• JOSE MANUEL (7/5): LUCES Y SOMBRAS. - lo mejor la piscina de agua supercaliente. y lacama de 2x2 de la habitacion. buen colchon. el spa no merece la pena teniendo las piscinas exteriores. las habitaciones no estan mal pero necesitan ponerse al dia. Lo peor de toda la estancia, es la poca insonoridad que hay con respecto al pasillo. la puerta es de papel de fumar. a partir de las 8 ya no se podia dormir. Las personas mayores se levantan muy pronto y ya no hay quien duerma. se supone que vas para descansar.ESO LO TENEIS QUE MIRAR BIEN MIRADO. PIENSO QUE ES MUY IMPORTANTE. UN SALUDO

Ванная комната не новая и требует обновления, но все чисто и работает. Удобный беспоатный паркинг. В нашу категорию номера включен был " специальный" завтрак, который был доступен толькко с 10.00!!! Очень странное время . До этого момента ты просто даже кофе нигде не можешь выпить. Завтраки, которые предлагмют в стандартном пакете - это просто ужас : дешевый хлеб, сыр и вечина...

• Kris (10/5): Lovely place for short stay - I really don't understand the low ratings from other guests. We really enjoyed it. The room is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the entire hotel is somewhat Titanic-themed. There are interesting exhibits from the Titanic in the hallway near the dining room. The bed is comfortable, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Although they don't speak much English, they are really helpful and very polite. The breakfast was delicious, typical of a three-star hotel. The pools are simply superb. We recommend it for short stays, and entry to the pools is included in the price. There is no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. Very poor communication with the hotel via email - they simply do not reply. Small shower.

Dinner was poor apart from the fish on the main course. All vegetables on starter+main were canned and tasteless. Room was clean but lacked courtesy water bottles and fridge which would be essential in warmer weather.

Bit of a language barrier but got it sorted. Wished we had been informed that you hire the towelling robes and use them for your stay and get refunded.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only complaint was about the breakfast. A beautiful old dining room, but breakfast was very poor. A bread roll, with one slice of processed cheese and one of ham (not serrano). Orange juice from a carton, and one cup of coffee was all that we could have.

En fin, te sientes como en un geriátrico pero si sabes a lo que vienes pues bien...es lo que hay Hay que darle una vuelta a las duchas. Un plato de ducha no vendria mal. Las instalaciones del hotel bien.

• anders jarle (4/5): Anbefales ikke på det sterkeste, men dagstur med bading i varmekilde og lunsj er ok - Utebadet var bra Fikk rommet 2 timer for sent. Spaanlegget var kun oppe i 1 1/2 time så det ble stengt før vi fikk rommet. Personalet kunne ikke et ord engelsk. Middagen var helt grusom, Forrett var en grønn suppe som smakte mel, tro det eller ei. Neste rett var 2 hardkokte egg med skall og middag var enten fiskepanett eller svinefilet. Vi så oss rundt og de som spiste svinefilet spiste ikke da denne var seig, vi valgte fiskepanetter og det smakte helt grusomt, kun en liten salat ved siden av. Til dessert var det en naturell yoghurt .vi ventet 45 min på vinen og fikk også kun 1 flaske på 4 personer.

Spa avdelingen var stengt når vi endelig fikk rommet vårt etter forsinket rengjøring. Vi hadde bestilt middag inkl drikke. Middagen var i overkant dårlig forrett var en suppe som kun smakte mel! Mellomrett var to stk løskokte egg!! Hovedrett var valg mellom fiskepinner eller en tørr kotelett av tykkelse ca 1 cm!! Dessert var et yoghurt beger!!! Av drikke vi hadde bestilt fikk vi kun en flaske av to etter ca 45 min og middagen ferdig spist. Vi etterspurte drikken fire ganger i løpet av disse 45 min!!!

• Sarah (9/5): Thermal pools fantastic. Cycle tourist friendly—bikes can stay in room. - Character, charm. The thermal pool use included with room rate were great. We didn’t feel we needed to buy spa packages-the outdoor pools were lovely and relaxing. Staff was helpful. There were good spaces to play cards with family in common area game room. The town was peaceful and quiet. Easy walking to nearby restaurant. We traveled here by bicycle on a cycle tour and they let us store our bicycles in our ground floor hotel rooms but they didn’t have any other safe bike storage areas for the nights there. This was fine with us (and also appreciated). As others have mentioned, breakfast was unimpressive and oddly confusing/chaotic and quality was not congruent with the rest of the hotel offerings.. but it’s good enough if you just expect coffee, juice, and one piece of low quality bread with one slice of meat and cheese, or butter and jam, or oil and tomato.

Sólo disponían de un turno de Circuito romano de termas de 13 a 14:30. Me hubiera gustado hacerlo pero mi salida era a las 12. Un poco caro para ser de domingo a lunes la estancia.

• Natalia (9/5): - Propiedad de aguas,estancia de 5 días esta bien para recuperar la salud, ido 2h por la mañana y 2 horas por la tarde ,bajado la inflación de la codera.Aguas son my densas, tres estancias abiertas y una pequeña piscina cubierta.En cada piscina la temperatura es diferente,o es caliente o es tibio,es perfecta! Cena y comida bastante saludable y bueno,he probado en otros restaurantes y mi conclusión que en hotel la comida y la cena es la mejor. El mantenimiento de los instalaciones es regular, por el precio que cobran podían tenerlo en mejores condiciones! Hotel de 4 estrellas y la ducha muy pequeña con las puertas rotas,salía el cristal a menudo,la alcachofa de la ducha muy pequeña como un puño del bebe,muy incomodo. El desayuno entra en el precio,pero el desayuno es muy pero muy simple, queso con fiambre de mala calidad y cada dia es igual aún que el camarero siempre muy amable y atento la calidad de desayuno podia ser mejor o debe ser aparte,sin incluir en el precio de habitacion para poder elejir desayunar en hotel o en otros sitios donde el desayuno es mas sabroso y diferente. • Martine (2/5): Verschrikkelijk - Het bed was goed. Voor de rest was alles oud, ongezellig, geen sfeer, onduidelijk. Het eten was verschrikkelijk! De soep, het moest een champignonsoep zijn. Een bruin grijzig water, totaal smakeloos en geen stukje champignon. Er werd gevraag of we groente wilde…De groente, op het bord gekwakt en de zelfde kleur als de soep. Niks erbij van salade oid. Wat het was, geen idee? Niet te eten, geen smaak het ging echt nergens over. We zijn weggegaan. Het ontbijt, er lag 1 broodje op een bordje al voor we kwamen. Met een karretje werd er beleg geserveerd. Een bordje met 1 plakje goedkope vierkante schouderham en een vierkant plakje kaas. Dat was het. We hebben onze reservering geannuleerd voor de spa en massage. We wilde er geen cent meer voor betalen. De omgeving is saai dus we zijn weggegaan. Zonde van het geld om daar geld aan uit te geven. Zeker niet aan te raden. Helaas.

Vergeet je zwemmuts niet, anders moet je die aankopen!!! De Romeinse baden moeten op voorhand geboekt worden - prijs: 28 euro per persoon voor 1,5h. Groot complex met weining gasten, niet echt van toepassing voor kinderen. Vriendelijk personeel. Het complex is verouderd. De kamers hebben een grondige modernisering nodig. Koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer en een kleine koelkast zijn echt nodig. Het ontbijt is echt heel karig en niet smaakvol. Het restaurant van het hotel biedt middageten en avondeten voor 20 euro per persoon - inclusief wijn en water. Het menu valt mee, maar is geen top. Volledig complex ligt afgelegen - er is één Grieks restaurant op wandelafstand, dat wel goed is. Tijdens ons verblijf begonnen de tuinwerken om 7u 's ochtends - heel vervelend!

• Kuntz (3/5): Overall bad experience. - Very distant and somewhat isolated US menu and drink prices. I had dinner in the huge dining room and paid $22 US for 2 half boiled eggs, some cod tenders, a glass of wine and water. Having to pay almost $20 US DAILY to use the pools. The nearest town was Fortunate that was very desolate. The best food there was at a Hindi restaurant. The Balneario was founded in 1860 and the structures are due some updating and more renovation.

• DEREK (1/5): I would not recommend - Pool area ok Location good if you want to be in the middle of nowhere Booked for two nights and stayed one night due to lack of facilities in room. Hotel bar is across the road and expensive so don’t bother if you want value for money. No minibar in room, no tea or coffee facilities in room and breakfast is from 10am to 12pm across the road in another building! If you want a coffee in the hotel before 10am you go downstairs and pay separate and it comes with a roll and piece of cheese and ham. Roman Bath was closed for refurbishment, pool ok area.

• Maria (5/5): Se puede mejorar. - Las piscina está genial, comimos en el bar de allí con muy buena atención y variedad de platos . El hotel precioso, con gran historia. Todo muy limpio. El bar Teatro de Leana muy bonito y estupenda atención. El desayuno muy pobre. Sólo tenían una clase de pan sin opción de más ni pagando. Para la tostada sólo una loncha de york y otra de queso. Preguntamos si había jamón o atún y nos dijeron que no. Para la tostada era tomate de bote. Cenamos en el Hotel, tenían menú con pocos platos a elegir, de bebida agua y vino, no me gusta el vino y pedí una cerveza que no entraba en el menú. Respecto a la habitación, la cama bien pero el baño tenía la mampara que no corría y se salía.

• Kenneth (3/5): Katastrofalt dålig service i hotellets matsal! - Badet i Leana är fantastiskt bra. Hotellet är ok för att vara trestjärnigt. Personalen i hotellets matsal saknar all känsla för service. Vi åt endast frukost och fick inte den påvra frukosten levererad i rimlig tid. Långsamt och ineffektivt. Vid boende på hotellet, boka inte frukost i hotellets matsal!
