• Kurt (8/5): Sehr zufrieden , gerne wieder. - Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkplatz für das Auto ist im Hof. Zimmer mit Balkon sind groß und gut. Das Frühstück ist gut ,Wünsche wurden erfüllt, Die Lage zum Zentrum ist hervorragen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Der Inhaber spricht auch Deutsch.
• Wilczek (10/5): Perfekt für einen Stopp in Niš - Sehr zuvorkommende Besitzer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum von Niš. Da wir noch hungrig waren, haben wir erstklassige Tipps für gute und günstige Restaurants bekommen. Die sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen. Alles sehr gut!

Wir wurden gut betreut und vor allem erhielten wir ausführliche und interessante Info über die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten - und den Hinweis, dass man im TV Champions-Leage schauen konnte. Frühstücksplatz etwas beengt, Roleaus und Vorhangstangen im Zimmer etwas fragil, Betten etwas "laut". Aber Super-Zimmer sonst.

• Iliana (10/5): - The owner was very kind and welcoming. He helped us find a place to eat just a few hours before Easter, and the restaurant he recommended was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the town center.The breakfast was handmade and sufficient.

• Krunich (7/5): If you are light sensitive, you will want to make sure that you ask for an apartment that has blackout blinds that reall - The location is perfect. Close to the big mall and close to everything you need downtown. The apartment we got, which was right above the sign for the front of the building did not have adequate shades on the window and the amount of light let in at night kept me from sleeping.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The area is very good, close to everything. We would have liked a lampshade in the room other than that nothing to say.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας, παροχών ξενοδοχείου και τιμής. Η πρόσβαση στα δωμάτια είναι μόνο από σκάλες. Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Δύσκολο για άτομα με αναπηρία, καρότσι, και κινητικές ανάγκες.

• Ruth Eva (10/5): Von der liebevollen Ausstattung über das Personal bis hin zur Lage waren wir vollkommen zufrieden! - Wir wurden am Abend gefragt wann wir frühstücken wollen und am Morgen stand das Früstück bereit als wir ankamen. Es war alles dabei was man sich wünschen konnte. Kaffee wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei Anreise erhielten wir einen Stadtplan mit Vorschlägen zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Innenstadt war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto stand sicher auf einem Parkplatz im Hinterhof mit Schranke.

• Nikos (9/5): Ευχαριστούμε Bladimir - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική. Η υποδοχή και η ενημέρωση από τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άριστη. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, ζεστό και καθαρό. Για το αυτοκίνητο υπήρχε πρόβλεψη και ασφαλή θέση parking. Το κατάλυμα ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης και μπορούσες σύντομα με τα πόδια να πας στο κεντρικό πεζόδρομο, το κάστρο και άλλα αξιοθέατα. Στην τιμή του καταλύματος συμπεριλαμβανόταν και πρωινό, το οποίο ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Με άλλα λόγια η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής του καταλύματος ήταν άριστη. Με μια μικρή αναβάθμιση του πρωινού, του στρώματος και των κλινοσκεπασμάτων το κατάλυμα θα ήταν άριστο!
