Schlüssel wurde am Empfang hinterlegt und später wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Empfangsdame begrüßt. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat doch einen Charmen, was den sympatischen Angestellten zu verdanken ist. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus!

Man ist hier keine Nummer, sondern ein persönlicher Gast 🤩 Das Frühstücksbüffet war liebevoll hergerichtet, sehr reichlich und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Ruhige Lage. Hatte Glück und bekam ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick zum See. Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit frisch duftender Bettwäsche. Sauna und Infrarotlicht genossen, dazu gab es einen flauschigen Bademantel und flauschige Handtücher. Was braucht man mehr? Einen ganz großen Dank an das herzliche Personal 😊 ———

Matthias (7/5): - Wer den K&K Charme sucht, wird hier 100,% fündig. Das Interieur ist allerdings schon etwas stärker retro. Wer's so mag, dem wird es gut gefallen. Der Frühstücks- Service war ganz wunderbar.umd die wahre Seele des Hauses heißt Edith. Vom Balkon tolle Aussicht über See und Berge. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Achtung krasse und offensichtlich bewusste Falschangaben bei der Ausstattung. Aktuell besteht entgegen des booking Auftritts keinerlei Restaurantbetrieb!!!! In der Bar gibt es allenfalls ein Radler, aber weder Bier noch Wein. Wir hatten bei der Suche den Restaurant-Filter gesetzt, waren deshalb sehr enttäuscht und mussten tatsächlich noch einmal etwas anderes suchen. Die versprochene Minibar war auch nicht vorhanden und die Holzböden waren unter einem abgenutzten Teppich versteckt.

Martin (9/5): Das Hotel mit großer Historie kann ich durchaus weiter empfehlen. - Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Kein Problem war es, eine Eierspeise zu bestellen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, zwar nicht direkt am See, sondern etwas erhöht mit toller Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf See und Berge zu buchen.

Irena (10/5): Doporučujeme! - Ubytování bylo krásné, jako na zámku - chodby plné obrazů, nádherná jídelna. Vyzdvihujeme velice příjemný personál, a to jak u snídaně, tak především "Frau Edith" - milá, ochotná, vstřícná paní. Snídaně dostatečné s každodenní drobnou obměnou, na přání míchaná vajíčka nebo hemenex a čerstvou kávu v malé konvičče na stůl. Mají tu sauničku, k zapůjčení zdarma župany. Restaurace je v provozu až v létě, ale mohli jsme využívat "salon" naproti recepci - maji velký arzenál stolních her. Okolí nádherné (jezero, trasy atd.) - rádi se vrátíme v létě. Lyžování cca 20 minut odsud. Doporučujeme! Není tu lyžárna, ale lyžáky se mohly ponechat kousek ta recepcí.
Nathalie (9/5): Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaiser Franz Josef war herzlich, entspannt und rundum angenehm – ich habe mich mit meinen zwei - Auf meiner Reise von Kroatien nach Deutschland habe ich im Hotel Kaiser Franz Josef einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt – und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Schon beim Empfang wurde ich herzlich begrüßt. Die Empfangsdame war außergewöhnlich freundlich, offen und herzlich – wir haben uns sofort nett unterhalten und ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders schön: Meine zwei Hunde waren problemlos erlaubt. Beim Frühstück wurde mir sogar angeboten, in einem eigenen Raum mit meinen Hunden zu sitzen – diese Aufmerksamkeit und Rücksichtnahme fand ich wirklich besonders. Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein, sehr gemütlich und mit einem tollen Balkon. Ich persönlich liebe diesen alten, charmanten Stil des Hotels – es hat Charakter und eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Für mich steht fest: Wenn ich künftig wieder auf dieser Strecke unterwegs bin und einen Zwischenstopp brauche, werde ich sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten. Borut (8/5): - Dobra lokacija s pogledom na jezero in dovolj daleč od glavne ceste, da ni hrupa. Zanimiv hotel z veliko karakterja. Odlične postelje. Tiho dvigalo, ki ne moti spanca. Okusen zajtrk. Dovolj parkirnih mest. Velik balkon. Škripajoči leseni pod in tanke stene, ki zelo slabo dušijo zvoke iz sosednje sobe. Po 22. uri sicer postane v hotelu mirno, ker se gostje odpravijo spat.

Štefan (9/5): Izjemna lokacija, čudovit naravni ambijent in bližina jezera. - Zajtrk je okusen, dovolj raznovrsten in svež. Hotel nosi krasno zgodbo, kot jo ima v imenu, tudi z opremljenostjo...bo pa potrebna kakšna obnova opreme.

Roland (7/5): Nichts Besonderes - Rezeptionist und/oder Manager war top. Das wenige Personal sehr freundlich. Personalmangel akut (bestätigt) - Rezeption musste das Service quasi im Alleingang durchführen (zu Silvester!!!). Badezimmer zu eng und stank. Zimmer düster.

Chih-Huei (10/5): - Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer und super Lage! Zentrum und See sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und das Abendessen hat mir wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt.
Eberhard (9/5): Sehr erholsam, wenn man dem Trubel entfliehen will. - Die Lage des Hotels, der Ausblick und vor allem die Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Bei Frühstück wurden Sonderwünsche erfüllt und das Essen am Abend war Spitze. Für die Sauna war ich leider zu müde und konnte nur die heiße Dusche genießen. Auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe ausgeschmückt ist und sehr sauber gehalten wird, es ist nicht alles zeitgemäß.

Scrambled were always over when we came (9:20 every morning), we needed to show initiative to ask personel to prepare warm food (scrambled) for us. Dinner was not quite tasty for 4 star. No fish. Bar was not working. It was cold in living room.

Manuela (4/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Herrliches Frühstück & toller Kaffee. Der Restaurantbereich war gepflegt und sauber. Leider waren im Zimmer sehr viele Spinnweben. Auch der Lift sehr schmutzig. Der Saunabereich war ein sehr kleiner Raum, keine Liegen, kein Fenster und ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Die Sanitäranlage im Saunabereich waren schimmelig und sehr verkalkt.
