You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that payment will be made in cash only as the property has no credit card facility. Guests are encouraged to bring cash because there are not ATM's in the vicinity. Jeep Tour tickets can be purchased from the Wadi Rum Visitor centre, for other Wadi Rum activities you can contact the front desk upon arrival in the camp. Kindly contact the camp for more information on the location. Pick-up arrangements are also available if needed. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Kindly note that the swimming pool is only open from 15 April until 31 October. Please contact the property for opening hours.
