• ALLA (3/5): не поеду в этот отель и скорее всего в турцию! - мы оплатили номер в январе 25 года полностью. заехали 16 сентября. они пользовались нашими деньгами 9 месяцев. мы рассчитывали, что будет номер с кухней, но при заезде нам предложили очень маленькую комнату, предложили доплатить 300 долларов. мы не стали доплачивать. если отель позиционирует себя, как аппарт-отель, то номера должны быть как апартаменты. без доплаты. мы жили 24 дня, а номера с кухнями стояли пустыми. персонаж вообще не слова не понимает по русски. хотя основные плательщики русские. едят, пью и живут щедро. не как европейцы: возьмут одну бутылку пива и пьют ее целый день. а персонал говорит только на их языке. в библиотеке книги на любых языках, кроме русского. не хочу больше ехать в турцию. встречайте своих европейцев!
• Tine Cecilia (7/5): - I had two spacious rooms and balcony with a view of the city and tower. The two airconditions worked fine and were strong. I felt comfortable. I had to ask for cleaning, but that is ok. The shower was weak and I didn't always have warm water. It worked a bit better after they changed it, but still too little water.

• Robert (10/5): We went to Alanya for four days from our home in kusadasi as we hadn’t been before,we enjoyed Alanya very nice and the a - The hotel was very nice very well situated for the beach and amenities,the receptionist was very helpful nothing was to much trouble the rest of the staff were very friendly and very helpful,the two pools where very clean and well maintained just one thing it could do with more sun beds,we upgraded to an apartment this was large with good size bedroom lounge had bed settee very comfortable also a kitchen with all you needed, Nothing
• Petar (5/5): Passable - Price was not bad. Location is convenient. Balcony with a dining table. Classic outdated apart-hotel of Alanya. There is no washing machine, they just offered laundry for a price. TV was just about size of a laptop screen, useless. The sofa was no better, you can't sit comfortably on it let alone watch tv. The kitchen was about as expected just the basics. half broken stove old frying pan shortage of cups, glasses etc. even bought some ourselves. No microwave. We got different apartment than was in our pics on booking also it said additional bathroom there was just one.
• Emma (10/5): Good value for money in safe and Nice area - Clean and Nice hotel. Close to everything you need, apartment has everything you need for a Nice stay also. The people working in this hotel is all really polite and friendly, very professional. A lot of Norwegian and scandinavian people here in the hotel, so Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Sweetest cleaning ladies in alanya! The pool has a lot of shadow during the day, but we are just 5 minutes from the Beach so no complaints 😅

• Zoran (8/5): We were verry satisfed stayed here - Great Balcony, good location, comfortable suit, free parking, close to the beach, restaurants and markets Everything was fine except few things Wi-Fi was very very bad, almost haven't at all times - The water pressure in the tub was awful, and the bath cabin doors were not functional, they were stuck all the time, the bath tube was old, and couldn't make the proper temperature of the water -- When our daughter came to visit us for 3 days the owner took more money than would we paid for the third person on the "booking.com" site if that site was working that days in Turkey. In the end, he waited for us at the front door of the hotel, frightened to escape that we would not have to pay an extra fee, which hurt me a lot
• Dwight (7/5): Cheap appartement with good value for money - Cheap apartments in the middle of antalya. Room was dated, but what do you except for less then 40 euro a night. Breakfast was fine, it was enough. No buffet though as advertised. Please update the rooms a bit so that it is up to 2024 standards and not the 90's.

• Nomadic (6/5): Good value but rough around the edges - Good value accommodation within walking distance of the bus station and close to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants etc. Apartment rooms were big and despite the old furniture quite comfortable. I think the rooms need a little updating and decorating etc. The kitchen was pretty basic and I did have a cockroach running around. I don't think it would be too difficult to improve things. The internet was not suitable for video calling although ok for basic web use.
• Zsolt (3/5): Avoid if you can... - Not too much come to my mind. Maybe I liked that I booked only 1 night instead of 2 nights. Haha. The whole place is very tourist, everybody want to make quick business in order to not work during winter. The customer is nothing but a dollar sign for locals. Streets are very loud till midnight , loud cars, loud music. The hotel is ruined. Elevator is slow and dirty, the rooms were used by thousands of people before without renovation.Beds are over used. The Aircon does not work, extreme hot in the room because this is a concrete building. Only 3 towels for 4 pax. I would avoid this city and this accomodation next time. Bonus: small breakfast and poor breakfast in my opinion.

• Iqmdismail (5/5): Passable - Location - everything is on your door step.. taxi, super market, restaurant, mosque, shopping beach tour etc It has self catering facilities Customer service - we had requested early check-in at 12pm but it was received by the hotel as 12am midnight. Nevrtheless when we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered a room straightaway and got us checked in. When checking out we enquired about leaving our luggage there for two days and nights and they were happy to accept that free of charge. Overall a pleasant and helpful welcoming by the chap and Yusuf at the reception. Oh and they also speak fluent English which is a great plus. As mentioned by previous visitors the property is very run down. Definitely needs updating as it is very outdated. The furniture and kitchenette needs to replaced too. We only booked for one night so it was OK. Also there is a separate cathedral for air conditioning. 5 euro per day. This is mentioned in Booking.com but I didn't notice before booking. We booked a one bedroom family apartment. The aircon was only in the bedroom and not in Living room where there 3 beds.. not sure how they would get cool air even if we paid for it. It was very cheap and also only for a night for us.

• Нурбек (1/5): The worst stay in the hotel - I liked the location which was close to the beach. And I was fooled by the photos believing that everything will be the sane or close to these photos, but in reality this hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed so far. Af the beginning, at the time of our entrance the co-owner is overcharged me by multiplying the Turkish Lira with the high rate, and after my question why did you do so, he just said you can cancel this order, but I was there with three kids and wife! How was I supposed to do this? Later on, our surprises continued in this hotel. General speaking, it was the first time when I was so deeply disappointed by Turkish owners of the hotel. They were just trying to fool you and make money out of nothing. Everything, starting from the staff and facilities, and finishing with the attitude towards its customers. Maybe it is due to past Covid situation or something else, but, they were very greedy trying to make money out of everything. They have overcharged me and at the end I paid more than I was supposed.

Not enough towels either All in all wouldn’t recommend
• Verified traveler (4/5): Ikke fornøyd. - Ble veldig skuffet. Har fått inntrykk av at det var et bra hotell, noe det absolutt ikke var. Fikk tildelt et rom, der det lignet mest på et skur. Airconditionen virket ikke som den skulle, og det var svinekaldt. Fikk beskjed å vente til hotellsjefen kom, for å bytte rom 3 netter til. Fikk da en 1+1, der virket ikke airconditionen i det hele tatt. Der fikk jeg låne stråleovn. Kjøkkenutstyr var klissete og skittent. Vaskingen er et eget kapittel, lå igjen et belegg på gulvet. Hadde innesko og det ble fotavtrykk på(nyvasket) gulv. Prisen står ikke til standarden. I resepsjonen/restauranten tørket de håndklær og sengetøy over stoler og bord. Ang klesvasken, håndklærne var grå og med rester av makeup. Betjeningen er det ingenting å klage på, de var både hyggelige og hjelpsomme. All honnør til dem.

Super bueno Very good!!! - Excellent service, rooms are big and is a clean place, prices are good, swimming pool (2 big 2 small) very good breakfast, the familiar environment is very nice, specially when you come with a big family, very safe. Der Chef selber zeigte mir dann Zimmer-Optionen , wobei er bei überraschend gutem Englisch (älterer Mann ...) offenbarte , das ich der erste D Gast seit langem ... Feuchte Bettlaken , kaltes Wasser (auch wenn man dies lange laufen ließ ...) und ein Frühstück zum Abgewöhnen (veraltete Butter wie auch das Drumherum) SAT-TV = 1 D TV-Programm einstellbar, bei ganz wenigen internat. ... Ein gut funktion. Kühlschrank wie überraschend gutes WLAN sogar im Zimmer konnten leider diesen miesen Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich entscheidend verschönern ... (P.S.: weil er keine Lust auf HP hatte , einigten wir uns auf nur FR für 15€ - auch in Anerkennung von Wechsel auf App.!)

Kun pyydettiin sitä niin respasta vastataan, että itse sitä käytätte, joten ostakaa itse. Lisävuoteet tosi kuluneita. Ne aiheutti selkäkipua, joten joidenkin oli pakko mennä muualle yöpymään.
• RMCBENTA (10/5): Great place - Very reasonable pricing. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the Kleopatra beach, preety quiet place. Very clean, affordable rooms and friendly staff. They provide free wifi and ac. They also have a pool with a sun loungers.

• Maia (4/5): - Der blev ikke gjort rent med mindre vi spurgte om det, heller ikke tømt skrældespande, givet rene håndklæder eller toiletpapir. Yderligere så var der utrolig meget støj ved poolen, hvor både fra unge voksne til børn skreg og teede sig som jeg ved ikke hvad. Sønnen, af manden der enten ejede hotellet eller stod for det overordnede, han sprøjtede vand på os, hvis vi enten lå at solede os, eller badede i den anden pool. Derudover, så var det virkelig upassende at de gæstende mænd og drenge stod og kiggede på os samt gav os “kysmunde”. Den ene gang fik en af de andre piger en drink af en ældre mand. Vi spiste frokost på hotellet en af dagene, hvor jeg bestilte en bolognese.. Da jeg er halvvejs igennem tygger jeg på noget hårdt, der viser sig at være et glasskår. Vi gør bestyreren opmærksom på det, som ikke rigtigt før noget ved det, og krævede stadig fuld betaling for mit måltid. Lokalitionen var fin, tæt på stranden og en af de store hovedgader.

• 338lioneln (8/5): reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and very friendly - I recently spent two weeks In Alanya, Turkey and highly recommend the Elegant Baronessa Apart Hotel. The hotel is reasonably priced, spacious accommodation, comprising of comfortable twin bedded bed room with air conditioner, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, fridge, cooking facilities and utensils. Overall the hotel was very clean with excellent food, wifi, very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke extremely good English. Situated close to shops, restaurants, bus stops and all amenities, tour agents for boat trips and many beautiful and historical sites. The beach is five minutes walk and includes free access to sun loungers, refreshment are also available.

The management and staffs are very friendly, they will help with anything possibly you may need. From the time I arrived they always welcome me and help me with my needs in the hotel and town, or visiting places and shopping. You can use the swinging pool which is clean and quaint or only a few minutes walk to the beach

We had to go to the reception to get toilet paper when needed, and the "free bathroom supplies" consisted of one used hand soap. Aircondition and internett was wery expencive. On the plus side, the pool was nice, and the people working at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

• Besthotel311214 (8/5): Customers for many times, Finland - We have been visiting Alanya for several times, and we have been living in Damlatas Elegant Apart about 7-8 times. It is located near the Kleopatra Beach, nearby is located many shops and restaurants, and also in the hotel is good restaurant. The personel is nice and helpfull, and You are free to go other restaurants too, the personel never asks where You are going and they dont "force" You to stay at their restaurant. The rooms are also cleaned many times during the week and You get clean towels often, You dont have to ask for those. We have been very pleased to this hotel, and we will come back over and over again =). Best wishes to all of the personel and the chef Ahmet =)

All what you need to spend grat holidays in Alanaya you will find near of hotel and if you dont hotel helpful staff will help. Im sure we will return back to this hotel.
• LisaAndh (8/5): More than satisfied - Stayed at the hotel for a week in the end of august 2012 with my family and all of us enjoyed our stay. So much infact that we are going back there in september. Friendly and helpful staff, the cleaning staff even did our dishes a couple of days. You often get what you pay for but in this case we all agree we got plenty, were not expecting such a clean and nice hotel considering how cheap it was. Looking forward to 7 september for a two week long vacation at Damlatas Elegant.

• 73MonicaD (8/5): A nice and friendly hotel - I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel that I ordered as a last minute trip. Clean and nice rooms. Close to beach and town center. A very nice and friendly staff. Wireless internet was available. The pool area was not that big, but OK, with sun all day. I can warmly recommend this hotel, which offer you a nice stay to a affordable price.
