• Salvatore (9/5): - We stayed for over 2 weeks at a upper-floor apartment over Xmas/New-Year. The property is fantastically located straight on the beach with direct access, still very quiet in the evenings. Modern facilities and well-equipped kitchen. Regularly serviced and kept in impeccable state by friendly and efficient team. Grocery shops in walking distance. Not related to the property, but need to know that street parking might not be always available: there are not enough spots for the many rental units of that area. At peak times for beach-going additional cars also try to fit on that street. There is a paying, short-term option further up at the shopping center, which might also be full, so one might need to be strategic about when to drive and where to park.

Luis the manager happened to be there when we arrived and so helpful and cheerful. We would return. We stayed in appartment 4, on the top floor in the middle, beautiful view and little touches like beach chairs, a trolley to go to the supermarket, electric outside blinds, brilliant cupboard to dry clothes after washing, well equipped kitchen. Staff around in the morning to clean if you wanted it. Very happy here. No

• Letizia (9/5): Buona soluzione per un soggiorno a gran Canaria - Appartamento situato in ottima posizione: è affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia de Las Burras, in una zona tranquilla e dista 3/400 metri dal centro commerciale di San Agustin e circa un paio di km da Playa degli Ingles. Esterni comuni a tutti gli appartamenti molto curati e puliti. Il giardino può essere utilizzato da tutti gli ospiti, ovviamente nel pieno rispetto di tutti. Interno dell’appartamento: buona disposizione/dimensione delle stanze, arredamento moderno, tutto perfettamente pulito (pulizia giornaliera, esclusi sabato e domenica, cambio asciugamani un giorno si e uno no, cambio lenzuola una volta alla settimana), dotato di tutti i servizi necessari (cucina perfettamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero e freezer, bollitore; sono presenti lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia. C’è anche una cassaforte, disponibile su richiesta e a pagamento a parte). Balcone molto ampio, arredato con tavolo e sedie e lettini. Una cosa da migliorare: manca uno stendino per panni (i fili attaccati al muro all’interno dell’armadietto metallico sul balcone dove sono conservate le sedie da spiaggia, la scopa e il secchio per le pulizie non sono proprio l’ideale per stendere i panni puliti). Self check-in all’arrivo. Vengono fornite indicazioni un paio di giorni prima dell’arrivo e un numero di telefono da contattare in caso di bisogno. Manca uno stendino per i panni: i fili attaccati al muro all’interno dell’armadio metallico sul balcone dove sono contenuti scopa, secchio per pulizie e sedie da spiaggia non è la soluzione ideale per stendere i panni puliti. La cassaforte andrebbe compresa nel prezzo.
• Isabel (10/5): Zaaaaaalig!!! - Direct bij de zee, direct bij supermarkten, direct bij restaurants. De poetsvrouw en Luiz zijn zalige lieve mensen. Proper onderhouden. Mooie tuin . Rustig gelegen qua lawaai. Ideaal weinig trappen voor mensen die er moeite mee hebben. ( voor de appartementen beneden 6pers) Veel ruimte ,… Beviel me minder: de airco werkt niet goed . Soms wat geurtjes van het putje in de slaapkamer Dus beviel me minder dus dat is zeker niet erg. Voor de keuken : misschien basis producten zetten zoals olie, peper en zout. Ik miste een lookpers en evt extra mes om te snijden van groenten.

• Kristian (8/5): The best place we have stayed at Gran canaria. Everything you need and very clean. - Very clean apartment with all facilities and a great sea view. There was some smell from some garbage , but this was just one day, and may be caused by the direction of the wind, from a source outside the accomondation area.

• Patrick (10/5): We loved our stay at Las Barcas. - The location of Las Barcas is exceptional being right on the beach with easy access to the beach through a coded gate. The first floor two bedroomed apartment was large with a huge balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The apartment was very well equipped and well maintained. It was a perfect stay. There was nothing we didn't like about Las Barcas this an exceptional property in a superb location.

Everything was clean, and the staff came every other day to bring new linens and towels. Can't complain about anything.

• Bence (10/5): I would definitely go back! - Perfect location, its next to a nice beach. Restaurants and a supermarket is also in walking distance. It has street parking but we always found a place. The apartment has a great atmosphere, its also really bright. Cleaners came every day and changed the towels. Beach towels were also included. The beds were a bit worn out, they have a shape of U.
• Lucy (10/5): Almost perfect. - The property is beautiful and sited in a super quiet area. We had booked an airport taxi transfer but it didn’t turn up and there was no reply to multiple calls and messages sent to the property. This was a stressful start to our holiday. Also the cleaning didn’t happen everyday as advertised and there was a bad sewerage smell quite often in our apartment.
• Jon (9/5): Superb - Great location, helpful staff, clean and modern but still cozy. Wonderful terrace with sunbeds in first floor. No basic cooking things in kitchen (salt, pepper, etc) so you have to buy everything.

Has everything you need, including things like beach chairs, beach towels, a washing machine, etc. etc. Everything was just great. I would have loved a Nespresso machine... but that's nothing crucial, just an idea.

Value for money & cleanliness ratings marked down for this reason. Additional daily payments to use the safe! No off street parking available, only nearby road parking when spaces are free. At times frustrating driving around until someone leaves! Some towels too old & washed out
