Lisa (9/5): A perfect stay in Alex for a large group - Quick walk to beach, coffee, surf club and corner store. Owner was helpful when I had to reach out about the spa. So much room for 9 of us - plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked - plenty of crockery, glasses etc - never caught short. There was also lots of basics provided in the pantry. There were boogie boards in the garage and an umbrella etc. Very handy! It was a great price too when we stayed. Overall a super place for a relaxing break. Although it said in the property description, there were double beds, which feel very small nowadays. Unusual not to have Queen at least. But we did know this when we booked, so there was no surprises.

Samantha (8/5): Good for big groups. - The number of beds was great for a big group. Great location - within walking distance of the beach, surf club, and the esplanade. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. A few maintenance issues. There are a couple of cupboard doors broken in the kitchen. The second floor ceiling has a pretty severe leak, which worsened over the duration of our stay. The property managers were notified and let us know that they were already aware of the issue. The guests on the third floor used the bathroom and toilet on lower floors to avoid making the issue worse, which was inconvenient at busy times. Considering the cost to stay at the property, this was disappointing.
