Я запитала, чи є в готелі великий телевізор, щоб подивитися трансляцію гри.. В барі є 2 телевізори. Але адміністратор про це не повідомив і грубо відповів, що в мене в номері є маленький телевізор. Персонал на ресепшені не любить цей готель. Чайник просила декілька разів, бо чайник вказаний в описі готелю. Чайник за 5 днів так і не принесли.

• grimmiderschwob (7/5): - War gut in der Auswahl und der Qualität. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, d.h. die Wartung wurde vernachlässigt. Man sollte sich nicht auf den vergangenen Lorbeeren ausruhen und IMMER (= permanent) in die Wartung und die Reparaturen investieren. Wenn der Zimmerservice das nicht sieht, dann muß es der Manager mindestens jedes Quartal checken oder checken lassen. Lockere Steckdosen, hängende Türen an den Schränken, schlechter Geruch im Treppenhaus nach Desinfektion (ich habe dann das Fenster zum Lüften geöffnet).

Информация за ресторанта, закуската, спа и басейн не се дава. В ресторанта има един сервитьор, което е нормално, ако няма добра посещаемост, но поне да беше любезен. Попитах за кана и получих изненадващ отговор, че старшата вече си е тръгнала и трябвало да поискам преди 17ч.Естествено моя логичен въпрос беше дали не могат да проверят в склада, но тъй като старшата си била тръгнала и е заключила и не може, все едно си взима ключа с нея . За първи път чух подобно нелогично обяснение,л и беше повече от очевидно, че липсва, каквото и да е желание да се създаде дори елементарен комфорт на клиента. В стаята едната лампа беше наполовина паднала от тавана, на терасата счупени и отчупини плочки с липсващи парчета, парапета в отвратително мръсно и занемарено състояние. Като комплимент имаше само едно кафе и една чаша, а стаята е с 2 отделни легла.Зелените площи имат нужда от сериозна поддръжка, най-елементарното е да се изравнят и подстрижат храстите.

• Boris Beth (10/5): Que demander de plus? C'est le top - J'ai adoré la qualité de la literie. Très moderne et confortable. C'est un net avantage. L'espace autour des bâtiments est magnifique, très bien tenu et bien planté. Super pratique lorsqu'on voyage en voiture. Le SPA est top, on en a vraiment pour son argent. Chambre très confortables et silence absolu. Super je reviendrai ! Tout était bien, il m'a que juste une bouilloire même si il ya une machine à café. Peut-être aussi un fer à repasser. Mais sinon parfait!

• Katia (5/5): Disappointed. - In generally, I get 5/10 only for the spa. Our room (804) was about a big amount of ants from the beginning. There were on the floor, on the wall and in the toilet. We communicate immediately with the reception and we ask them for solve the problem. The reception was rude and of course without saying sorry. So, we transferred in a different villa and we separated from our friends. In two hours, the room of my friend had also a lot of ants on the floor nearby the door. In addition, at a time of 2 days, that we stay here, we spent all of our time on ants and other insects species and dirty floor, that you can see at the following photos. I don’t suggest you this hotel. You can spend a little more money 10-20% up to stay somewhere better. (Unfortunately, I can’t add a video to understand the situation.)

• Mark (10/5): Pleasant and Relaxing - The rooms are set in around 10 Villa's with well kept gardens in between them. The environment is super peaceful and green. It is like being in the countryside but still you are a few kms away from the city center of Sofia. The breakfast was great and the restaurant room is very styleful with lots of wood , warm environment. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I will be back !

• Ilona (10/5): Begeistert - trotz direkter Stadtlage herrlich grün und ruhig - Lage: zauberhaft; ähnlich einer großen Parkanlage und hier befinden sich kleine Wohneinheiten. Zimmer : komplett renoviert, sehr modern und auch modernes Bad, sehr gemütlich, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Gartenblick - herrlich ruhig Spa: alles neu; sehr schönes großes Schwimmbecken, Wasser angenehm warm, Whirlpool noch wärmen, Dampfbad mit körpergeformter Steinliege , Sauna , Eisbecken, Massage, etc, - alles was zur Erholung dient Außen-Pool wird gerade renoviert und ist - denken wir - zum Saisonstart einsatzbereit Bar und Restaurant sind getrennt; Restaurant Preis-Leistung passt Frühstück: genial, extrem viel Auswahl und vor allem täglich verschiedene Brötchen, sogar Kürbiskern Uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir verlängerten und 5 Nächte hier waren! in unserem Appartementhaus waren mehrmals Leute eingezogen, die es nicht verstanden haben, das man mit der Karte die Tür öffnet und auch zum Schließen nutzen muss, damit sich die Türverringelung zurückzieht und nicht mit aller Gewalt und Krach in das Türschloss knallen muss. Türen werden kaputt und ist sehr laut! Vielleicht könnte man hier mit Bildern, die etwas technisch Unbegabten hinweisen....

• Alex (8/5): Bello ma la posizione è uno svantaggio. - La SPA, la camera era pulita con pulizie giornaliere, colazione ottima, parcheggio gratuito il loco, location molto bella, e andando d’estate ancora di piú per le piscine esterne. La posizione fuori dal centro e la distanza dai trasporti pubblici, circa 10 min di cammino per la prima fermata autobus ( vicino al Lidl ).

• anna (6/5): The hotel might have been a good one in the past, but currently it needs a lot of work. - We arrived on Easter weekend so it was almost empty. Breakfast was ok, rhe rooms were acceptable. Because of Easter SPA area had shorter opening hours and we could not try it because they closed before we were back in the hotel. The hotel looks as if it needed a lot of maintanance and renovation. Wallpapers ar torn, it’s not very clean. We had two “Deluxe” rooms - one was ok - rather clean and comfortable. The other looked nice at first, but the shower was exrtemely dirty - see photo. I noticed it only in the evening when we were back from the sightseeing and wanted to change the room, but there was no one at the reception, only a security guard was in the hotel, and he did not speak English, but managed to explain that it’s closed until 8 am the following day.

• Lorena (4/5): - The spa center was good, but sepparated from the villas so you need to walk outside to get to the spa center, which is very uncomfortable and a struggle especially during the winter The rooms were very small and the heating system not good at all. They had portable airconditioners, which were noisy and dried the air. I got very sick the day after walking wet in the snow from the spa to the room then slept with the air conditioner on all the night. The restaurant closed pretty soon (around 20:30) so we had to directly from the spa to the cold restaurant in order to have dinner, as the location is far from the city and there is nothing nearby. The restaurant was very weird. Big, cold and the atmosphere deadly. No smoth music, nothing. The food was ok but verh expensive for what they offer. I don’t recomand
• Jealite - Gilles (8/5): Good price/quality stay - The SPA is reasonable nice. And you can go for a nice hike. Room is decent and clean The staff does not speak a lot of english and is not very friendly. At breakfast the coffee machine was broken, the selection in the breakfast was decent.

• Dr_Pro (9/5): Кратък, но приятен престой - Престоят ми беше кратък – настаних се след полунощ и напуснах рано сутринта, така че нямам много детайлни впечатления. Не успях да се възползвам от закуската. Стаята беше голяма, просторна и чиста. Настаняването премина бързо и с много добро отношение, въпреки късния час. Като цяло – добро първо впечатление. С удоволствие бих отседнал отново при по-дълъг престой, за да се възползвам пълноценно от условията, които хотелът предлага.
