Anina (10/5): Glorious stay - the photos on the website don’t do it justice! - Glorious property in a beautiful town! We really enjoyed our stay in our junior suite (room 205). The room was very spacious, luxurious bed linen with an amazing free standing bath. Reception couldn’t be more helpful. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Next time!

Location: very central, special (on the island) Parking available in front of hotel (subject to availability) - very convenient. Hotel: beautiful deco and well designed; has lounge area. Luxury cosy hotel with home feel. We didn’t have a chance to dine, but popped in to see the restaurant. Very special with the view over the river . Room: extremely beautiful, desk in case you need to work, comfy mattress, quality bed sheets , practical layout - all you need, also tea / coffee facilities. Fantastic view with balcony door opening toward the river. Spacious shower room, soft towels, luxury toiletries, hair dryer. Ho dovuto girare come un matto e poi farmi indicare come raggiungerlo dal portiere dell'hotel Templarios. Colazione soddisfacente. Letto comodo. Vista fiume incantevole. Un albergo che non possiese il bidet per me è un albergo per i poveretti che non si lavano dopo essere andati al gabinetto. Voto 1.

Braier (4/5): Decepcionante - Pequeno almoço perfeito! Linda localização. O atendimento foi excepcional. Muitos elogios para toda a equipa qu enos atendeu erfeitamente desde o primeiro momento. Escolhemos este hotel para um fim de semana num pequeno spa, conforme o hotel oferecia. Entretanto foi decepcionante. A piscina que deveria ter água aquecida não funcionou um único dia sequer. Segundo o hotel, as bombas de aquecimento estavam avariadas. Ao invés de um fim de semana num spa, tivemos um fim de semana de inverno numa piscina de água fria. Se havia um problema com as bombas, que ao menos nos avisassem e tentaríamos remarcar a data da estadia. Pagamos por algo que não nos foi entregue. Extremamente decepcionante.

No pequeno almoço, a abordagem do funcionário da recepção, não esteve à altura do preço cobrado pelo alçojamento. Sem "bons dias" a primeira interacção foi perguntar o número do quarto, com cara fechada. Provavelmente estaria num dia mau. Os hóspedes, também provavelmente, mereciam mais.
Guusje (10/5): Excelente estadia - The location of the hotel is beautiful, with that the hotel fits perfectly with the surroundings of the water, trees etc. The inside is amazing, we had a spacious room with also a babybed. The pequeno-almoço is good, there are things for everyone and taste fresh. The spa en sauna are a perfect extra at this hotel. The only sad thing during our stay was that the outside pool was closed.

Nos dias a seguir, a temperatura da água foi regularizada, mas a sujidade continuou. Relativamente à casa de banho do quarto, ao tomar banho, a água saía para fora da base de duche.

Ruth (10/5): סה״כ אהבנו מאוד. - המיקום היה מדהים! מלון בוטיק קטן וחמוד בפארק בתוך אי קטן שממש קרוב רגלית לעיר העתיקה של טומאר. אנשי צוות הקבלה היו מאוד נחמדים, ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה. החדר גם כן היה חמוד מאוד. לא היה מספיק מקום באמבטיה לתלייה ולהנחת כלי רחצה. לא סיפקו מים לחדר (בניגוד לכל שאר המלונות בהם היינו במשך הנסיעה), ובאזור הסאונה היבשה לא היו מי שתייה.

Gostei SPA, embora piscina um pouco pequena para mais do que 4 pessoais. Gostei sauna finlandesa. Por causa mau tempo o lugar um pouco húmido, na zona de SPA falta jacuzzi dentro e sauna turca.
