- Robert (10/5): A gorgeous holiday home in well-kept gardens in a fabulous location - what's not to love! - The terrace was a lovely and sheltered with comfortable furnishings amid beautiful gardens. It was always peaceful although so close to the centre. We were by the sea in less than 5 minutes and in a fabulous location for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was well-equipped - a real home from home. The second bedroom is a bit snug and maybe only suitable for quite young children

Das warme Wasser reicht nicht für die Badewanne.. Für den Supermarkt muss ich durch die Anlage durch, ein zweiter Ausgang würde bedeuten, 3min statt 12. aber ok.

- Lucas (10/5): - Nous avons aimé la proximité du centre ville, la propreté des jardins . L hébergement est très bien équipé et la literie très confortable. Les serviettes ont été changées dans la semaine, nous avons trouvé cela inutile et contraire aux besoins en eau de l Île.

- Marco (9/5): Heerlijke verblijf op een park met uiters vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. - Mooi gelegen, heerlijk rustig, complete inrichting! Niet 100% proper, veel stof op plaatsen als onder de glazen tafel en in hoekjes. Ook de ruimte van de wasmachine en de safe hebben een flinke schoonmaakbeurt nodig.

- Geddes (4/5): Disappointed - Good location with nice pool. Appears all apartments are privately owned and managed by Casa Sol. Ours was in poor condition with dated furniture and old decor, looks like its never been painted or updated since it was build about 30 years ago! Did notice some are more modern so clearly a lottery which apartment you get, so the 4 star rating is misleading. Disappointed with accommodation as it was not cheap and would not return. 19C was our apartment, it had questionable electrics, no air conditioning, no washing liquid or cloth to do dishes properly, mosquitoes were an issue too. Its a shame because good location, nice swimming pool and well kept gardens. I would give apartment 2 stars!!

- Beate (9/5): Beste Lage in sehr gepflegter Wohnanlage - Die Lage ist perfekt! Wunderschöne Anlage, zentral und ruhig, toller Pool und eine supernette Rezeption. Wir hatten Bungalow 9d mit perfekter Küchenausstattung, absolut alles was man braucht und mehr. Sogar Strandschirme standen zur Verfügung. Für 2 Personen perfekt und gemütlich, das kleine Zimmer hatte aber leider ein völlig instabiles Etagenbett. Der zimmerservice war etwas unrhythmisch: Handtuchwechsel gleich nach der ersten Nacht....dann 5 Tage nix mehr.

- Linda (10/5): Fantastic. Loved the location and proximity to shops and restaurants too. - Excellent for ferry to next destination of Fuertaventura and great for pool access with 3 year old. Access to A/C during hot nights. The units were in each room but no remote controls. A fairly minor point, but bedding got very sweaty as a result.

- Julie (10/5): Great but casas are not advertised correctly - Apartment 7b very modern, spacious, private and clean Apartment 7b is right opposite the spar shop but there is no gate so you have to walk through the whole complex and up the road which is annoying. Also, be careful when booking as despite description not all casas have air con or ensuites in both rooms, I booked the accommodation on the understanding and basis that there was air conditioning and 2 bathrooms/ensuites as that was extremely important to us however we got a casa (13b) with 1 bathroom and no air con and it was extremely small for 4 people and dated....I had to pay £140 extra to get my accommodation changed to 7b which is an excellent casa but i was annoyed because the receptionist had no regard for the fact that the accommodation is advertised as being 2 ensuite/bathrooms and air con.....he was not concerned that I was distressed that I didn't have these things so be careful when booking otherwise you could be in for a shock upon arrival.

The apartment was suitable for 4 people — although the kids’ bedroom with a bunk bed was quite small, the overall equipment and the chance to dine on the terrace with an ocean view more than made up for it. The area is quiet and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Large saltwater pool, and the staff take great care of the place — handing out cushions for sun loungers and keeping everything tidy. We arrived just before midnight and the self check-in was easy and smooth. Everything matched the description. Excellent location — just a 5–10 minute walk to the seaside promenade with shops, cafés, and restaurants. A supermarket is nearby. Playa Blanca is a picturesque and peaceful town, much calmer than Puerto del Carmen. Highly recommended!

La conexión de la televisión es regular-mala. Se perdía de vez en cuando y había que llamar a recepción. El uso necesario de dos mandos para que "funcione" es ...; además la hoja explicativa no estaba clara (y solo en inglés).

La cama de matrimonio bastante incómoda y para el tamaño de la habitación tenia un somier con unas esquinas que eran un peligro para las piernas. También su hubiera agradecido que tuviera ventilador como en la otra habitación. El check-in en booking ponía q a partir de las 13 pero nos lo dieron más tarde. El menaje bastante completo pero si que se agradecería que dejarán un estropajo y jabón para fregar porque son detalles que se valoran.

Very clean accommodation and surroundings with complex. Accommodation very good for reasonable price for a family holiday. Pool/life guard exceptional service and attention to pool area and guests. Pool cleaning and staff started very early - 06:30, quite noisy for villas close to pool. Road noise if Villa located close to roadside rather than deeper into complex.
- James (9/5): A perfectly located villa with everything we needed and a great pool - We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Lanzarote. It had everything we needed, was excellently located, and the pool was a real highlight. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend We may have missed it in the small print, but make sure you have euros for the air conditioning. It’s €1 per hour, which seems to be a fairly common setup for villas in Lanzarote, though we didn’t realise in advance.

Apartman je opremljen svim mogucim stvarima koje su potrebne za duzi ili kraci boravak. Suncobran, stolice za plazu, svi mogući sudovi u kuhinji, elektricni rostilj pa sve do plasticnih posudica za pakovanje hrane - neverovatnon :) Čistoća apartmana je bila na veoma visokom nivou. Osoblje veoma ljubazno. Kućica i dvoriste preslatko, mirno i tiho, kao da nikog nema oko vas. Nadam se da cemo imati priliku opet da dodjemo, jer ovo je defitivno bio jedan od boljih smestaja ikada! ❤️ Sve je bilo savrseno. Nemam ni jednu negativnu stvar da dodam.

Close to bus, supermarket, beach, port. Very comfortable outside area,balcon with table, barbecue, seabed. Very recommended. An excellent solution if you stay in playa Blanca.

- Julie (8/5): Lovely location, comfortable villa, friendly reception staff. - The property is in an excellent location, just about 5 minutes walk to the sea front. There were a great selection of restaurants too. The resort is well laid out and plenty of sun beds. The pool was fabulous. The toddler pool was not available which was disappointing as we had a two year old with us and we didn’t know it was being refurbished. The property has everything you need to self cater if you wish to, with a lovely covered outside seating area for al fresco dining. It was very private. Plenty of room in our little garden. The beds were comfortable. The change of towels and cleaning was great. The reception staff were really friendly, helping in any way possible. We had a fabulous time. There is one huge downside that I just don’t understand! This is in no way a reflection on the villa and the owners. It’s the pool side parasols. They are removed from the guests use between 5 and 6pm. We stayed during August and experienced the islands hottest temperatures of the year (so far). The pool side attendant removed our parasol against our wishes. We had a two year old fast a sleep in it’s shade. We offered to take the parasol to reception after use but he would not allow it. He locks them away in a metal container and goes home! The guests at the pool stay for several hours more but without parasols. It’s unbelievable!

Casa Tanja è fornita di tutto il necessario per garantire una vacanza al meglio. Cucina super accessoriata con forno pulitissimo... Lavatrice ...phon... Insomma davvero il top !!! Pulito e con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola... Grazie!! Da ritornarci sicuramente!!!! Niente....

- Barbara (10/5): Highly Recommend - First holiday for myself and my sister without kids and partners. We couldn’t have chosen a better resort. On arrival, we just knew it was going to be perfect. The staff in reception were so lovely and extremely helpful. We stayed in 29B, which is located at the back of the resort. It was spotless and has everything you will need. The grounds and pool area are kept to a high standard. Guaranteed a bed at the pool, no bed hogging at 7 a.m. as it’s not allowed. Maximum time you can leave an unattended towel is 1/2 hour and it’s respected. Water is cool but gorgeous. Every member of staff works hard and always has a smile and a warm greeting. The shop on site sells your essentials, including large bottled water, which saves you carrying from local shops. Don’t bother with the nearby Lidl as the Spar over the road is cheaper and very well stocked. The mozzarella shop next door, wow, just delish. Short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, and beach. Rubicón Marina is definitely worth a visit.

- Moira (10/5): It was beautiful, tranquil, restful & everything one would want for a complete chill-out holiday!! - The villa was absolutely beautiful in every way. New beds, newlyu completely equipped kitchen & utensils, two lovely leather sofas in living room, beautiful conservatory class solid teak dining table plus 4 wicker chairs on sheltered terrace, with extendable canopy if desired, & 2 VERY COMFORTABLE lioe-lows. Nothing was spared in the recent refurbishment of this villa. The only thing I didn't like was the steep uphill trudge to get to the property. I found this difficult, most especially when carrying groceries & water.

The staff in the reception, the gardeners, the cleaners, everyone. They are so nice and helpful. Extremely pleasant. The pool area is beautiful, always exceptionally clean and tidy. The gardens are so well kept, great sea view. A fabulous location for a relaxing holiday. Very close to lots of shops and bars and it is also very close the ferry. There is a bus stop just outside the complex that takes you all over Playa Blanca and a taxi rank nearby too. We have stayed at casas del sol a few times before and we love it. The location, everything, it is so peaceful and beautiful. This is the first and last time we have used villa 21A. It needs massively updating, garden furniture needs replacing (the chairs are uncomfortable, the small round tables are white with lots of chips and scrapes on them), the barbeque was disgusting and needs going in the scrap, looked extremely old and rickety, we were really looking forward to having a bbq, sadly we couldn't. We would not eat food cooked on this barbecue. The corner shower is extremely small and pretty horrible, difficult to wash without banging yourself on one of the walls either side of you. I do not want to sound rude but, it would be very difficult for a larger person to have a shower here, it is very small. When we first arrived and walked through the gate, it was like walking into the Adams family, most of the plants look dead. It's overgrown and needs a lot of TLC, very untidy indeed. 21A is on the end of a block of 4 villas, 21B, 21C and 21D are immaculate, they are beautiful, 21A really lets the side down. I would also like to mention that, the owner of the villa did not leave any instructions for the TV. He did not leave any safety information for example, if there was a fire. Very disappointing. We were given the password/code etc for the WiFi whilst at 21A - it did not work once during the week we stayed here, hopeless.

Playa Flamingo not too far away, as well as a range of shops and restaurants. Nice quiet villa, had everything we needed. Nice, friendly, helpful staff - at reception, at the pool and the cleaners. Pool could have been a bit warmer for the kids but still bearable for a dip every day.

Near the the pool. Apartment was spacious and had air con in living room and bedroom. Had a safe. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean. TV had the most channels ever. Thousands, in every nationality. The pool was a good size and heated. The complex was opposite the harbour and a 10 min walk to the bus station. Supermarkets were close. Mosquitos. My wife was bitten on a daily basis.

The constant attempts to reset the picture and Voice synchronization was a nuisance that was still not good enough for deaf person to lip read. Fortunately plenty of bars available for sports coverage and plenty of games covered that don't need subtitles.

- Sarah (10/5): Sun, sea, yoga, walking and great swimming pool, what’s not to like! - The bed although totally fine wasn’t so comfortable and also the pillows could have been better
- Lynda (9/5): Superb - A well situated and well maintained site with friendly, helpful reception staff. The residence itself was very comfortable and well equipped Nothing
- Graeme (8/5): Very good - Great and peaceful location. Spotlessly clean resort and site staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice pool.
