• Sandor 79 (5/5): Poor - Close to the sea, but that beach front was not the best in PdC. See weed, dirty. The hotel was ok, but minimized equipment. There is nothing in this hotel, max the balcony is ok. Minimized equipment, dirty bathroom, old furniture, dirty curtains, poor wifi. Was not my best choice. Noise neighborhood bars.

Moisissures, fuite d'eau et la musique du bar en face est vraiment forte. De plus la clé est nécessaire pour débarrer la porte de l'intérieur et on a pas le choix de la barrer pour sortir sinon elle ne reste pas fermée.. résultat j'ai du retourner à l'hôtel pour désemprisonner ma mère.

• MON_4 (10/5): - Hotel bien ubicado a pasos de la 5 avenida y el portal Maya, con vista al mar, le falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento, pequeños que hace la diferencia.personla muy amable y lo bueno q cuenta con agua calentita y fría en el Hall de entrada.la cama super king muy cómoda,. Por ejemplo que la canilla de la Bacha estaba toda oxidada , al igual que las barandas externas del balcón. Y arriba en la pileta estaba con mucha suciedad de palomas.🥴sería lo único por decir.

El nos recibio cuando llegamos y la verdad, una persona carismatica, nos explico todo, nos dio recomendaciones. Fue la primera persona con la que interactue asi que la primera impresion fue fantastica En ocasiones salian olores fuertes del baño y talvez le faltaba un poquito mas de limpieza

Faucet and shower arm are painted with rust gray pain.

• Magali (8/5): Magnífica vista pero... - Nos gustó la ubicación, la vista era espectacular , el tamaño muy adecuado y el personal muy amable. También tienen el beneficio de camastros gratis frente al hotel muy conveniente y cómodo. El colchón estaba en mal estado, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación. El baño olía muy mal muy rapidamente. Le falta mantenimiento al hotel en general, los pisos, acabados. Y no estaba lista la alberca y tampoco se veía muy limpio el jacuzzi o la regadera no nos dio confianza bañarnos ahí.

• Kay (4/5): Für den Preis auf keinen Fall wieder, vielleicht für ein Drittel des Preises beim aktuellen Zustand. - Zentral, direkt am Strand in Playa del Carmen, super Ausblick vom Balkon und vom Zimmer aufs Meer, ich hatte ein Zimmer ganz vorne in Richtung mehr. Es war so groß dass die durchschnittlich große Klimaanlage das Zimmer nicht effektiv kühlen konnte. Keine 2 Minuten weg von der Flaniermeile von PdC. Zu dem Zeitpunkt Ende Mitte November wurde der Pool oben auf dem Hotel saniert, das machte tagsüber ordentlich Lärm. Aber viel gravierender ist der totale Sanierungsstau dieses Hotel, eine hochstehende Türklinke an der Zimmertür war ja noch witzig. In Lateinamerika kann man deutsche Standards und Erwartungen bestimmt nicht ansetzen, keine Frage. Aber viele kleine Details an provisorischen Flickstellen lassen das Hotel einfach nur als komplett sanierungsbedürftige Bruchbude erscheinen.

• Roswitha (8/5): - Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen, es war groß und gut gestaltet, hatte ein gutes Bett von dem aus man durch Palmen auf das Meer sehen konnte, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Sessel auf dem Balkon. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Aber mich hat das helle Straßenlicht die ganze Nacht durch gestört, besonders morgens wenn ich noch vor Sonnenaufgang draußen sitzen wollte. Die Geräusche der belebten Fußgänger Zone waren nur am Wochenende abends ziemlich laut und der Strand sehr belebt. In der Dusche hat mir eine Handbrause gefehlt, da ich nicht bei jedem Duschen auchn meine Haare waschen will.

Partiendo de eso no puedo poner nada positivo. Deberian quitar de la oferta hasta que realicen el mantenimiento correspondiente.

• Carla (1/5): - La ubicación está cómoda porque está muy cerca de la quinta pero no tanto para escuchar todo el ruido de la vida nocturna y llegué caminando de la terminar turística de ADO. El hotel estaba en reparación, me desperté TODAS las mañanas con un ruido ensordecedor de martillazos en el techo de la habitación desde las 7:00am hasta que me alistaba con prisa para poder salir de ahí, grabé un video del ruido porque pensé que era de no creerse. La habitación era frente al mar pero esto fue contraproducente porque huele horrible el sargazo podrido de toda la orilla entonces no quería ni abrir la ventana. El baño estaba medianamente limpio pero no tenía cortina ni cancel, la regadera no funcionaba como la lluvia que se ve en las imágenes, todo estaba oxidado y solo salía agua por un poro, lo que hacía mis baños lentos y salados, además que se desordenaba el piso con facilidad dada la falta de barrera para el agua. No había artículos como shampoo o jabón. Tienen 1 aire acondicionado para todo el cuarto y no es suficiente, despertaba por las noches para pararme bajo el aire o mojar mi cabeza y refrescarme un poco ya que la cama está alejada de éste y es una base fija así que no la podía mover, horrible no volvería jamás.

• Justine (2/5): Terrible séjour dans cet hôtel - Nous avons vécu une expérience très préoccupante dans votre hôtel, avec de graves manquements à la sécurité. Quelqu’un est entré dans notre chambre et à fouillé nos affaires malgré notre demande de ne pas accéder à la chambre. Le matin de notre départ, nous étions enfermés à clé dans l’hôtel sans personnel, sans moyen de sortir, (et personne ne nous en a informé) puis aucune assistance n’a été apportée même en appelant l’hotel personne ne répondait. La poignée de la fenêtre du balcon était cassée, aucune caméra de surveillance ne fonctionnait, et le personnel a refusé de confirmer et documenter notre départ anticipé. Nous avons quitté après deux nuits au lieu de trois face à ces conditions inacceptables.

• Mary (6/5): Centrally located, quieter than other hotels closer to quinta. - Location was great and the check in was easy. We were there just for a quick night before going to the Cancun airport. It was more quiet than other hotels in that area. Furnishings were old, it didn't feel the most clean, and the manager was very grumpy when we had a friend over briefly to chat for a bit after having dinner. The person at the front desk said it was ok and the manager said it wasn't after he left and wasn't very respectful about it.

• Raynor (10/5): No words, just smiles - You know, it didn't have a pool, or a breakfast bar, but the room was spacious, had a balcony, a whole minifridge to fill up with my own stuff, a TV (not that I used it), an ensuite bathroom, an awesome (a godsend) air conditioning unit, and the room was turned down every day.

• Jeffrey (6/5): - The hotel is literally a 30 second walk to the beach, and if you have the "junior room" you can even see Cozumel from the bed. The hotel is severely "worn". Cracked tiles everywhere, plywood blocking roof access (no pool available), 4 flight walkup, no elevators. It's in the heart of Calle Norte, close to all the shops and restaurants, but the towels provided are a step above newspaper in terms of drying ability. The room had a malfunctioning TV, but good AC, fluctuating water pressure, but at least it did get hot on occasion. This is perfect for someone on a budget, but don't expect more than the absolute basics. Teens on spring break, or just wanting a cheap "on the beach" hotel, is what you're getting. At $60/night can't be much more picky. The downstairs tattoo salon does have a few hookers that will proposition you for "fiestas". The hammock in the room was a nice touch

• Vanwonderen (8/5): Very good - We actually stayed at AllRiviera across the street. It is their sister hotel. It was awesome and we were right on the beach. Very friendly to us although we speak very very little spanish. We loved it!!!

La terrasse et la piscine sont fermées. C'est dommage car l'emplacement est top. Le personnel est assez prévenant.
