- Ankita (1/5): Bad - Just the location was good The staff was very rude , the worst hostel experience I had in my whole travelling life. No amenities are provided except the bed, even if you want a towel they will charge you. Only 1 washroom on each floor. Every dorm bed didn't have a charging point at least mine was missing. No mirror in any dormitory just a small mirror in washroom.As we were having our flight at night so we didn't get to spend the night which was the best part.
- Rotjana (1/5): Insulting, traumatic and calling police - - It was a bad situation between me and the owner before the check-out time and after I checked out I was adjusting my belongings on the street then the ownerâs sister came in front of the hostel and starring at me until I asked her a question then we started arguing. She made me so scared and I had to call 191.

Really disturbing impolite look .

- David (4/5): I wonât be returning here. - The price is very appealing but with the low price comes a very low almost nonexistent customer service. The customer service or service in general was pretty bleak. Just responding to good morning seemed as though it was physically painful for them. Any question was hit with an immediate block and a look of why are you asking me. very difficult and very low vibration.

- James (4/5): disappointing - they had air conditioning and there were a few decent places near to it grumpy unhelpful receptionist that couldnât care less about guests, air con off from 1-6(hottest part of day), no curtains around the beds, advertises mixed rooms but they strictly segregate, location isnât great

- De (8/5): South African in Bangkok. - Everything was on point and to expectations for the price. Clean towels at no extra charge and aircon that works and ran silent. The place was clean. Only the shoes left outside the dorms can be a bit smelly. The double room is 4 flights of stairs up and the last section is very steep.

- Kirt (1/5): I sum up a cauchemar of aggression. - Nothing...cause even if you could like something..there were nothing you could like..the reception a young woman with a constant bad mood..could not make you enjoy your stay or relax..it was also difficult to converse with her..it was like a robot..answers- questions nothing really like human..like it's my birthday today..I prefer to check out tomorrow morning after all only one night left..I got this answer...check out now..I don't care about your birthday..I give you your key deposit..and because I am deciding to ask you to check out at 7 in the night..I keep the other night in my pocket..this is what the hotel stay was like..with non comfortable bed...a cleaner was there to clean the shower ..of the room the toilets downstairs..but if you did not clean a bathroom...after shower..they start shouting..when they know they have a cleaner who work and clean each day..and like old people come upstairs and tell you.." clean the bathroom"..like erratic people... I did like the reception...who is not in the mood a reception should be..but rather like a robot..I don't care..don't use this toilet downstairs..my cleaner is lying on the floor with a brush..wait..when she finish rubbing the floor then you can use.. The cleaner do not dry the floor Complaints of non sense..time wasters..I don't know how describing the place..but not a hostel to feel you comfortable But a reminder I don't like this attitude You come you pay the reception You are answered like a robot You are asked to check out 2 days before your check out like a robot..without being able to explain...to me not a good place..to others I don't know.
