• Martinez (8/5): - Fue exactamente lo que buscabamos y tal cual se ve en las fotos. Aunque está bueno aclarar que la habitación que nos tocó en un 3er piso por escalera, no tuvimos inconveniente porque somos jóvenes y sin problemas físicos.

• Mora (4/5): No volvería. - El hostel está bien en relación precio/calidad y la ubicación también es conveniente. Las instalaciones cumplen y, en general, la estadía fue correcta. la experiencia se vio bastante afectada por la atención de la dueña, que lamentablemente fue desagradable durante gran parte de la estadía. Desde el primer día sentimos una mala predisposición constante y comentarios innecesariamente incómodos. Por ejemplo, apenas llegamos cerramos la puerta normalmente y con cuidado, y aun así al salir nos hicieron un comentario remarcándonos que "cerráramos con cuidado", en un tono poco amable. Situaciones así se repitieron varias veces y generaron una sensación incómoda durante la estancia. Creo que con una atención un poco más cálida у cordial la experiencia sería muchísimo mejor, pr y e el lugar en sí tiene potencial.

Sehr sauber ( jeden Tag frische Handtücher)! Das Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich! Es fehlte ein Fernseher. Und ein Wasserkocher für mal Käffchen oder Tee!
• Michael (10/5): - Der herzliche Empfang von sehr tollen Gastgebern Wer hier Luxus sucht ist hier falsch. WLan ist inklusive, aber TV, Klima gibt es nicht.
• Yasin (8/5): Preisleistung und die Lage gut aber mit gewissen Nachteilen. - Die Chefin ist sehr lieb, alles schön sauber und die Lage ist gut. Die Zimmer haben wortwörtlich gar keine Ausstattung. Weder Kühlschrank, Tv oder Klima bzw. Heizung. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Zimmer leider gar nicht gereinigt.
• claudia (9/5): Estupenda - El alojamiento tiene una entrada preciosa, esta cerca de unas calas muy bonitas. Acerca de la limpieza el servicio ha sido perfecto. Por último, el personal fue súper simpático y nos recomendaron un montón de cosas. Como algo negativo, no nos dieron gel y champú.

• Fahd (6/5): Wenn der Ort nahezu ausgebucht ist kann man das machen wenn man nonstop Programm hat - Die Hausherren waren sehr freundlich und wenn man was brauchte waren Sie auch immer zur Stelle. Der Hausherr war sehr neugierig, fand ich bisschen übergriffig. Wenn wir im Zimmer waren morgens dann wurde nicht gefragt ob man sauber machen durfte sondern nur frische Handtücher gebracht. Selbst Toilettenpapier musste man sich des öfteren selber holen. Desweiteten fand ich es schade das es kein Fernseher gab damit man sich wenn man im Zimmer war bisschen unterhalten kann. Klar, ist es nur ein Hostal trotzdem mittlerweile standard. Zu guter letzt am Abreisetag wurden wir um 16 Uhr abgeholt und mussten schon um 10 Uhr aus dem Zimmer, auch nach Nachfragen auf Zuzahlung um ein late out zu machen ging es nicht. Somit konnten wir auch nicht nochmal zum Strand gehen weil wir keine Möglichkeit zum duschen und abduschen hatten. Somit ist ein Urlaubstag für uns verpufft gewesen. Die Flüge hatte ich extra so gebucht damit wir den Tag noch nutzen können. Sind natürlich auch Mehrkosten entstanden.

• Raquel (9/5): - Fuimos una amiga y yo de vacaciones una semana y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Tanto a localización, zona tranquila y buen acceso tanto a las playa como al propio pueblo. Habitaciones espaciosas, y muy limpias (Es lo que más valoro de una estancia). Buen desayuno y estupendo calidad-precio. A destacar el cariño con el que nos trataron Antonia y Sebastián, como si fuéramos dos más de su familia. Lo recomiendo 100% su hostal familiar. Falta de aire acondicionado. Fuimos en plena ola de calor y a las 8 de la mañana ya no se podía estar en la habitación, solo por eso no les pongo un 10.

• Dzina (9/5): Майорка в октябре - Очень приветливые хозяева, радушно приняли, хороший и разнообразный завтрак по типу шведский стол (каждый день менялась часть еды) и всего за 6 евро, было очень чисто, красивый двор дома и коридор Очень удобное расположение: близко до пляжей и порта, до автобусной остановки тоже недалеко (минут 5-8) Отличное соотношение цена/качество Были полотенца, и их меняли каждый день Не хватает немного чайника и мини-холодильника В номере есть вентилятор, но нет кондиционера (мы были в конце октября и нам это было не актуально , но возможно кому то это важно будет)

• Ornida (9/5): Agréable séjour - Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les plages de Cala Rajada et des petits commerçants. Le personnel est très gentille et adorable. Bien que les chambres étaient assez petites, la propreté était irréprochable et le prix est correct. Il nous manquait seulement du gel douche/savon. Nous aurions préféré une meilleure isolation.
• su (6/5): - Habitación amplia...buena ducha Tuvimos un desacuerdo apenas llegamos. Pedimos un recibo por los 11 euros correspondiente a la tasa turista y nos dio un recibo manual. Tampoco nos dio factura de la totalidad del alojamiento. El desayuno era poco variado.

• Sheila (9/5): A lovely, clean hotel and always a warm welcome. - We always receive a wonderful. warm welcome at Can Gallu from the lovely Antonia and Sebastian. The rooms, reception area and dining room are all spotlessly clean. The breakfast is copious and varied. The hotel is very well siituated near to the centre of Cala Ratjada but in a quiet location. It is also excellent value for money. We have stayed here four times already. Nothing.
• Andrea (9/5): great budget option to use as a base to explore Mallorca - loved our hosts, absolutely adorable people. they allowed us to check out later and to shower before heading back to the airport. Antonia's breakfasts are really yummy (each day something different) and inexpensive (6 euro). the room was very simple but cozy and clean, towels got changed on a daily basis. Accommodation is close to nice beaches (Cala Agulla, Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida...). Great value for price wasn't personally the biggest fan of the town Cala Ratjada, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation.

• Werner (10/5): Toller Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre ! Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder😊 - Tolle Lage der Unterkunft. Restaurants und Strände sowie Hafen und die Promenade sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft bietet ein leckeres Frühstück an, das täglich wechselt. Wir haben diesen Service gern genutzt und waren immer zufrieden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Größe des Zimmers ist optimal. Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt Schränke und sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer ist groß und sehr sauber. Auch die Dusche ist toll. Man hat keinen Kühlschrank und keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Für unseren Aufenthalt haben wir das auch nicht unbedingt benötigt. Es war somit ok.

• José Antonio (8/5): Agradable estancia - El desayuno correcto, la amabilidad de los dueños y la limpieza excelentes. El alojamiento está a unos 4 minutos andando de la zona más animada del lugar. Nada que objetar ya que las posibles carencias están perfectamente explicadas en su página. Por ejemplo que no hay aire acondicionado pues se sabe de antemano.

I proprietari sono persone meravigliose, sempre gentili, sorridenti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Ogni giorno pulivano la stanza in maniera impeccabile e cambiavano asciugamani e lenzuola tutti i giorni, tranne due volte a settimana: un’attenzione che raramente si trova anche in strutture di livello superiore. Un episodio che ci ha colpiti particolarmente è stata la loro disponibilità ad aspettarci fino all’una di notte per il check-in, senza farci sentire minimamente in colpa per l’orario. Un gesto che dimostra quanta passione e cura mettano nel loro lavoro. La posizione è strategica: hai tutto il necessario a soli 2 minuti a piedi e in 5 minuti arrivi al lungomare, pieno di locali e ristoranti ottimi. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime, atmosfera familiare e accogliente: consigliatissimo a chi cerca un posto dove sentirsi come a casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo! L’unica piccola pecca era l’assenza del condizionatore, ma onestamente non ne abbiamo sentito troppo la mancanza: in camera c’era un ventilatore potente che tirava aria fresca così forte che, a volte, abbiamo persino dormito sotto le lenzuola!
• Edward (10/5): - Great place to stay hosts are very friendly and welcoming family and like to make sure their guests are happy while they are staying.location is perfect for me the surrounding streets outside is quite the other guests while I was there are respectful too so you can have a good sleep. Really good value for the price the rooms are clean, big shower & sink and a good size fan that does a great job on those humide nights. I have nothing negative too say it's just right for my needs when I am staying in Cala ratjada and I will booking to stay again next time.

The hosts Antonia and Sebastian were very kind and ready to help with all our questions or wishes. They even offer beach umbrellas for the guest for free. We liked the location- close to everything in Cala Rajada + there is free parking on the street nearby. We missed the air conditioning (there was only fan in room), especially at night. We wiuld appreciate at least small fridge / or common fridge and some rack to dry our beach towels.

Lovely hosts - did not speak english nor did we speak spanish but communication and check-in was super easy regardless. No on-site parking, however it was easy to find free street parking nearby. Wifi barely worked.

• Joel (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed a great stay at Hostal Can Gallu. The owners are very friendly and sweet, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very nice. The hostal is only a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Cala Rajada, and there was always a parking place available on the streets around the hostal (always walkable from the car to the hostal in a few minutes). Also, it is only five minutes by car to a few very, very, beautiful beaches: - Cala Agulla (big beach) - Cala Molto (small, almost private, beach. To get there: Park at Cala Agulla and walk to Cala Molto) - Beach at Canyamel (15 minutes by car. This was a great place with a great lunch next to the wonderful beach) -

• Eti (4/5): Good location, not for long stay. - It was in a good location. Walking distance to the center. The room was cleaned everyday. The owners are lovely but don’t speak english. No air conditioning, no mini fridge, no parking is difficult in Mallorca summer. The street is very noisy at night and without air conditioning it is very hard to sleep with the door open at night. Without a mini fridge everything you buy melts and the closest market is at the center. The beds were really high and stiff. The breakfast was insufficient. We had to have breakfast at the center and spend extra. No common area. No where to sit and relax. No kettle in the room so you can’t make any tea or coffee during the day. Maybe good for 3 days stay but no longer.
• 189zs_fias (2/5): Missing jewels from locked safe - We spent 4 days in Can Gallu, which is at a very good location and the place itself is simple, but very nice. The problem started when we realized that many of our jewels STORED IN THE SAFE IN OUR ROOM, THE SAFE LOCKED WITH KEY (of which we found out later that there are 3 copies) were missing. We reported the case at the police but also asked the help of the owners of the hostal who live there. Reactions of the owners were: - there is no camera system - there is only one copy of the key to the safe, they later admitted that there were 3 existing copies - we stole the jewels from each other to sell it later on (we are two girls, and both are missing valuable pieces since our stay at the hostal) - we dared to ask if they had insurance to which their answer was that we only wanted money of them even when we said that we would pay for the jewels to get them back - these situations may happen in our country but not in Mallorca - they do not take any responsabilities for what happened So, even if the experience started very well, because also, the owners seemed to be extremely nice persons, I do not recommend to stay here at all, after showing no willingness to help or solve the situation that happened in their property.

Reactions of the owners were: - there is no camera system - there is only one copy of the key to the safe, they later admitted that there were 3 existing copies - we stole the jewels from each other to sell it later on (we are two girls, and both are missing valuable pieces since our stay at the hostal) - we dared to ask if they had insurance to which their answer was that we only wanted money of them even when we said that we would pay for the jewels to get them back - these situations may happen in our country but not in Mallorca - they do not take any responsabilities for what happened So, even if the experience started very well, because also, the owners seemed to be extremely nice persons, I do not recommend to stay here at all, after showing no willingness to help or solve the situation that happened in their property.

The room is quite spacious and freshly decorated. The location is excellent, only a few streets away from the main shopping area and the harbour.
