DINKO (6/5): Неизползван потенциал - Отлично местоположение и добра закуска. Тъмна и потискаща стая - от четири лампи две не работеха. Изключително неудобни възглавници.

Hristo (4/5): Disappointing - The staff was young and friendly. It looks like the hotel is not maintained properly and everything looks old. It was very noisy - there was loud music in the evening and during the night and it was coming from the hotel's restaurant. It was warm in the room but because of the music the opening of the window was making the comfort event worse ( in combination with small room size and beds).

Мариан (8/5): Stay at hotel Chinar Hisarya - The place from my point of view is very good for families with kids. Lots of space in the rooms. Everything in the room was operational in terms of devices. It is comfortable enough. The breakfast was good and the personal was kind. The location is perfect for Hisarya. The SPA is small and there is no pool, but this is all noted and you are aware of that prior booking. Only cash is accepted.

Richard (9/5): Only stayed there one night but if in aria again will definitely stay here - The location right in the centre of the town. Right next to hot water springs. Quiet room at the front of the hotel apart from dogs barking in the night which has nothing to do with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Next door to a lovely restaurant. Easy parking right outside. Nothing lovely place to stay

Stoyan (6/5): Not a good value for money. - The staff were polite. There was no outdoor swimming pool. You need to use a pool belonging to another hotel which was very old and not very clean. If you spend a night, you get to use the pool once which was not told to us in advance. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but turned out to be a meal that was pretty mediocre and served cold. The place needs to be refurbished.

The so-called "Spa and wellness centre" was a joke-small jacuzzi with cold water, a non-working moulded steam room, no swimming pool, no AC apart from the lobby and the restaurant, obviously cutting costs. The staff were students probably, didn't know a thing, and were outside most of the time smoking. Very poor breakfast. Everything was absolute deception and rip-off!

The hygiene was lacking in some spots, mainly in the SPA area and in the personal bathroom. There is a need of a cosmetic repairs as well. A bit overpriced for what they offer and the state of it.

Nice restaurants around the property. National and resto bar pisatelite offered good food options! The hotel needs better maintenance. In addition internet did not work in room 107 - not very good reception of signal. Furniture is worn out and it needs updating.

Aleksandar (3/5): Overpriced disappointment - The beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite. The restaurant had good options for dining and the prices were reasonable. Where do I start? The hotel has not elevator and is situated in the center of the city - it's fairly loud during the night. The rooms are average size with passable furniture and design. The bathroom is ok I guess but I have certainly seen better. The SPA center is very small and in dire need of refreshing. There wasn't even a dispenser for water .... The sauna was with a fairly low temperature and the steam bath was constantly running out of steam. There are only 4 beds for rest. Overall this is an average hotel that is EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality we received. For the same amount of money we have visited hotels in Bulgaria that are much, much better.

There is no chair or table on the balcony and no coffee or tea option even if it was paid in the room. An additional bin in the room could be good too.

Robert (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel is in the town centre. The room was cozy and the overall condition of hotel was great. Parking lot was available. Got a feeling that I was only one guest in hotel. Sauna wasn't on,there was only a small pool available. So nothing to say about SPA. Breakfast includes one coffee only. For others I must pay because one small amount of coffee in the morning for me is nothing. No free water bottle in room. I think price of hotel is higher than the service provided.

Desislava (9/5): Classy hotel in central Hisar - I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Also the little quirk of having pink towels for the ladies. The SPA was nice. The room was super clean. Only one thing - the steam bath in the SPA seemed to not work.
Todor (8/5): Hotel Chinar - The apartment was nice and roomy. It was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was nice too. No elevator, good thing we were on the first floor as we were traveling with a baby.
