A pleasant surprise, late breakfast - brunch until 1 p.m. in the room with a jacuzzi on the roof. the jacuzzi bubbler did not work. Also, the closing system let the water through quickly, often had to be refilled.

- Seaside1001 (8/5): Checked in early and brunch is great, room quality and customer service not so good. - It’s a nice hotel if I could I’d give 3.5 rather than 4. Pool was cold. Our tv didn’t work I told staff 3 times, and ok we didn’t need it but my daughter is learning Spanish and listening to Spanish spoken really helps. Plus just to put on a music channel is nice. The plumbing didn’t smell great. There was an open electrical socket where the light switch had been moved. The lighting generally was poor. Paper cups for tea and coffee in rooms is odd. However, the breakfast into brunch is great really praise the hotel for this. Bar staff really helpful and fab sangria.

- Nadine (5/5): Wir sind enttäuscht - Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich Tgl. Frische Handtücher Wasser ist entweder sehr heiss, sehr kalt oder lief gar nicht. Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, zum einen sehr verdreckt - Reinigung nicht möglich durch uns und das Wasser lief zuerst nur lauwarm dann nur noch kalt. 4 Sterne - finden wir nicht gerechtfertigt - da Schäden an den Möbeln, dreckige / fleckige Böden und Wände. Whirlpool mit „Rostlöchern“ (hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht) Badezimmeramaturen in beiden Zimmern defekt, in einem Zimmer (628) kam am Morgen dreckiges / schwarzes Wasser.

Zimmer (Junior Suite) waren groß, hell, sauber und alles was erwartet wird war vorhanden. Einziges was man als störend erwähnen kann, dass ist die offene Toilette (nur durch Glastür getrennt). Ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Frühstück und der anschließende Brunch sind sehr gut. Jedes mal wieder!

- Mohammed (1/5): It was a very bad experience - The pool and the pool staff were wonderful The cleanliness, there were bugs in the beds, the hotel manager was tough and uncooperative, they charge for the safe box in the room to use it ! , when you need an iron you have to go to the front desk to pick it up and return it when you finish ironing. The breakfast isn’t good.

E la pulizia spesso era superficiale e le lenzuola in 9 giorni sono state cambiate 2 volte, anche se c’è da dire che le signore delle pulizie erano molto simpatiche e disponibili
- fabio (9/5): - La colazione ottima, vasta scelta, sia dolce che salata. Posizione a 5 min dalla spiaggia. Mancanza di bidet, ma comune fuori da Italia.

- Ola (9/5): - Mały hotel, dobrze ustyowany. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i plaża. Niestety klimatyzacja zepsuła się podczas naszego pobytu w lobby i restauracji. Zdarza się.
- Zita (7/5): Összeségében jó volt. - Közel a tengerpart, a személyzet nagyon kedves, finom reggeli. Bolt, étterem közvetlen közelben, reptér kb 15 percre. Kérésre adtak babaágyat. A tisztaság nem volt megfelelő. Fekete hajszállal volt tele a zuhanyzó/wc csempéje. Volt, hogy nem jöttek vissza takarítani, mert pont akkor voltunk a szobában. A medencék koszosak. A szoba felszerelése le van amortizálva, a hűtő felső része penészes. Szobában a kávét/teát nem töltötték újra. A lobbiban egyes helyeken a klíma kicsit párás és penészes. A reggeli lehetne változatosabb. Közös terekben a klíma nem ment mindig. Egyik lift furcsa hangot ad ki.
- lulule (6/5): - The breakfast was really nice and the food was very delicious! The restaurant staff were so lovely and welcoming! Rooms were outdated, clean bed but not comfy. Horrible smell in the bathroom. Paid around 850 for 5 nights in July which was lower than average hotel prices so not too bad, but the room is definitely not a 4 star hotel standard. Other good things were the proximity to the beach, really close and nice beach; good restaurants around also. I wouldn’t probably return, but I would go back to have breakfast there. Oh also the rooms are really noisy, if you’re not a fan of listening to people next door shouting at each other or trotting above on the floor above, I would avoid. Noisy room, smelly bathroom, bed not comfy

- Philippe (9/5): Excellent hôtel - Grand hôtel, propre,pas trop de bruit et les personnels sont très gentils.
- Claes (10/5): - Excellent value for money! Nice rooms, exactly as advertised. We stayed in a junior suite, two adults and a teenager, plenty of room. A/C working well. Only downside was the VERY squeaky beds. Very comfortable beds, but VERY squeaky. Balconys towards pool and courtyard. Big plus for the excellent breakfast buffet, which extended into brunch buffet! Gym with crosstrainer, spinning bike, treadmill, rowing machine and enough dumbbells and other equipment to have a good workout. Will definitely stay again.

- TracynDarrell (10/5): Overall great stay - Myself and my daughter have just spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel. The room was really clean, nice balcony and mini fridge, with clean towels everyday. We also had our bedding changed once during the 5 nights we were there. The pool was great, lovely and quiet, which is just what we wanted. The lifeguard was really friendly and it was lovely to see him play with the kids. Francisco at the bar was really nice and friendly and always made us feel welcome. The only fault we had with our stay was one gentleman who worked at the hotel. He made both myself and my daughter feel uncomfortable. On day one I was told off at breakfast time for not picking up a bread roll with tongs, even though I saw plenty of other people doing the same thing. On day three, he told my daughter that she was dressed inappropriately and made her go and get changed. I didn’t get his name but he was around mid-thirties with a tattoo on his neck and tattoos all down his left arm. Apart from this we loved this hotel and would definitely return. Tips- the number 25 bus takes you to Palma for €2, the bus stop is just down from the hotel and comes every 4-7 minutes. The return bus back runs quite late too, if you wanted to spend longer in Palma.
- Raileanu (5/5): - The room were OK for a family with a child, but not much privacy for adults. Varied breakfast options. Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Vanity kits not updated often Cold pool water.
