• Charlotte (6/5): - Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location closer to shops. The fact that you are in the same space with the landlord feels weird. Breakfast was not served as nothing was prepared us, yet they said it is available and paid for at the property.

Reservei a hospedagem em abril e 5 dias antes da minha estada (em dezembro, ou seja, 8 meses depois), eles me enviaram mensagem dizendo que eu teria que pagar 500 pulas além do que o booking estava cobrando, que eles não entendiam o valor do booking e que, se eu quisesse, teria que pagar, se não deveria cancelar. Nunca vi isso acontecer, achei péssimo.

• Shylat (9/5): Thank you for hosting us you are a wonderful woman. Be blessed abundantly. - The breakfast was really good. The owner was exceptional, she showed is love. The GPS took us to a wrong turn and our car got stuck. She came to rescue us and went out her way yo make sure we got all the help. It was raining and the car was stuck in a ditch in the mud and she came and helped. It took us 4 hrs to get the car out and she y called her pastor to come and assist us. Thank you so much and may God bless you indeed. We were so humbled🙏🏾. Nothing

Will never go back there again l do - The people that welcomed as were nice but the property itself was a joke It was soooo stuffy no aeration at all. The bedding so dirty very stained very old….the beds were broken they need to buy new beds…..not a comfortable stay after such a long drive. No towels no shampoo…..they can do better

• Abplanalp (5/5): Doable but a bit limit - Covered parking as appreciated Due to its somewhat remoteness, we would expect at least some bottled water to be available or even better the possibility to purchase a beer or other drink. There was no fridge in the room which was inconvenient as we travelled with items needing refrigeration. On request, our host organised some space in the kitchen fridge.
• Felix (4/5): Not great, disappointing stay - Breakfast was ok but on the smaller side. Outdoor space was nice. Pool was diry though so couldn't use it. When we arrived we were told they had double booked our room as someone had extended their stay. Our room was downgraded without compensation until we insisted that we should pay less. The staff were not apologetic about the situation. The room we were given was not clean. The bed headboard was disintegrating, the door to the toilet hanging off its hinges, the towels frayed with holes and general disrepair. It wasn't a comfortable stay.

• Terecia (1/5): It was not enjoyable at all... - Nothing! Will most definitely not recommend this facility. One thing that did work sort off, were the air conditioners. The outside lights didn't even work. There was no breakfast and when we requested breakfast it was clear that the property was not prepared and or willing to arrange it. When I saw the condition, the kitchen was in i am very glad that i have cancelled the requested. The property is in a horrible condition. The braai they provided was bad and we had to pack bricks on (what was left of) the bottom to prevent the coals falling out. The kitchen was on face value clean, but cockroaches kept out of wholes where the tap was supposed to be sealed off. When we wanted to leave early the following morning, the house was locked, and we could not get out. We just stayed to have a few hours rest before tackling the next round of kilometers and we could not get out-there were NO staff, and the woman only arrived after we made some Noice by activating and deactivating the cars alarm with the remote. It was horrible...

• Sally (5/5): Disappointing - The staff members were welcoming and very obliging and allowed us to make use of the kitchen so that we could heat up some food. The location was quiet and close to a large shopping centre. The room itself was spacious and there was plenty of hot water. The parking was on-site and secure but it was very awkward and would be extremely difficult for a large car to negotiate. Although we were told the building was quite new, the fittings were tatty and in some cases broken; for example, the curtain rod was falling off the wall. The towels were threadbare, one even had holes, and the coating on the bedhead was peeling off. Overall the place is in need of serious maintenance. It did not live up to expectations and we would not recommend staying here.

Room was terrible. Terrace area was nice, but pool was not maintained. Dining room and living room were nice but kitchen was a disaster. Staff was as helpful as possible and seemed resigned to the disrepair everywhere. Location on the end of block was nice and convenient. Could be a great accommodation with a lot of TLC.

If you complaint any issue with the staff proposes you to check out. The seat of comode was damaged. Which is heigly uncomfortable. The tap of wash basin is shaking. The AC remote was not working properly.

• Kristin (6/5): It's Good. - Room was spacious. Great location not far from Toro mall. Quiet neighborhood. Has the privacy of a home. The AC was not working well, it could switch on but only blew out hot air. Even asked the staff to assist with it but it was not much of a success. The whole unit is rather an old model and needs a replacement. The room looked clean but there was a lot of dust under the bed-not sure if ever gets cleaned. The pool was ok but was not 100% clean. The breakfast wasn't nice; js a slice of toast, eggs and vienna nothing else.
