• Christian (10/5): Merveilleux séjour - L'emplacement, le calme, la disposition des bungalows autour de la piscine, le parking privé pour 4 voitures. La propreté incroyable (le linge de toilette est changé deux à trois fois sur le séjour). Les petits pains pour le petit déjeuner du matin... Pour les séjours en famille, l'établissement offre en sous sol un incroyable espace de détente avec sauna, billard, matériel de fitness et même terrain de squash... Peu de choses. Les petits pains pourraient arriver un peu plus tôt (nous sommes des lève tôt) La,piscine pourrait être plus chaude (ça ne nous a pas gêné, la température extérieure était de l'ordre de 29 degrés) Les installations sont un peu vieillottes.
• Julie (9/5): Lovely Little Gem - Lovely little gem, very quiet and peaceful with only 4 villas. Great facilities, staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. Fresh bread on morning was lovely too. Beirut restaurant was about 20 min walk and lovely and Toro at Faro 2 centre was also very good- we had beautiful steak cooked on stone there. Just a bit too far from bars/restaurants. There was a small handful within a 20 min walk but you really had to look for them and they weren't always open. Thats the only negative we had.

• bamiere (3/5): Heureusement que nous avons passé seulement 4 nuits , mais bien placé à Maspalomas - L emplacement et le terrain de badminton seulement. Résidence Extrêmement vieillotte. Deco , lit , canapé , salle de bain . En se croirait en 1990 .la piscine est sécurisé mais nous ne pouvons pas rester au bord de l eau les transats sont a l extérieur de la clôtures. Nul pour surveiller les enfants.les terrasses sont pas jolies,et barricadées. Le tarif est extrêmement élever par rapport au logement proposé pas entretenu ,c est propre mais tout vieux . Le micro-ondes a jauni , les stores sont cassés, les draps ont plus de 20ans . Le jardin commun est sympa mais on se croit chez mémé . La laverie est seulement ouverte de 9h à 13h donc pour prévoir de laver son linge il faut rester une matinée sur place , franchement pas pratique. J ai du laver mon linge la main ! À ce prix là !!! Très très déçue !!! Je ne comprends pas la note de cet établissement .

• Gillian (8/5): Overall we think this accommodation is great, the pool is a big selling point and the pool table and table tennis are go - Our second stay here :) Fabulous heated pool- not too hot, not too cold. Nice accommodation, found the beds comfy and air con worked well although sometimes took a few minutes to come on. There is a mid-week clean and tidy by the staff. Unfortunately my daughter had a sick bug while there (not caught there-must have been the plane or brought from home) and we moved my son’s bed out of the second bedroom into the office area and when the staff noticed, they provided a privacy screen for him, which was a nice touch. They put fresh bread in a wee postbox in the porch each morning between about 9 and 10am. Comfortable sunloungers and nice roof terrace. I enjoyed breakfast there each morning. We enjoyed playing pool downstairs in the games area and also table tennis and putting. There are books and magazines available in a few languages in the games area. You can ask to use the washing machine between 10am and 1pm weekdays, we used it one of the days and staff provided me with pegs to peg it up on the clothes drier in our porch area as it was a bit windy. In the kitchen, staff provide cloths, sponges, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. More are provided mid-week. There are three bins under the sink with bin bags provided. There was water, milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived. Nice quiet location with a taxi rank at the end of the main road outside. Lovely gardens within the accommodation. Wee shop a short walk away towards the golf course. The putting area is a bit dated and in need of sprucing up and a couple of putters and maybe two different coloured balls added to the stock. There is a coffee pod machine in the kitchen but we didnt use it as badly in need of descaling - we ran water through it and it came out with mouldy bits in it. There was no kettle so we bought one as I like a cup of tea and a quick cup of coffee. We left it there so hopefully it is still there for other guests to use. There are utensils and kitchen equipment but it’s very basic.
• Elaine (9/5): A peaceful apartment complex with great facilities - There was a lot to like. We liked the quietness of the apartment complex, it's great pool, roof terrace and recreational facilities. Quiet location and only a short taxi ride to busier spots or the beach. Also the staff who were friendly and helpful. The apartment was stocked with water, tea, coffee, butter, jam, kitchen cleaning products, toiletries, etc on our arrival. The bedding, towels and apartment was cleaned 2/3 times during our week's stay. Fresh bread delivered daily was also a lovely touch. There was nothing to dislike.

• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely quiet villa ideal for a family with teenagers - The semi-private pool, table tennis and games area were really lovely. We loved having our own assigned sunbeds. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, the host was lovely (and coped very well with my limited Spanish!). Nice little touches such as fresh bread every day. The balls in the pool table need replacing! Also one of the light bulbs in the bedroom was broken which we reported and nothing was done about it. Air con was a bit noisy.

Great accommodation, lovely hostess, would definitely stay there again. - Secure complex of 4 self contained villas with shared pool and allocated sun beds. Very private. Other facilities included discreet squash courts, gym, entertainment room, bbq. Fresh bread rolls delivered each day. Hostess and staff were superb. Depending how far you wanted to go there were good restaurants within walking distance Location for some people may be an issue, approx 1.8m walk to beach and similar to central area, although we enjoyed the exercise. However local taxi service was good with a taxi rank about 200m away and not expensive €4.5 to centre.

• Lenka (10/5): Ideal for sporty families or groups - Very quiet acommodation, but in strategic place close to many places we planned to visit. In the apartement was all we needed for our stay. Some of the equipment looked older, but everything was super clean. We had almost private pool as it is only for these 4 apatements. Below the houses there is entertainment place with table tennis, gym, billiard, squash court, sauna, playstation and dvd videos. Everything for umlimited use. You can borrow bicycles, play a small minigolf or enjoy a small garden or barbecue terrace. Fresh bread every morning was a nice bonus.
• Julio (7/5): Good - The Swimming pool is pretty good, and the size of the house is very comfortable. Some additional facilities, such as the Squash Court, and Ping Pong, are also good opportunities to play with family. The location is far within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. However there is a washing machine, you can just use it from 10h00 to 12h00, and only on weekdays.
• Natalja (4/5): It’s My wish for hotel management to reward good staff like Almovena(the young one)and retrain people like Angel (Englis - Facilities,wide choice of leisure activities,warm and big swimming pool,amazing staff member name Almuvena(the young lady who was able to resolve huge conflict provoked by another staff name Angela). Resort has huge potential,but lack of knowledge In elementary level of hospitality and basic knowledge of English staff name Angela(who was not able to know basic words in English like bad sheet).Her intolerance and lack of understanding,that each client has his own specific circumstances,which l could explain to her,if she had at least some knowledge of English.And this again comes down to the management of this place.We would definitely return again next Easter but on one condition-Angela won’t be anywhere near us.I myself worked for more than 25 years in hospitality and never seen more patronizing and unprofessional staff in my life.

• John (7/5): Average for the price - Convenient location to explore the island The accommodation is advertised as 4 adults but the villa is better suited to 2 adults and two small children. The floor was not swept and bed linen was ripped on one bed. Towels not replaced until asked. The details on Booking.com need updating to show not all staff speak english on the contact number, the frequency of room service. In fairness the manager resolved the room issues quickly although they should not have occurred in first place.

Basic kitchen facilities, no mugs, kitchen knives, chopping board, only one oven dish, only one dinner plate, uncomfortable furniture. Some of the facilities stated were not provided- satellite TV, robes slippers. Bikes have never been serviced, some were dangerous (brakes not working, loose handlebars)

Games room was fantastic and my girls loved spending time playing pool. Lovely BBQ are. Our host (Almodena) was amazing and very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Perhaps a/c in the games room as was very hot down there.

Angela and her daughter go above and beyond to ensure that every need is catered for! The villa's are immaculate, with everything that you could require for self catering. The swimming pool is very nice and well maintained. The fresh bread rolls each morning (apart from Sunday) were a nice touch! The BBQ area which you can use, with 48 hours notice, was great! Liked it all. Just a small tip that it would be useful to have the laminated Spanish villa information card, available in other languages.

• Mark (10/5): Best accommodation you can get in Gran Canaria - Playa Del Ingles or Meloneras! - This is the second time we have visited Gran Canaria and the second time we stayed at Siesta Suites and it will be the only place we stay when we come back. The complex is perfect for relaxation, privacy and comfort. The facilities for a relatively small complex are fantastic however, the staff are exceptional! Nothing was a problem, they help me arrange a special breakfast for my husbands birthday as a surprise, they went way above and beyond what I have experienced before. They really do look after you and care about you having a greta holiday. Angela is the ultimate host... so helpful, friendly and cares about her guests. The location is just perfect to get away from hustle and busy tourist spots but easy to get into Meloneras for great restaurants and shopping and Playa del Ingles for nightlife. Can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back! My sister came this time with us and it was her first time and she will return with a friend. Nothing! Everything was spot on... truly! Music at night from some complexes outside of the Siesta Suites could be loud at times but, others have to enjoy themselves and it didn't spoil anything for us!
