There is a wide range of drinks and snacks throughout the day that you can just order from a QR code next to your sun loungers. The room and hotel was very clean. There’s an adults pool separated from the main pool and water park. Don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect for us and we had the best time!

There are a lot of activities for kids, which is great for families, watersports, golf, futsal etc. The breakfast was great and tasty. My wife had pasta at night, which was great, and they made fresh pizzas too, which my little son loved it. The reason I booked this hotel was the location as it is 5 to 10 minutes walking to the main district of Protaras and the sunrise beach, which is highly recommended for tourists. Overall, it was a great experience.

• eileencE3825KB (10/5): Brilliant Family Hotel - The Sunrise Oasis is a lovely family hotel with lots of brilliant ideas over other hotels. You are swiftly booked in, lovely clean rooms, really comfortable beds and linen. The food and drinks are plentiful and varied. You get Pool Towel tickets and on redeeming them, you are allocated your sunbeds. These are for your sole use the whole of your holiday! No one gets up at 5am to put towels on the beds, no 9am rush to secure a good place, great idea! From the Reception Staff to the waiters, bar staff, cleaning ladies, they are friendly, efficient and helpful. One Staff Member, Raj, was really special, he delivers the cases to your room, opens the big glass doors at the front of the hotel, which, as we used mobility scooters, was a big help! He helped my husband who has mobility issues, guiding him to a nice table, where we could have a Cocktail/Beer/Capuchino, all made fresh by the smiling bar staff. The Waterpark was a big hit for the teenagers in our group, but the smaller kids could use the slides too. Another great idea is that there are 4 restaurants ‘on the strip’ a short walk from the hotel. You can make a reservation to eat at these places, several times if you want, the deal was a starter, a main, a dessert and 2 drinks per person and this is all included in your hotel stay! We left a good tip, of course. We tried the Greek, Italian, and the Asian and all was good. It makes a nice change from the hotel buffet for dinner, even though the food was very good , with high quality meat. Our ONLY slight complaint was that, especially for breakfast, the plates were cold, and as with all buffet food, it wasn’t very hot, so by the time you sat down to eat it, it was cold. A microwave in the dining room would be a great addition. Try this Hotel, especially if you have children, you will not be disappointed. It’s a Hotel people will return to time and time again.

It’s a great hotel where everything is easily accessible—the distance to the sea and shopping is just a minute or so. There is a wide variety of food that suits everyone. A bonus is that you can book different restaurants to dine at even if you have all-inclusive, and you’re also assigned sun loungers that are yours for the entire stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, The whole hotel, pool and the room is fresh and clean.

Branded drinks , milkshakes and slushes all available. The icecream Is delicious. Honestly couldn’t find any faults with the hotel. It’s extremely clean and in a great location near the strip and Beach. Fig tree bay is also a short walk. Entertainment is typical kids disco and show . Great for young children. There’s a games room and kids club. For us the daytime activities were just right not too much and no pressure to get involved. We’ve been to Cyprus many times and this is Definetly the best hotel we’ve stayed in . We will Definitely use sunrise again. Thank you for an excellent holiday we didn’t want to leave!
• JonLondon25 (8/5): Great Easter Stay - This is very well run hotel and we had an enjoyable stay as a family of 4. - Sun bed allocation is a game changer, and makes for a much more relaxing stay. - Bar service good with good quality products - I've experienced High end 5 star all inclusive buffets and really cheap and nasty buffets this one is good, its modest selection but prepared well from good ingredients, we all found something tasty every meal. - We tried two of the dine out restaurants that you can book as part of the all inclusive package .. the greek and the pan asian - these were excellent (You can pick a 3 course meal from the standard menu and 2 drinks) just make sure you try and book them on the day you arrive. - Staff were all great, smiley and happy to help .. but it was the first week of the season. The only negative point is that in April the entertainment and bar action was inside so you were basically sat in the hotel reception in harsh bright lighting. I'm guessing in the summer season that action spills out around the pool bar area which is probably better. You are within easy walking distance of the main strip of Protaras and the beautiful fig tree bay beach ... and there is a lidl next door.
• JoJoES82 (10/5): Love this hotel 10/10 💛 - We was meant to be going to a different hotel, but easyJet changed our hotel last minute to somewhere that looked terrible so we paid extra to come to the Sunrise Oasis instead. After a stressful start to the holiday (thanks easyJet!) this hotel was our saving grace! The hotel itself is kept clean and well maintained, the staff are so friendly and the entertainment team are just lovely! They cater well for families, they even looked after our boys for a few hours while we went to the spa at their neighbour hotel! Our room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. The food is really nice and tastey and you have the chance to go to their other restaurants on the strip. All are very good and you get a lot! You also get 2 drinks each included. We particularly loved the Greek restaurant. The drinks at the hotel are brilliant, this is the only all inclusive hotel I’ve been to where the beer tastes like proper beer and the cocktails and spirits are proper alcoholic. Strawberry daiquiri is amazing! The main pool was heated and the water park was good fun! You allocate a sunbed for your stay so no need to rush down at 6am to fight for one! Last but not least, the location is great, the strip is just across the road, 3min ish! And the beach another 5. Don’t think twice about coming to this hotel, just book it! It really is a lovely hotel 💛
• H3731VPlaurenb (10/5): Amazing would definitely return - Everything and I mean everything down to the cleanliness, the facilities, food and most importantly ALL the staff was absolutely spectacular. Most importantly the head of entertainment she was amazing with the 2 children in our family always putting so much care and effort in to making them smile. The bar staff were all so friendly and made the place have such a happy and amazing atmosphere. We was greated with a smile constantly by EVERY member of staff. Couldn't recommend enough for a family holiday! I will be a hundred percent be returning next year.
• ANNV234 (10/5): A very happy Birthday trip - We stayed at Sunrise Oasis over the Easter holiday. We were a family of nine including two sets of Grandparents and three children. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms are simply furnished but had everything we needed. The shower was really powerful. My son and his family had a ground floor room with a large terrace. Ideal for the children being next to the play area and our allocated sunbeds. The staff were so efficient. Everyone from management to cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. We had two birthdays which were recognised with a lovely card and a bottle of dessert wine each. The animation team deserved special credit. They entertained the children all day with activities and a mini disco. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice. We even had the choice of eating and restaurants on the main strip. We chose the Asian and Greek options. Both excellent. Obviously being early in the season temperatures weren’t high but that suited us and we still enjoyed plenty of sunshine. The pools wer pretty cold but it didn’t stop the children enjoying the water slides. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. So near to the shopping area and beach. • Y7223BCsarahp (10/5): Fantastic family holiday - Just returned from a fantastic Easter break at this hotel. 7-14th April. The staff: The best part being the staff who work tirelessly day and night to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. The bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff and doorman. They clearly work long hours and nothing is too much trouble. The manager greeted us on arrival and at numerous points throughout our stay, as well as thanking us on our departure. He was always present and approachable. The entertainment team were fantastic and my 8 year old loved the kids mini disco each night, as did Raj, the wonderful doorman/porter. We also participated in a number of quizzes arranged by the entertainment team who were friendly and approachable and not at all pushy. Entertainment: totally disagree with other reviews that say entertainment is below par. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment during our stay. The external acts were great, especially both daytime and evening magic shows, the elvis tribute was a huge hit with my husband and the bubble show and quizzes were a fantastic break from the pool. The entertainment doesn’t go on late into the night but with young children that isn’t something we are interested in anyway. We were more than happy with the entertainment on offer, both day and night. The mini golf was included and we utilised this most days. We also took part in some chargeable activities, including shuffleboard, fusball, pool and air hockey. There was also bowling on offer but we didn’t use this. The facilities were great. Rooms: basic but modern and cleaned and made up daily. Air conditioning was good but our only gripe would be the firmness of the sofa bed. We all tried sleeping on it in turn and each of us ended up with a bad back. This is our only negative feedback on the hotel at all. Food: the buffet area was very small but food was varied and good quality. Fresh pasta and pizza made to order every day. Always nuggets, fries and fish fingers on offer for children. The snack bar offered freshly made salads, burgers, hotdogs etc throughout the day and the ice cream truck was available at intermittent periods but a small selection was always available all day from the pool bar. The restaurant area is kept very clean and plates cleared quickly at all times. Drinks were promptly delivered and service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the dine out concept and ate at the Greek, Italian and American Grill. Brazilian wasn’t open yet, which is why we were offered Italian. Food and service were great at all 3. They recognised my husband’s shellfish allergy and advised what to avoid on the menus. It was lovely to be able to sit down to a three course meal, instead of chaotic buffet, as I imagine in peak season it does get very busy in the small buffet area. Pools: we were apprehensive about the usability of the pools in April but were pleasantly surprised and able to swim daily. It was cold initially getting in but comfortable once in (and I hate a cold pool). Pool areas were kept clean and tidy. The pool bar staff were friendly. The slides were a great hit with my 8 year old and also suitable for adults. The heaters in the water park only seem to be working on one side of the pool, so wasn’t warm but not cold either. We used it every day. Didn’t use the adult only pool but my husband said it was cold and not heated. However, the pools here were much warmer than the sea at Fig tree bay. There are no overly deep areas to the pool and it was walkable from both sides, which is great for families. Sun loungers at the beach were €3.50 each and €3 of a parasol. We had a lovely day there… about 10-16 min walk away but worth it. Pool towels were provided daily and allocated Sun beds were great. The pool guy moved our location on the second day, as hotel was not at capacity. Transfer: Transfer was around 45 minutes to the hotel but much longer on the way back to the airport due to pick ups (1.5hours). Larnaca airport has plenty of food and drink outlets to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful Holiday at a fantastic hotel. I don’t think I would return to the hotel in peak August, as I imagine it does get very busy at full capacity, but we would definitely return in the shoulder season (June or September)
• I3694AKmarkh (10/5): Best Holiday - Writing this review from sun lounger, dont usually post reviews. Sad to be heading home today. The Sunrise Oasis has been the best hotel for us as a family, we will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff have been so welcoming, everyone off them, from the dancing door man, the entertainment guys, who really get the kids involved and always smiling. The bar staff, (all bars), are first class, no long waits for a beverage, will make you any cocktail you fancy, huge selection of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. Cleaning staff, always on top of the hotel, which is spotless. The food is really good, compared with other all-inclusive resorts, plus you have the choice of dining out at four different restaurants which was a real game changer. The pools are excellent, main pool is large, a large slide pool with slides for all age, an adult only pool. All have a bar at them. The snacks by the pool area is great with a huge variety. Sun lounger are allocated to you for the duration of your stay, and guys will do there best to accommodate you. Gym is pretty good considering the age of some of the equipment, but all in good working order. If im going to be petty, the games room is alittle dated. Hotel is so close to beach and everything else, prefect location. Our 10yr old had a blast, he has met so many friends, like wise we have met so many nice people who seemed to have a wonderful time also, no complaints from anyone. Like I said, big thanks the the Sunrise Oasis.

Being able to go out to the different restaurants as part of the all inclusive was brilliant. Thanks to Raj on the front door for being so helpful and the guest service manager Richard for taking time to check in on us to make sure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back!

• A408BUthomasc (10/5): Lovely Easter Break. - The hotel had everything we needed. Food had plenty of variety and a different menu everything night, indoor and outdoor eating available. Homemade pizza oven every lunch and evening meal. Snacks available during the day. Plenty of drinks options. Pool, waterpark are good sized they provide towels and you get reserved sun loungers. Around the resort there is a Lidl over the road, they are doing roadworks outside the hotel but didn’t bother us if anything due to the road closure the roads around the hotel were alot quieter and safer. The beach’s and sea were amazing. Not hot but as warm as your local swimming pool, crystal clear blue, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Lots of water sports available. We used Stavros Watersports a lot, took my 7yr old parasailing where we saw some dolphins. Chillz ice-cream again amazing, new flavours every night and very accommodating with the kids let us try flavours and explained lots about the ice-cream and the originals of some of the flavours. There was a little church on a hill about 15mins walk from the hotel if you fancied waking up at 5:30am and walking up to see the sun rise. Well worth it. All in all well worth the money, Protaras as a whole is an amazing area, Fig Tree Bay and surrounding areas are worth the trip.

Allocated sunbeds were a dream for me as I’m normally the person getting up early to put the towels down. This time I got to properly relax. Only thing I would like to see improve is the Fanta and hot chocolate but that’s just my personal taste. Absolutely love it here

From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as the restaurant Im the hotel you also get the option to dine out on the strip which is about 5 minutes walk, at a choice of 4 different restaurants, we choose the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and Marcello’s Italian restaurant which were both really high quality food and again great staff Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. • V9832YCkellyt (10/5): Fantastic hotel! - Fantastic weeks holiday over Easter. The hotel staff are all wonderful and can’t do enough for you, they are so attentive. We loved the system of allocated sunbeds for the whole stay - no rush to get down in the morning! My children (aged 7 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed the kids club including the outside entertainers that came in. The mini disco was a big hit each night. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. I will miss the big super-king bed and plush pillows! We really enjoyed the food - the salad bar and pasta station were particular favourites, the ice cream cart was frequented at least once per day with awesome flavours. This holiday gave us exactly what we needed - a week of relaxation and indulgence. We are going home feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would definitely come back for another stay!

• chloew556 (10/5): Great Hotel - Second time visiting Protaras, this time as 3 adults and 1 child. The hotel is absolutely lovely. Great location - around a 10 minute walk to the strip and 15 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Or, a short taxi ride costing €10. Which can be ordered at the reception. All the staff are very helpful and friendly making a great atmosphere around the hotel. We paid a bit extra and got a ground floor room, the room was nice and close to everything and very spacious. Even though it’s all inclusive, it has facilities to make food, with plates, bowls ect. The hotel was not too busy when we arrived as it was the start of the Easter Holidays, but it got busier before we left. It’s a decent size hotel, but I can imagine it gets very packed in the summer months. The weather was a bit mixed during our stay, but we still managed to get a suntan :) There is a kids club available children under 4 years old must be supervised by parents but over 4 years old can be left there alone. They do lots of actives with the children and are really nice. There are 2 game rooms, one downstairs near the pool and one just past the reception desk. You can play games at an extra charge. The one near reception can get quite loud, but it closes at 11pm I believe so the noise doesn’t continue for long. Our room was right next to it. The hotel was very clean on arrival and stayed that way. The room was also cleaned nicely. The manager Richard was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn’t use the adults only pool so cannot comment, but the water park is great. Lots of slides to choose from :) The gym we also used, and it had a mixture of different equipment which was good. Only a few points that we thought could have made our stay even better - Bottles of water in the room at least one person on arrival - A few more toilet rolls in the room especially when there’s a family of 4 - Toilets allocated on the reception level the closest ones were down on the next level Overall great stay, and we would love to return :)

The bar staff were very friendly and wonderful, and the luggage man was top-notch! The only thing the hotel lacks is entertainment for both children and adults. The people who run it are incredibly kind and friendly, but they don't know how to organize activities! For the kids, apart from the always-open kids' club, where Mrs. Roxy is a delight, there was nothing. My daughter love Roxy . Saying it's not peak season yet and newbies are learning doesn't bother anyone. If a hotel is open and ready to welcome guests, whether it's April or July, everything should be the same. Even the evening shows that were supposed to take place never went exactly as planned; they were always last-minute! Overall, a great place, the service is truly top-notch, but it needs a lot of work!
• 805iaina (10/5): Weeks stay in Oasis Sunset - Just returnes from a weeks stay at the Oasis Sunset hotel. This was a last minute hotel.change by the travel operator for us but a good one. Hotel was found to be well organised and very clean. Rooms were a good size with a great shower. Service from the staff was excellent,.very attentive and always on hand when assistance needed. The pool was lovely and a definate plus was the manageme t of sunbeds with these being allocated saved the usual block booking of beds by towels with no one their. Food was varied and of decent quality. There was also the option of visiting each of the companies 4 restuarants in the town, we made it to the Asian and Greek resturants and the food was excellent with a 3 course meal from their full A La Carte menu with 2 drinks included at each. Hotel location itself just a stones throw from the beach. Follow the boulevard walk along the coast to find some nice little beaches and a resturant/cafe or 2.
• 556abbiec (10/5): Great family hotel! - We have had the most wonderful time here! Our room was very clean, modern and had a beautiful view of the sea. The food was amazing and we loved the variety. Staff were all very friendly and would always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Visiting as a single parent, I felt very safe at all times. Staff helped me find a suitable boat trip, which we very much enjoyed. The hotel location is perfect! It’s next to a supermarket which is very handy! But also minutes walk from shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. It had everything you could ever want or need within a small walking distance. The pools are stunning and my daughter loved the water park- it provided hours of fun! We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.
• SkippyLlandudno (10/5): Wonderful family holiday! - The Sunrise Oasis is a great, family orientated hotel with lovely staff and great facilities. The ability to make restaurant reservations on the strip within a 5 minute walk from the hotel as part of the all inclusive is fantastic. We're here at the moment and have already tried Lemongrass and Kyklos greek restaurant which were both tasty with great menu choices. Sadly the Brazilian restaurant isn't open for the season just yet but maybe next time! The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are large with a balcony overlooking the main pool area and your own cooking facilities if needed- microwave, fridge and 2 ring cooking hob plus small sink! The plug sockets are UK style so no need for adapters which was handy! There's a 2 lane bowling alley (bookable from reception), billiard table and pool table along with a games room with free ping pong and another pool table, table football and air hockey for a euro or 2 each. The waterpark is great if you're into water slides. There's a number to choose from plus water guns and buckets to entertain on your climb to the slide entrances. The food is varied and tasty, the seating area is pleasant and airy. The bar drinks are premium branded and delicious! The sunbeds are allocated to you on your first day- try and avoid being given the corner by the door into the hotel as it takes the morning for the sun to shine in this area. We don't always go back to the same place twice but this might become the exception!

The waterpark is so good for the children. Even though the weather isn’t as hot as summer, the temperature in the pool is acceptable. There is an ice cream cart that comes out twice too- no extra charge and quality flavours! The allocated sun beds are a dream! Such a lovely experience! Not happy about going home!!

Resort was relatively quiet due to the start of the season and weather was mixed but cannot fault the hotel facilities, staff, restaurants and food. Loved the dine around restaurants: Lemongrass, Reef and Kyklos, large portions and good quality food. Buffet restaurant was also very nice and snack bar ordering process was a good idea. Kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark despite it not being heated as advertised for low season. Large family rooms could benefit from more hanging space. Would recommend.

Kids club are amazing and our children chose to go there multiple times rather than stay with us! Such a range of activities, lots of interactive ones like magicians. The kids disco is amazing. Food is top notch and lots of variety with themed nights such as mexican as well as safe foods for children (you know, chicken nuggets and chips but in a different country!) nice walk to the nearest beach - the ocean is so clear and our little boys snorkeled and saw fish! Would recommend. And would definitely return!

• DeanGodfrey (8/5): A great value October break - The hotel is spotless and the staff are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are a little basic and lacking in 'design' charm but they are large, in good order and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfy and air con works well. The Waterpark is brilliant and it was great that it was heated during October. The main pool was on the cold side but ok when you get in. Gym was decent enough for a basic workout and the kids football pitch is a great addition. We thought the drinks were really good and loved the cocktails they had on offer. The ice cream around the pool was also really good. The Resturant buffet for all 3 meals was just ok, we've done a few all Inclusive now's and this lines up with most of the average ones. We've had much better but paid much more for those. It was always kept well stocked up but aside from the pizza I wouldn't describe any of it as great. At breakfast the omelettes are ready made rather than cooked fresh. The selection of fruit, bread and pastries is on the small side and only basic cereals are offered. Lunch and dinner was essentially the same, some meats / fish in a sauce and then some sort of potato's or rice to go with it. The dessert selection was limited and quite repetitive. The pizza is fresh and excellent though so if they did more of this style prep I'm sure it could be improved. We also ate at the American, Greek and Brazilian and we loved all three, it's a huge plus point for this hotel. Overall it was a perfect 1 week winter break, weather was superb and as we booked direct with the hotel it was a absolute bargain at £2000 for 4 of us for a week during half term.

• Mobile63195004229 (10/5): Excellent, no negatives at all! - Beautiful location,rooms were nice and roomy and spotlessly clean. ALL the staff were exceptionally friendly,polite and helpful, We were all inclusive, Restaurant was excellent,from the staff,service to food! Lunch and evening meal was varied,plentiful and delicious . We were pleased with the fact that the sunbeds and towels were allocated by the room number,so no scramble for a sunbed every day as we had the same one's all through our stay. I unfortunately had a fall one day at the beach, but back at the hotel a Restaurant staff member called for there 1st aid person,who was also a lifeguard named George,he was attentive and caring and looked after me...thank you so much George! Almost forgot to mention that there was entertainment every night too, I haven't any negatives to say about this Hotel, All around Excellence! Oh I forgot to mention the water park on site too.

Hotel ma świetną ofertę dla rodzin z dziećmi. Zarówno dorośli znajdą miejsce dla siebie, a dzieci mają zapewnione mnóstwo atrakcji wewnątrz hotelu. Wszystko było naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Chętnie byśmy wrócili do tego hotelu. Przydałby się coffe corner, w którym można wypić kawę z prawdziwej filiżanki (a nie z papierowego kubka).
• karenkent13 (6/5): Not for us as a family - We found the staff to be excellent and tried to accommodate our family holiday however we had to move hotels at our expense after one night due to the size of the area for the pool was far to small for the amount of visitors it felt so clostaphobic The sunbed allocation didn’t work for us as we were on the grass at the back which wasn’t maintained as end of season the beds were grubby and no where near pool and we needed to be close due to children The staff tried to get us into there sister hotel however no family rooms for 5 were available due to being half term .
• Z7159OGjamesm (10/5): Very impressed - Our recent trip the Oasis Sunrise Hotel was a excellent holiday. The location to the Protaras strip was very good. With a 8 and 10 year old we felt safe the entire time and it was a pleasure to walk the bars and restaurants in the evenings. The beach was outstanding with crystal clear water and the sea was very warm. The hotel was very nice (a bit on the small side for our liking) in October the pool water was very cold and many people just didn't get in. The food in the all you can eat restaurant was excellent and the 3 restaurants you get to use outside of ghe hotel were outstanding the Pan-asian was lovely, Greek was very good but the pick of the bunch was the Brazilian steakhouse it was beautiful. The staff at the hotel were very good, rooms were clean. Evening entertainment was on the poor side but being so close to the strip more than made up for it. To go to a hotel with actual spirts was a pleasant surprise, Malibu, absolute, bacardi, archers, beefeater gin. Koppaberg on tap as well. Cocktails were good as well, nice choices as well. Loungers and beanbags were super comfy.
• zoecroton81 (10/5): Couldn't have asked for better! - Everything about this hotel hits the spot. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main strip of Portaras. Hotel overall is spotless and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and serviced everyday. Food and drinks are very good with lots of choice. Its family focused if that's what you want but equally good for older kids.our room was right over the kids pool and entertainment area but this was part of the fun. It gets dark at 5-5.30pm so this is the perfect opportunity to walk the boardwalk and make friends with the local cats who are more than happy to see you. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
• Deklan186317 (10/5): Perfect Family Holiday! - Just returned home after 7 nights as a family of 4, kids aged 4 and 9. Couldn't fault the hotel in the slightest for a family stay. Rooms were very spacious with a one bedroom apartment and very clean. Staff were friendly all around the hotel. Facilities were great for kids and adults with the waterpark, mini golf, bowling & games room, adults only pool and bar. Food was as expected at an all-inclusive with a variety of meats and sides, etc, so no complaint. The location was also great, with a small walk downhill towards the main strip and beach front. The entertainment team worked hard getting people involved in the activities throughout the day and night, which was great to see, and my kids loved the mini disco! Having stayed at a handful of hotels in Protaras, this is by far the best for a family stay, and I will certainly be returning in 2026! Thanks, Sunrise Oasis for a great holiday.
• Welsh1986 (8/5): Lovely family friendly hotel - Hotel is around 45 minutes to 1 hour transfer from the airport. Arrived at the hotel around 6pm and after a long flight, the reception area was loud, busy and chaotic as one of the bars is in reception. However, check-in was really quick and efficient, and the reception team were excellent. Family rooms are very spacious with bunk beds in a separate lounge area and large beds in the main bedroom. My kids are 1/ and 14 and although the beds were ok for them, I would say that older kids may struggle with the size. My 14 year old is 5ft 7 and it was a tight squeeze for him. TV’s have lots of British channels. It looks like most rooms have a sea view, especially rooms on floors 3,4 and 5. Views are lovely. The pool area is also lovely with plenty of lifeguards dotted around throughout the day. We heard the whistle a lot, so they are clearly very vigilant and manage the area well. The pool area is really well maintained and staff work really hard to keep it clean and tidy. The sunbed allocation process is a game changer. You are given a towel pass when you check in and hand that to the attendant poolside who provides clean towels every day and will give you your sunbed options for the duration of your stay. I would say that if you are a large party, you probably won’t get beds together, and children are allocated bean bags instead of sun beds (not ideal for my teenagers). Beanbags will often go missing aswell, so need to grab them when you can. The space between beds is also quite tight. The most frustrating thing for us was the smoking. Most people would be courteous and smoke away from busy areas but we had people next to us who didn’t, and stubbed their cigarette on the floor. The smell was often overpowering and we would have to leave our beds every time they lit a cigarette. The beds on the grass area were the ones more likely to have the sun for most of the day, with the shade falling around 3pm. Inflatables are allowed in the main pool and the kids pools and water slides are closely monitored by more lifeguards. We enjoyed some lovely food at the hotel. The buffet restaurant is busy but I never saw a tray less than half full. Chefs were constantly inspecting the food and ensuring everything was topped up frequently. The fresh pizza area and fresh pasta were highlights for my kids. The salad selection was also lovely and we didn’t see any repetition with evening buffet offerings throughout our stay. My youngest opted for food from the pool bar for a few days- you order by scanning a QR code on your sun lounger and collect in 10 minutes. This means food is always cooked fresh to order. Included some nice salads, hot dogs, burgers etc. The dine around options were brilliant. We ate at the Greek, the American grill and the Brazilian restaurant and all were delicious, breaking up the buffet option. We did have to book using the machine in reception as soon as we arrived, and were able to get a table about 3-4 days after arrival. Me and my son used the gym a few times and it was decent- plenty of machines and always quiet. Alternatively the hotel is 0.4 mile from the beachfront, so nice to run along the beach path in the mornings when it’s not too busy. Location wise the hotel is really close to bars, restaurants, shops and a gorgeous beach. Knowing our sunbeds were reserved meant we could enjoy the beach early morning and come back to the pool mid morning. The entertainment is wasn’t to our taste but the team worked really hard to deliver a comprehensive programme throughout the day and evening. There was always someone poolside encouraging activities, and aqua aerobics was always popular. The entertainment team also deliver a kids disco in the evenings (starts around 8:30pm) then outdoor acts later in the night. It’s not the evening entertainment you would get in a big tui hotel, but the team work really hard and the younger kids loved it. The credit to this hotel goes to the staff. The hotel was clean, wherever and whenever we went anywhere. Bar staff are constantly busy, and we never saw any rubbish or dirty glasses left around the pool area. They worked so hard to keep it clean and tidy, and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds to be served. Our room was cleaned every day and the lady cleaning it was always so pleasant. The restaurant staff are excellent. They work relentlessly to clear plates, clean tables and serve quests and we never had any plates stacked on our table. Every staff member we encountered was always so helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Really a credit to the hotel and what makes for a comfortable stay.

Food was very good. Everything was very clean - room and all hotel in general. I chose it for kids and they were very happy here. Thank you The location was good, but the road is nearby, I would say this was the only minus.
• C7076ZXpaula (8/5): A Great Hotel in a Good Location - This is my first trip to this Protaras hotel, set back from the beach and the strip. We came on 22nd Oct to 29th Oct 2025, so have 2 more days left, but feel its time to write a review. We were in a family party of 11 in total. There are some elements I cant comment on, because we never did them. Firstly the bedrooms. We had 4 family rooms, so they had a separate bedroom and a living room with kitchen area. In the fridge there are no drinks kept in there. The living room could comprise of a bunk bed or 2 separate beds. The bedroom will have a double bed or 2 single beds. The bathroom had a bath with shower overhead, which could be switched into a drench shower. There is a free to use safe in the main bedroom wardrobe. Some family room bedrooms I noticed were smaller than others! Air con in living and bedroom and have separate controls, very good they were. One thing I noticed in the hotel were the Windows, they open all the way out. Be careful if you have little ones !!!! And this is not just contained to the bedroom windows!!!, again be cautious with little ones. The pool area has 3 areas a main pool (cold), an adult area and pool, which is heated a bit and also a kids slide area, which is busy all day long, apart from they close them off between 1pm to 2pm. All the sunbeds have thick cushions on them and are comfortable. You are allocated sunbeds on arrival by the pool attendants. Some people were not happy, but you can change your sun beds as and when space becomes available. Within our party we were on the grass area on day 1, but day 2 to 7, we moved to the adults area. Perfect for us. We did have 2 children aged 9 and 11 with us, and they played with other children all day and we kept popping back to keep an eye on them. The only thing you need to think about, now the clocks have gone back is the main pool area becomes shady in the afternoon fairly early. Sunny in the morning though. The grassy area, sun all day. Towels are changed daily. The food - lovely fresh pasta and pizza made for you. Pizzas are the best and so is their cheesy garlic bread. The selection appears small, but is always delicious but enough for all, including a couple of roast meat selections. Very nice the food. I cannot comment on hotel activities during the day, as never did any. There is a games room with a pool table and mini bowling and a bar in this area, but i never saw it open. 15e for 30 mins for bowling and 10e for Pool (cant remember if this was 30 mins or 1 hour) There is another games room, in a dungeon with a 2e per game pool table and a table tennis table, Now for the negatives. Toilets - ALL toilets are on floor level -1 The pool and reception are on level 0 (ground). Unless you go back to your room. Pricey mini bowling, we had 5 names on our game and paid for 30 mins (15e) and could even finish one game. The evening entertainment is outside in a very small area, so not too many people can get to see whats going on. All in all a good hotel I enjoyed my time, as did my family.
• W4239ERlauras (10/5): Amazing time at sunrise oasis ☀️ - Stayed here 15th October for 1 week. The hotel was lovely, we were greeted by friendly check in staff. All of the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The children had a blast as Raj wheeled them around on the travel trolly. Kinga aswell was super helpful and friendly with our little ones. The cleaner did a fab job of the room everyday and rooms were always made up lovely. The staff were helpful allocating us sunbeds together as a large party and it was a simple process to collect towels daily. There was a good selection of food, with a big party of us, there was something for everyone. During the day snacks are available to order via an app with a good range of choice. The kids made the most of the ice creams which were available various times through the day by the pool. The strawberry daqs are a must try. There was lots to do including water aerobics, magic shows over at the park, yoga, the mini golf course and football pitch where activities are held. There is also a small bowling area and pool tables inside. Entertainment was good in the evenings with a range of different tribute acts, quizzes and performing acts. The kids also loved the mini disco 🪩 The kids loved the splash park with the slides which has something for little ones and the bigger slides for older kids/adults. Fig free bay beach was a small walk which is lovely, nice and chilled vibes with stunning views. Overall, the hotel is lovely and I did not have one complaint, I would definitely stay here again ☀️
• 275craigf (10/5): Fantastic Family Holiday - We have just returned from 12 days at the sunrise oasis where we had a fantastic holiday. The staff are absolutely outstanding couldn't do enough for you. The food is the main restaurant is really good one of the the best all inclusive we have been to. The addition of the 4 dine out restaurants is excellent. We loved the Lemongrass and American diner but weren't keen on the Greek restaurant the food was a bit meh and it's almost like we were and inconvenience to the staff. The allocated sun loungers are a game changer, not having to rush up every day made out holiday more relaxing. We moved out loungers on our second day as we found ourselves in the shade but it wasn't any hassle for the pool team. They could possibly do with upgrading the grassy bit to AstroTurf as it does get quite muddy. The rooms were perfect for what we needed and they were cleaned every day. The pool was a bit chilly but once your in it's fine. Lidl across the road was really handy was weird browsing their Christmas items while standing in swim shorts and flip flops 🤣 The strip and some of the best beaches you'll ever see are only 5 minutes walk away. I don't think we'd return as we like exploring new places but I'd recommend the hotel to anyone it's fantastic.

• royzie1964 (10/5): 2nd stay, still just as good. - 2nd visit to this fantastic hotel, checked in again by the amazing Tracey on reception, nothing is too much trouble... thank you. Rooms are a really good size (floor 4) (Room 408) and kept spotless by our allocated cleaner. Food was good although not hot enough in my opinion so had to ask the chefs to whack my plate in the microwave as not one available to use in the restaurant, this was discussed with the on site manager, hopefully he will provide one. Adults pool was freezing too, nice but cold, maybe a slight temperature change would be welcomed come sept/oct. Also a big shout out to some fantastic staff, Abdullah from the adults pool, always looking out for us when our drinks were empty, top man, his brother Bilal, in the lounge bar, again always making us the best drinks. Ali in the reef restaurant, ensures our ordered food is made freshly, and Suzi in the main pool bar, she always likes a laugh and enjoys her work, all of the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. The sunbed/towel staff also try their hardest to sort out suitable sunbeds etc... This is a lovely hotel but i just wish some people would actually pick up their own/families rubbish up before leaving the tables/pool area etc... its not that difficult. Thank you sunrise for a fantastic 9 night holiday, it was simply awesome. Bless you all.
• Matthew (5/5): Was great fun and the kids enjoyed the pool and burgers and ice-cream. All in all a great holiday just a few things that - Clean, presentable hotel. Very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Short walk to the local beaches and shops. Comfortable and clean rooms, well maintained by good house keeping staff. Great pool and slides too. The stairwell always stunk of cigarette smoke. The food quality was average for a 4 star hotel, although looked very presentable. The pool was very very cold. Music around the pool during the day was far too loud and it really didn’t need to be as the guests taking part in pool exercise were straight in front of the speaker system. During the evening, the entertainment music was loud and went on too late, as most young families were already in bed by this time.

Drinks were great for all inclusive Pool and waterpark were fab Nice touch where you could scan to order from the snackbar from your sunbeds that were also reserved. entertainment was fab young lad from Greece was so lovely and so friendly. Rooms were very good and so spacious Nice variety of ice creams offerd with all inclusive. Reception staff were great. Only think I would say is it is quite an enclosed hotel/ space everything like the pool side and restaurant they wernt very spacious and the desert choice was poor. We did book a pool view room and as much as we liked our room it looked out onto the waterpark which was a little disappointing as we payed the extra for a pool view.
