Angel (4/5): Para no volver - LA amabilidad del personal de recepción. Todo se ve bastante nuevo en cuanto a las habitaciones. Parking gratuito. Checkin teórico a las 14? Tuvimos que esperar 2 horas que nos dieran la habitación debido a un tema logístico. Teníamos una boda y llegamos con tiempo para cambiarnos y descansar y apenas nos pudimos arreglar. Restaurantes: Veníamos con expectativas para comer en familia y la comida que pudimos pedir es ciertamente malísima, nada recomendable, ni los bocadillos algo sencillo ni siquiera estaban ricos. Nos pusieron excusa que tenían 6 eventos en el hotel y de ahí las complicaciones. De los dos restaurantes uno estaba cerrado, el japonés. Parking ojo la entrada es angosta tiene un giro de 90 grados justo justo, por no hablar si bajas al segundo sótano es un infierno para meterlo o sacarlo. Mi coche era grande y me las vi "canutas"

Nerea (9/5): - Lugar tranquilo, habitaciones amplias y cómodas Llegué a las 14:15 para hacer el check-in, pero la habitación no estaba lista. Pregunte que cuánto iban a tardar, pues tenía una boda a las 16:15, y necesitaba saber cuándo iba a estar la habitación, ya que teníamos que dejar las cosas y ducharnos. No sabía cuánto iba a tardar y, tras mi reiterada explicación de que tenía prisa y que acaba de llegar de un viaje de 800km, me responde la recepcionista “No podéis pretender entrar todos a la vez”. Tras ese comentario, le digo que me devuelva el dinero que acababa de pagar y buscaría otro alojamiento si no me decía al menos, tiempo aproximado. Finalmente, terminó llamando a las chicas de la limpieza para preguntar. Entendemos que se retrasase el servicio de limpieza y que el cliente no siempre tiene la razón, pero en este caso las contestaciones no eran las más idóneas. Incluso si tiene una hora a partir de la que pueden hacer check-in, tener una previsión.

El spa genia también, tiene lo Justo y muy bien mantenido y cuidado. Y las vistas! Bueno y el desayuno, el buffet no es especialmente grande pero no le falta de nada, y todo buenísimo. The restaurant offers a lovely view and delicious food. Upon arrival at the hotel, I found out that the spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This was quite surprising, as there was no information about it beforehand. I believe this should be clearly stated when booking through Booking, as the main reason I chose this hotel was to use the spa facilities.

Le Mirador est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement situé avec une vue incroyable. L’ambiance est calme et reposante, on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Les chambres sont confortables et les installations de grande qualité. C’est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des vacances. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Rien, tout était parfait.

Colleen (7/5): Nice views from terrace area and good location - Nicely designed and the terrace with the viewpoint was great. The room we had was stuffy with no views (just of parking lot). It clearly was not fully booked but they would not change our room. The heating was set too high and we could not adjust it as reception said it was centrally controlled and was not very helpful. Bathroom had a sewage smell come out of drains from time to time.
