Everyone is so nice and helpful and is interested in you having a nice stay. The staff appear happy and that radiates to the guests. - Paul (10/5): The very best hotel in Port de Soller!! - Wonderful location, incredible staff and the rooms are gorgeous. This was our second stay at Esplendido and we wouldn't stay anywhere else on the port. The facilities are great and the hotel is just spotless - so clean and tidy and well looked after. The customer service is second to none and the hotel staff really go the extra mile. It's a wonderful place for a holiday! The pillows on the bed are way too soft, but we always travel with our own pillows as a back up anyway, so wasn't much of an issue.

- U527HJemilya (10/5): Beautiful location, great amenities - The location was beautiful, centrally located in port de soller. We booked the medium sea view and glad we did, the view out our window was amazing. There was also a good amount of space in the room including an entry hallway with a bench where we set our bags. The room was very clean, I will say there was a bit of a musty smell with the balcony door closed and AC turned off, maybe from the carpet? The decorative lampshades and curtains had some minor signs of aging. Otherwise the room was perfect. The hotel grounds are really nice, with a garden and lots of seating spread across multiple levels on the hill behind the hotel, plus a heated pool and a not heated infinity pool. The seating and pools offered views of the port. We bought the hotel breakfast, which had a buffet or a la carte dining option we could choose from each day. We particularly enjoyed the a la carte options after coming from a different hotel with a similar buffet. There is an indoor spa that was open about 10am-8pm daily and had a warm pool, water beds, sauna, steam room, cold water bath, and hot tea plus infused water to drink. Note that you can only receive a 10% discount on the spa services if you book services BEFORE checking-in. The tram to soller is right out front but we rented a car and chose to use that for getting around the island. There was some minimal parking behind the hotel but it was more involved to drive to so we chose to use the paid lot around the corner from the hotel (about 7-8 euros if parking the entire enforced period, which was 10am-7pm). The area in front of the hotel can be driven on for check-in to drop off bags but otherwise it's meant as a pedestrian zone and it was a little confusing driving in wondering if we were allowed to be on it, since apple maps directed us there.

Leider haben wir abends an der Bar Dosenbier bekommen. Auch an der Poolbar gab es keine ordentlichen Trinkgläser. Sollte für diesen hohen Standard schon dabei sein. Das Personal zum Frühstück war etwas chaotisch. Bestellungen wurden mehrmals vergessen.

Was originally scheduled for 1 night but decided to extend as was so impressed . Great location right on the front and pretty central . Little bit tricky to drive to as you have to navigate the promenade but the hotel's instructions were very clear . The car was then valet parked at the rear of the hotel. Reception were very helpful and welcoming . Room was perfect with views over the bay . The hotel was very clean throughout and well designed . Nice pool areas and bistro / front terraces . There were two pools - one was too hot (lovely for all the children in it) and the other was unheated (a chilly 15 degrees) which made neither very useful for adults travelling without children.

We will definitely be back! - Breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs and sides, along with fresh bread and pastries and fruit and yogurt. The room was very comfortable and peaceful and was attended to daily. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bar area was a daily comfortable gathering place with friends. We took advantage of the bike garage which was very convenient and also secure. I used the yoga studio daily and gym facilities daily and impressed with the equipment. Unfortunately the steam room was not functional and the warm inside jacuzzi pool wasn't quite warm enough.

It’s located across from the water and has 2 pools, spa and restaurant. It has a very convenient location in Port Soller and close to the tram to Soller. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. We had the family suite which was very spacious and lots of storage space so we didn’t feel crowded. They also had lots of special touches - nightly treat drop off, free use of the spa pools and sauna/steam and well stocked mini bar that had family friendly options. Nothing

- Ronald (10/5): Wir haben das Hotel im Februar besucht. Alles war optimal, lediglich die Pools waren etwas kühl. - Sehr reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Wahl zwischen Buffett und à la carte möglich. Ausblick phänomenal.

- Louise (10/5): Best hotel in a lovely location - Loved everything about this hotel. The location and views were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The large garden room with terrace was perfect for our stay - I loved the fact we had a mini fridge which was replenished daily with drinks and the afternoon water and local snack hand delivered to the room was a lovely thoughtful touch. Having a basket in the room to use for beach trips was a great touch also and very useful. The swimming pool area was nice and quiet and well maintained. I like that there is a separate adults pool and area (even though I didn’t really get to use that as I have a child myself). Nothing. Everything was perfect. I would love to return and have recommended to family!

The room was a bit on the smaller side and there was only one chair to sit down. I did like how they provided little delicious snacks at the end of the day Pretend on service that was a nice treat. The shower had excellent water pressure. And a hotel like this I would expect a bidet. The garden room was on the small side. We had only one chair to sit down, and the other person had to sit on the bed. The hotel room coffee was delicious but the coffee at the restaurants was very weak.
