Замечательный сервис уборки номеров: AHTISHAM !!! Такими сотрудниками можно гордиться!!! Необходимо улучшить контроль за хлебобулочными изделиями, их качеством и свежестью, разнообразием и подачей.

- Mohammed (3/5): لا بأس بها ولن اكررها مره اخرى ابداً - الغرفه مريحه نوعاً ما ولكن كونها على الشارع ف هي مزعجه جداً اول شي اسلوب موظفة الاستقبال سيئ جداً كنوع ترحيب واسلوب في الحوار وشرح للمكان وغيرها من نظرات واومر ليست بمحلها للزائر وثاني شي الخدمه البطيئه جداً جداً وثالث شي الماء عندهم فيه كلور ولون المياه ابيض ويتلون مره اصفر ومره ماي غامق لونه لا اعرف من اين ياتي الماء للفندق ولكن لا يصلح للاستحمام ابداً وبصراحه بالنسبه للسعر جداً مرتفع على هذا الفندق توجد فنادق ارقى منه وارخص بالسعر والتعامل معهم جداً مريح اما هذا الفندق تحس انك غير مرحب بك مع الاسف على هذا المبلغ الذي دفعته لهم

- kj (8/5): I will definitely come back! - The decoration is so beatifull and special, I had private photo session in my room and they were perfect!! The AC went off it wasnt working, we called for the maintainance and they fixed it offcourse but it took too long for the room to get cold.

- Narges (5/5): Overall, the hotel was beautiful with a luxurious and well-designed atmosphere. However, I was much more satisfied last - The hotel was very beautiful and luxurious, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was very poor, and the space, tables, and chairs were not up to the standard of the hotel at all. I was not satisfied or happy with the breakfast experience. As an influencer, I paid 2,000 dirhams for two days to create content there, but unfortunately I couldn’t produce it as beautifully as I expected. Also, I did not receive good service at the spa. Sadly, I was not satisfied with these two parts of the hotel at all.

- Leena (6/5): It was one time experience - The spa in the property was amazing The ac in the room was so hot it wasn’t cooling though we are in dubai it must be more chill than it was , also the dinner buffet was very limited with types of food , and the shocking was the breakfast buffet we had to wait 5-10 min in order the buffet to be refilled with food there was only 5 waitresses and we had to run after so we can order our eggs it was such cheap treatment in my opinion doesn’t resemble luxury .

Good service at the reception, though I must say, a welcome drink would have been appreciated given the rising temperatures and the wait time at check in! We took the half board option, dinner buffet was good and the breakfast spread was very good! Good vigilant staff in the restaurant!!

Notably, there was no welcome drink offered upon arrival, nor was there anyone at the entrance to provide a warm greeting, which felt a bit cold for a luxury brand. Poolside Service: A Tale of Two Experiences Our experience at the pool around 11:00 AM was a stark contrast in service quality: The Negative: One staff member was quite rude when we inquired about restaurant service, abruptly stating they were still setting up table numbers and that service would start later. The Positive: Thankfully, Mr. Paul Owen from Kenya saved the morning. He was the epitome of professionalism—polite, high-energy, and clearly passionate about guest satisfaction. He took our order instantly and made us feel truly looked after. My recent two-night stay at Raffles The Palm left me with mixed emotions. While the property carries a prestigious name, the experience felt inconsistent, oscillating between high-end professionalism and surprising operational gaps. Arrival & Check-In The check-in process was handled professionally, but it lacked the "wow" factor expected from a palace-style resort. Notably, there was no welcome drink offered upon arrival, nor was there anyone at the entrance to provide a warm greeting, which felt a bit cold for a luxury brand. Room & Floor Availability Issues This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. We had requested a higher floor to enjoy an unobstructed sea view. However, we were informed that 3 out of 4 floors were closed due to low occupancy. Our options were restricted: stay on the 1st floor or cancel for a full refund via Booking.com. Note: Booking.com provided no prior notice regarding these floor closures. Staying on the 1st floor meant our balcony view of the ocean was significantly hindered and blocked by the lush palm trees. For a resort of this caliber, transparency regarding available inventory is essential. Dining: Breakfast Experience For a brand like Raffles, expectations for dining are naturally high. Unfortunately, the breakfast spread felt very ordinary. The variety was limited and did not reflect the culinary excellence or "luxury" choice one would associate with this hotel.
