamente eccessivo, anche ove raffrontato ad altre strutture della città vecchia.

• Rosalinda (1/5): - Nothing ⸻ This property is extremely outdated, and the smell was unbearable from the moment we arrived. The room was in very poor condition and clearly in need of renovation. We were assigned a room on the third floor with no elevator, accessible only by very narrow stairs, which made it quite difficult. When we arrived around 3:10 PM, the so-called hotel was completely closed. There was no staff on site—we had to call a number posted on the door just to gain access. The building was empty, which, in hindsight, was not surprising given the condition of the property. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations, resulting in a complete loss of the money we paid.

Je gaat echt 100 jaar terug in de tijd, qua stijl, maar ook qua comfort. Ze waren aan het verbouwen buiten het hotel en het is zeer gehorig. Donkere kamers, douchen in bad, schimmel in de badkamer

Innen in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt, Mobiliar Wir hatten die Suite gebucht, dieser Aufpreis lohnt nicht. Altes Bad, Schranktüren defekt. Zum direkten Parken muss man polizeilich angemeldet werden, sonst droht ein Bußgeld. Wir hatten das Hotel im Vorfeld diesbezüglich angeschrieben und keine Reaktion erhalten.

• Katy Lari (8/5): Nel ❤️ della città vecchia - La posizione è meravigliosa, nel cuore di Dalt Vila, a due passi dai locali, ristorantini e negozietti. L'hotel mantiene il suo carattere storico ed è perfettamente inserito nella città vecchia. Il corridoio e la scala per arrivare alle camere sono un labirinto ricco di quadri statue e statuine e specchi in cui è facile e anche divertente perdersi per poi scoprire una terrazza da sogno, purtroppo non ancora utilizzata. L'arredamento, se pur tradizionale, risulta troppo datato, soprattutto in bagno. Servirebbe una rinfrescata in grado di mantenere il carattere storico della struttura.

• Valentijn (9/5): Super ervaring in het oude gedeelte van Ibiza stad. - Locatie is top! Oud Ibiza stad. 2de keer dat wij hier waren. Geen ontbijt genomen. Doen we bij plaatselijk tentje waar de locals komen. Als je luxe zoekt moet je hier niet zijn. Het is een sfeervol boetiek hotelletje. Super vriendelijke mensen. Geen luxe maar wel een hele toffe locatie. Overdag zijn wij weg en slapen er alleen maar en dat is prima. Wij vinden het prima.

• Silvia (10/5): Grazie a Pamela e Toni…spero di tornare presto 🥰 - La casa è antica, bellissima e tutto è mantenuto fortunatamente in modo da trasmettere la sua storia e la sua anima. Il quartiere sotto al Forte, dove si trova la casa, è affascinante. Un angolo di una Ibiza non certo festaiola ma molto vera, piena di luoghi e scorci interessanti, il museo, le stradine con piccoli negozi, ristorantini che non si dimenticano, un posto sereno. Pamela e Toni sono perfetti padroni di casa, dall’accoglienza a qualsiasi ora al supporto per ogni bisogno durante il soggiorno. Ci tornerò sicuramente a breve. Grazie!

Wenn man das Hotel betritt gibt es einen unangenehmen Geruch, der erst vermuten lässt, dass es nicht so sauber ist, was aber nicht so ist. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, egal wann man es verlässt. Das fand ich sehr angenehm!

• paolo (1/5): Soggiorno Terribile, decisamente l’hotel peggiore in cui io sia mai stato - La posizione Soggiorno davvero deludente. La struttura è trascurata e sporca sotto ogni punto di vista. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli e peli sulle lenzuola “pulite”, cuscini delle sedie macchiati e pieni di sporco, polvere ovunque e un forte odore di muffa in tutta la stanza. Le lenzuola e le tende presentavano evidenti macchie, i tappeti erano sporchi e perfino l’asciugamano fornito non era igienico. Il bagno è stato una delle esperienze peggiori: doccia con pochissima pressione e addirittura inutilizzabile se si apriva il lavandino, vasca con sporco incrostato da tempo, nessuna finestra né ventola, niente sapone né bagnoschiuma, e nessun cambio asciugamani. L’illuminazione era scarsa, con abat-jour non funzionante e lampade quasi inutili. Oltre a questo, la struttura presenta crepe sui muri ed evidenti infiltrazioni, il wi-fi e i dati cellulare non funzionano e non c’è alcun aiuto per i bagagli: devi portarli su da solo per tutte le scale. Esperienza pessima, posto decisamente da evitare. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Taxi stopt voor de deur en je loopt zo de stad in met winkels en restaurants. Na jarenlang Ibiza: eindelijk ons favoriete hotel gevonden! Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with great beds and quiet. Taxi stops at the door and the city’s shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Room was clean and pleasant and with a front view of the park in front and fort wall. Very charming. I did not get to have breakfast It was not served before 8:30 and we were out by then. It would have be better if they served breakfast starting at 7:30 am or at least coffee and some pastry or toast. Breakfast was served to late for me to have it there

• Marta (8/5): Location , location , location ! A glimpse of vintage ibiza and a very privileged location from which to explore and exp - Excellent location inside the castle walls towards the top. Nice view out of our window . Easy and quiet in the morning .Felt like an older unique neighborhood above the hustle and bustle . It’s an older hotel with character . The room is a bit small but it had a nice window looking out with a nice view . There is a restaurant downstairs in the patio only open for dinner .. The noise carries up ( not loud just conversations over dinner )but they close at around midnight ( early for Ibiza )or we could close the window. Generally we were not affected as we ibiza is a late night town and we were usually out until about that hour or later . There isn’t a large lobby to relax in but lots of outdoor public space in a pedestrian area with beautiful trees and atmosphere . It was all pretty easy .

• Nibedita (8/5): Lovely location and a hotel with quirky charm. - Limited check in and check out times and I couldn’t leave my luggage at checkout as the reception wouldn’t be open in the afternoon when I wanted to collect it. Scaffolding was up on the building adjacent to my window so was woken up by noisy building work on Monday morning!

Old shutters opened on to pretty little balcony overlooking nice gardens. Bathroom old fashioned and in need of decoration but shower efficient and everything worked. Could really have done with kettle as there's no facility for making a drink and no bar. Overall a good experience - excellent position to access town. Not good if you have mobility problems - quite a few stairs ( lovely staircase) and no lift. Plus walk to nearby town involves lots of cobbles .

Bathroom old in not such a nice way but shower good and everything worked. Bed very comfortable and aircon/heater provided perfect temperature. Quiet at night but so close to old town. If you like pristine paintwork etc this wouldn't suit. Could do with a kettle to make drinks

• Sian (9/5): Charming, boutique hotel in heart of old town. - Charming, characterful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Calm and quiet although close to the busy centre and beaches. Great value for moneyWe were upgraded to a lovely double bedroom with antique furniture, 4 poster bed and paintings with a pretty lounge all overlooking the old street leading to the castle. The shower worked well and got immediately. We liked the fridge and full minibar too. The service from the staff was great, quick to let us in when we arrived before the check in time, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was served personally, simple but tasty: fresh orange juice, croissants and toast with great coffee. We loved our stay, the hotel and the gorgeous old town.. really memorable ! We had a few problems with the old heating, but the staff was quick to sort it out. Apart from that we loved the old world feel of the hotel.

• Joanna (10/5): An iconic hotel right within the castle walls of old Ibiza town. Masses of charm. Stunning location. - Charm, location, history. Super comfy bed. Beautiful iconic view of the castle wall. Super easy parking access within the castle walls. Old style fittings and furnishings might be annoying for some, but everything is perfectly functional, so it’s a brilliant choice for the price.

The evening restaurant was superb - simple meals made delicious. The place was shut until after 5pm so we couldn't even drop off bags when we arrived. Had to wait (in a bar!)
• Ben (10/5): Absolutely AMAZING, we'd recommend La Ventana 1,000,000% to anyone wanting a hassle-free stay. - The hotel location in the Old Town, within the fortress walls, is SOO amazing. It was just a minutes walk into the bustling, winding side streets making it perfect to explore from. Our room was beautiful, really authentic old style and the whole hotel vibe so relaxed. We REALLY loved the sunscreen sharing basket aimed at reducing plastic waste via guests leaving spare items for future guests to use instead of buying more. The surprise upgrade of our room on arrival was a generous and unexpected bonus, it really set off our break on a lovely note. Virginia and Pamela were AMAZUNG hosts, nothing was too much bother for them, even when requested in my shocking Spanish! They even arranged some flowers, chocolates and bubbly for my wife's birthday. The communications before we arrived were spot on and it couldn't of been easier to stay at La Ventana. They were even cool about it when we accidentally tripped the electrics Additionally, Moises and Daniele who run the evening restaurant at the La Ventana are equally awesome. Such nice guys and the food was amazing! Just make sure you do it properly (we didn't realise) and order 1 dish to share (between 2 people) per menu section to really get the feel of the place. We are hoping to visit the hotel again after such an AMAZING stay. Thank you SO much to all of you for making our stay what it was, you are awesome! Nothing, everything was fantastic!

Quirky in a good way, with narrow stairs and low ceilings. Pretty room with a view of the city walls, wooden shutters and a comfy bed. Good water pressure for the shower. Friendly staff. No lift and patchy Wi-Fi.

• Garry (10/5): Perfect hotel in a perfect location! - Perfect location in Dalt Vila. Quiet, yet close to restaurants, bars, etc. Wonderful service from staff. Pamela y Virginia on reception were very friendly, attentive and supportive. La Ventana is a very special and charming hotel set in a stunning old town house. The interior is full of interesting artefacts. There is a small roof top terrace. Also, the La Ventana restaurant is located on the ground floor, in the front garden. Sadly, we didn't get to visit this time, but look forward to doing so next time! If you're looking for a modern, clean-cut hotel, this will not be for you. However, if you are looking to stay in a hotel full of character and history, then La Ventana is the place for you. This is our second visit to La Ventana since last year and we will return again! Nothing!

• Joseph (9/5): It was a great value, location and staff. Would definitely recommend!! - We really liked the location, it was very close to restorations and shopping. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This part of town was very quiet, especially after dinner was over at midnight. It also was a great value for Ibiza. There was also a nice rooftop terrace with great views! We liked the fact that it was a full sized bed, but the mattress was not that comfortable. We also wished there was a coffee pot or something in the morning for self service. They had breakfast for guests but it was 10 euros for not much.

• Alana (8/5): Great perfect location, a lovely quirky Spanish hotel - Perfect location, Ibiza town is a minute walk away, where you will finds lots of places to eat and drink plus great little shops, La Ventana is a very traditional Spanish hotel, very quirky with an old rustic feel to it, we where in a double room which had a really comfortable 4 poster bed, the room had mostly everything we needed, the only thing I would have liked was tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff where friendly, didn’t see them much as we where up and about early, but when we did they where great 👍 this hotel is a great base to go exploring Ibiza, thank you 🫶🏼 xx Needs tea and coffee facilities, the bathroom could do with a little upgrade.

My mum wanted to send me a bottle of Cava for my birthday which fell during the stay, and the staff were beyond accommodating of this and added extra touches including fruit and flowers!
