• Anke (9/5): - Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad sauber und die Heizung hat auch funktioniert. Das Frühstück war klasse! Und die Besitzerin des B&B erinnert an Mrs. Doubtfire. Sehr sehr schön. Ich hatte eigentlich ein anderes Zimmer mit Badewanne gebucht. Das war bissel schade. Denn nach der Wanderung hatte ich mich auf das heiße Bad gefreut.

Colazione preparata sul moemneto Host gentile L'isolamento acustico è un problema, non dovevamo quasi muoverci per non fare rumore al piano inferiore. La non possibilità di uscire per una birra per rientrare più tardi proprio per evitare di fare rumore. La colazione mi sarebbe piaciuto sceglierla al mattino, se dolce o salata (o magari poter fare un assaggio di entrambe), piuttosto che doverla scegliere al momento dell'arrivo.

She made a quick change of rooms for us as my wife needed a walkin shower rather than a bath tub. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Nothing. It was wonderful!

Told to be quiet but actually the place itself was super noisy due to the bad soundproofing, and the host not noticing other tenants when they are making noise. The host also has the responsibility to let all others to know the specific rules of their place Including the time for check-in way before the stay. Rather than communicate at the last minute and showing an unhappy attitude to the guests. Breakfast was not served on time ca. 30min late.

Very comfortable lounge room also available downstairs which was perfect for relaxing after children had gone to bed. Delicious and ample breakfast. Also a lovely garden to wander in. Nothing, we'd love to stay again if in the area

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais ce fut une très belle surprise. Le petit-déjeuner, préparé avec amour, était délicieux. Si vous passez par la charmante ville de Kenmare, je vous recommande vivement d’y faire une halte !

• Leah (7/5): A nice location and a decent stay with a good breakfast - The property met our expectations for the price. The breakfast was very good. The beds were nice and the bathroom was spacious. The host was very chatty. Overall, we did get what we paid for. And it was very nice to be able to walk to town. We didn't get the room we had booked, but it ended up being fine. There were some things left over in the room from a previous guest, which affected our view of the cleanliness, but the beds were comfortable and clean. It was warm in the room, so we cracked the windows, but then quite a few bugs came in. We didn't appreciate the way the host talked about politics. I guess she assumed we'd agree with her? It was a bit awkward.

La casa es preciosa, con un bonito jardín, al lado de un río, con árboles frutales, vamos un sitio ideal. La habitación es muy espaciosa y cómoda. Y que decir del espectacular desayuno , todo casero, con frutas, tortitas, salchichas, mermeladas....todo un lujo exquisito. Una experiencia para repetir. Me encanto todo.

• Freddie (10/5): Situated a short distance from town with complimentary parking and breakfast. - Terrific host Julia met us for introductions answering all our questions. The guest manual had additional information if needed. Located just a short distance from town (10 minute walk or 0.7 km by driving) it was great to have on-site parking available. We stayed in the upper room (twin beds) with the lovely rippling brook to listen to during the night. In the morning, the breakfast was delicious with tremendous cereals, yogurt, fruits, breads, toast and an array of cooked items such as omelets, pancakes, to name a couple. You will definitely not start your day hungry.

La struttura è vicina anche a due supermercati. Camera fornita di tutti i comfort con ampio bagno finestrato, pulizia eccellente. La camera non è insonorizzata tuttavia. Colazione ottima, servita con cura e attenzione, in tazze di porcellana; varie opzioni per la colazione e buffet comune. Gentilezza delle proprietarie. Lo consigliamo vivamente!!

Purtroppo si sentono i rumori dalle altre camere, ma è una cosa che capita spesso e che ho riscontrato anche in altre strutture.
