• Michelle (8/5): Thank you. It was great. - The staff were very helpful and helped when we got lost getting there. Gave us water during the very hot weather. The heat in the room. Hard to sleep in, but a fan was provided, which helped a little.

So much light was in the roo - Good location and staff were very accommodating Hallway and room smells so much like cigarettes. Infact there was a cigarette in the radiator of the room. Cigarettes also on the walls.

• GIUSEPPINA (3/5): - Nelle vicinanze trovi supermercati, bar e pizzeria. La stanza è troppo piccola per due persone, si trova all'ultimo piano ricavata da un sottotetto. Faceva un caldo da morire e avevamo un ventilatore che spostava aria calda. Sarebbe indispensabile mettere in camera almeno un mini frigo e una sedia.

• Nuria (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento y a muy buen precio - La habitación estaba muy bien para el precio que tiene y, lo más importante, es que la habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios. El personal muy amable y atento. Están en recepción 24 horas, por lo que estás atendida en todo momento. Nos dieron secador de pelo y adaptados de enchufe, además de botellas de agua. La zona muy bien comunicada con el centro de Londres. Está muy cerca de la estación de Stanford y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. El barrio muy seguro y tranquilo, no sé escuchaba nada de ruido por la noche. Repetiría sin duda La cama y la almohada podrían ser mejor, pero para lo que se paga está muy bien.

Petit déjeuner (thé, café et lait + sucre). Accessible, commerce à proximité , gare et métro à environ 10 minutes. Le ballon d'eau a lâché donc une douche froide, mais vite réparé.

• Andressa (8/5): Bom pra quem fica pouco tempo em Londres e vai só pra dormir. - Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Estações de metrô e trem próximos. Ponto de onibus em frente. O hotel é velho, o chão faz muito barulho, tinha uma fresta enorme na parte de baixo da minha porta o que deixava o quarto claro na hora de dormir e também ouvia os outros hóspedes.

• Erika (7/5): Da valutare se ritornerò a Londra. - Appena arrivati alle 8 del mattino il signore ci ha fatto usufruire del bagno e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli. Quando siamo ritornati alla sera gentilissimo ci ha fatto trovare i bagagli in camera e ci ha dato tre bottigliette di acqua. La stanza piccolina, ma solo per dormire va benissimo. Lenzuola pulite e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Per il costo va benissimo ci si adegua.

• George (1/5): Staff not helpful - It's not far from the station Toilet was far too small and bed not very comfortable. Aside from all that we had a fire in the hotel, granted not the owners fault but there was no attempt to get us different accommodation meaning that we had to abandon our trip which has already cost us a lot of money. We got a refund for the room but no further compensation.

Room was very clean, and though space was tight, we had everything we needed. Very noisy neighbours, but that's congested London for you, nothing to do with hotel itself

• Valeria teresa (6/5): almeno un piccolo tavolino ed una sedia sarebbe opportuno metterli - accoglienza e disponibilità staff, pulizia giornaliera camera, 7/8 minuti alla stazione metro/bus camera un po’ piccola forse perché era una mansarda con tetto abbassato, mancanza di un tavolino ma soprattutto nessun appoggio in bagno, ho richiesto una sedia perché non c’era n anche quella. Lavandino piccolissimo in bagno e con un filo d’acqua.Peccato perché sono stati molto disponibili.

• Sharon (7/5): Great if you are on a budget. - The bed sheets a towels looked and felt fresh and clean. The room appeared clean. The hotel did smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors on arrival and I was immediately put off. The room was a little shabby and dated. Could do with new flooring.

The water of the shower is incredible hot, is literally impossible to have a bath. The staff doesn't speak English very well. I preferred to change hotel before the date.

• Rosa (7/5): Nice place in the middle of Stratford and close to the train station, rooms pretty small. - The receptionist has been extremely kind and helpful with providing us water, adaptor and informations on how to move around London, a great thank you for your professional service! The room was really really small, it was complicated even to open the luggage by the side of the bed 🫣. The carpet and the curtains were stained.
• Teigan (8/5): I would recommend for a short stay in London - The property was in an ideal location for an event I was attending, had parking available and reasonably priced. The staff were super nice and helpful, really made us feel welcomed. The room was very basic, clean and tidy but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and creaked a lot.

Furthermore, the building smelled strongly of cigarettes despite signs indicating that smoking was not permitted, and the bed creaked a lot whenever anyone moved in the night

It was really hot that we cant even feel the standfan. And temp outside the room is cooler ... The room temp.

Fan provided which helped in the hot weather. Room a bit dingy but absolutely couldn't fault it for the price. If you just need a bed for the night it's fine.

• Kukić (7/5): Good - The staff is amazing, they were very kind and approachable, very helpful and super easygoing. We had coffee in our rooms, hairdryer and clean towels. Location is excellent, less than 10 minute walk from the tube, and there are also local stores really close to the hotel. It really is value for money, if you're okay with budget travelling and smaller rooms. The room was a bit small, we didn't have enough room for our stuff (thankfully we were travelling only with our backpacks, if it had been suitcases we wouldn't have had space in the room to store them). But other than that, we had an amazing time.

• Jonathan (5/5): The hotel did it’s job in allowing me to have an affordable place to stay when not out and about. - The location is great as it isn’t too far from central London and it allows to have access to many underground lines from Stratford. The room is spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped. The pricing was "fair" for the room I got so the hotel being affordable is always a plus. I unfortunately found two roaches chilling on the nightstand just after putting my bags down... Let’s say that that was quite the surprise and not a good one :( The metallic bed frame was hanging on for dear life and was missing a couple of legs which means that I had no back support while lying down. The water pressure in the bathroom had a mind of its own and was most of the time amiss.
