Und bei jeglichen Problemen ist eine Kontaktperson zur schnellen Lösung da. Dazu noch der Joker: das beheizte Schwimmbad (nicht stark besucht)!

Marcel (9/5): Heerlijke, rustige fietsvakantie vanuit leuk huisje. - Leuk klein huisje met moderne badkamer en wasmachine, leek allemaal nieuw. Mooi terras aan de voorkant voor een lekker ontbijt in de zon. Uitzicht op een groot grasveld en goed onderhouden tuin. Erg rustgevend, je hoort en ziet alleen de vogels. Supermarkt op 200 mtr. lopen, diverse supermarkten binnen 500 mtr. Lidl is met de auto ook goed bereikbaar. Strand en wandelboulevard op paar minuten lopen. Fietsverhuur op 500 mtr van huisje. Niks.

Andrea (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Suggeritissima! - Ottima posizione al sud dell isola, a 10 min in auto da Maspalomas, ma comunque ben collegata anche con i mezzi al resto dell isola. Ottimo punto per partire con un auto a noleggio per escursioni sulle montagne , nelle località vicine e verso la capitale. La piscina e la terrazza un plus. Bagno essenziale anche se dotato di doccia e lavatrice. Cucina vecchiotta e poco attrezzata, ma più che accettabile per qualche giorno di ferie

Jo (9/5): Peaceful stay in well equipped apartment - Excellent location with great access to local routes. Quiet area with very good sized pool. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Good facilities within the apartment to make the stay convenient and comfortable. Excellent communications from our host before and during the stay. Bed mattress was very firm (but mattress topper quickly provided by host) Lots of very small bugs which were difficult to get rid of- could not leave any open food at all.

Lotta (8/5): - Området var mycket lugnt, trevliga grannar och lägenheten låg precis vid poolen. Hyresvärden var förbi ett par gånger och kollade så allt var bra. Närmsta stranden har sån svart sand, kanske inte så trevligt att ligga och sola vid men barnbarn var väldigt nöjda med den också. Vi hade en hyrbil och eftersom området är så lugnt var det skönt att lätt kunna besöka andra stränder och områden, då kunde vi också handla mat på lite större varuhus även om butiken vid receptionen hade allt nödvändigt. Kan rekommendera ett besök på Atlantico Shopping Center 1,5 mil bort, förutom flera mindre shopping-butiker finns ett varuhus med allt tänkbart i!
Robert (9/5): Superb - Nice pools. Walking distance to shop. Lovely gardens. Good location for accessing most parts of the island. Host very responsive. Accommodation itself is quite small, but that was expected.
Franziska (9/5): Overall a wonderful stay in a cozy, well-equipped apartment with great access to surroundings - The apartment was beautiful, exactly like in the photos. Very well-equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. The two bedrooms are spacious, with nice beds and quiet at night. The Terrace is gorgeous and has a nice view over the ocean in the back and palm trees in the front. The place is overall very cozy and easy to spend lots of time in. The location is within 1 minute walking to the common pool, within 10min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants & supermarkets around as well. We even walked one day along the promenade to Maspalomas and that was doable too. The check-in was easy and well organized and the host is a great communicator - even provided some nice tips for the rest of our stay in the North! The only small downside is that there was construction going on in nearby apartments during the day, which was quite noisy when sitting on the property (might be due to it being off-season now).
Ivor (8/5): Great escape from the UK winter - Met by Hector the host who showed us around the property and well equipped facilities. Ample room for 2 people with a balcony, a nice view and sunshine from morning to afternoon. Great being able to sit outside to eat, have a coffee or read a book in reasonable privacy. The local supermarket was just a 5 minute walk away or for more shops / restaurants a 10 / 15 minute walk to the main shopping centre. The development has large communal area for sunbathing with 2 swimming pools. Not a lot
Gilroy (9/5): Excellent stay, but I think this apartment only available Nov to March - There are several properties for rent in this complex. We rented 428A, a 2 bed ground floor apt. The apartment was spacious with one bedroom double and other 2 singles which suited us better than 2 double beds in most other apts. Since it was groundfloor, had a lovely huge terrace with excellent comfy seats and tables . Kitchen was well stocked, except no kettle which was then provided on request. Big fridge/freezer. Lots if cupboard storage. Good beds/pillows. Clean pool, with showers. Be aware entrance to carpark is not close to Reception, but via Bouganvilla road. Had a Hyper Dino supermarket at the bottom of complex open everyday till 10pm. 20min walk to shopping mall with 2 Spar supermkts. Hector who looks after the property was brilliant ! Quick replies to messages and sorted out problems quickly. He even calmed me over my concern over reaching late---nice one Hector. No toiletries, except washing up liquid and initial supply of soap. Was Ok for a short stay but if you are staying longer, maybe a problem , specially for 4 people. Didn't seem to be Aircon or heaters, which may be a problem, but for us the weather was a pleasant 23degs in Nov.

Easy walk to the beach yet close to good bus service to access other parts of the island A number of steps to be negotiated depending on the location of your allocated bungalow might be difficult for those with mobility issues.
