• Jason (9/5): Great staff and location - The staff were very friendly and accommodating letting us check in much earlier than expected after our overnight bus. The room was spacious with room cleaning and bottled water supplied daily. They also gave us good advice for localities including motorbike rental. The location was great, although we hired a motorbike, there was plenty within walking distance. In our room, the main overhead shower head was broken so it sprayed water into the ceiling if used. The ceiling area above was stained/wet to show this wasn’t a new problem. This wasn’t an issue for us as the other smaller shower head was mounted in a way where we could use that without holding it and had plenty of water pressure. Would still highly recommend booking here

• Tiffany (9/5): Emplacement idéal, accueil parfait et propreté impeccable - Chambre assez spacieuse, d’une propreté remarquable. Emplacement parfait. Le personnel est très aimable et prévenant. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées. Nous avons eu des soucis une nuit avec des voisins très bruyants. Le personnel a été très compréhensif et nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour notre dernière nuit. Cela a été très appréciable.

It was very closed to the airport, walking distance to the restaurants and the temples. The property was very nice and the room comfy. We like a lot the Lobby area, we were enjoying our breakfast there and the small living room was perfect for my family (4 p)

• Su Ping (9/5): Overall, it was a good stay and a convenient base for exploring the Old City. - The location was excellent, right in the Old City and very convenient. There were plenty of food options nearby, and many massage parlours were within a 10-minute walk. It was also easy to get around by Grab or tuk tuk, which made exploring very convenient. The bar next door plays music until late at night, so it can sometimes be a little difficult to sleep. The towels were also a bit inconsistent, as some were softer and more absorbent than others.

We had three rooms and we had to contact reception to get toilet rolls, water and towels during our stay there. So a little more attention is needed by room cleaning staff.

• Nicole (9/5): Perfect stay to explore the Old City, great location - This is a super cute hotel located in a great area of the old city! We were able to mainly walk everywhere for all of the shops/bars/restaurants and general tourist areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and kind. They even gave us a free breakfast coupon on our last day which was such a nice touch. We had tours pick us up from here with no problem. We got our laundry done here which was very reasonably priced and less stressful than waiting at a launderette. The hotel is located down a small side alley, so there is no main traffic whizzing past which I liked. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing!

• Karriamm (2/5): 槽糕，很差劲。 - 在古城内，离主要景点步行在1公里可以到达，旅馆有电梯，房间数量很少，很清静。 这栋建筑物是旧屋，灯光昏暗，不隔音，木质家具陈设90年代旧款式房间面积很小，床上用品颜色太丑了，土黄色（我去很多国家旅行住过很多旅馆，大多数都是白色，这个旅馆比美国的汽车旅馆还旧），迷你厕所，没有浴帘，没有玻璃门，没有高差洗澡水往外溢出，WIFI信号很差，没有USB充电接口？？？还有重要一点！！现在2026年房间没有电话？？？客房服务几乎没有，服务人员很少，房间的卫生需要客人去催，到达第一晚发现洗手池设施有坏的，给前台人员拍了照片，想打电话发现没有电话，需要客人自己下楼叫人，到房间当面沟通之后前台人员说第二天来修，住了4天没有人来维修？？？？也没有人回复，花了一万多泰铢性价比太低，没有享受服务，这个价格在其他国家可以住3星酒店。

• Dave (7/5): Prima hotel, fijne locatie - Chiang Mai is een stad met een dorpskarakter. Locatie is prima, lieve mensen, heel.behulpzaam, spreken alleen slecht Engels. Lekker bed. Ontbijt ok, voor iedereen is er wat, broodjes, muesli, yogurt en fruit. Buiten het hotel heb je Hanna, dat is echt een aanrader voor ontbijt, prima cappuccino ook. Badkamer met een halve wand is niet fijn, je moet de regendouche even naar binnen buigen anders wordt het een waterballet. De kamer is erg klein, is is geen kast voor je spullen, dat is wel even improviseren.
• Deborah (5/5): Very disappointing. Difficult room. - Good points. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi in room 304 worked fine. It was nice to have an elevator with automatic doors. Boutique. For me this has come to mean "uncomfortable". The room was tiny. The bed occupied most of the room. There was no place to open my large bag, however 2 tiny stools (or tables?) placed at the foot of the bed allowed me to access my bag without crawling on the floor. There is no storage other than an open hanging rack with 4 hangers located directly above the tiny fridge with the kettle/ coffee/ tea service on top. Any clothing hung there was laying on top of the coffee service items. The shower. Very strange. Scalding hot water alternated with freezing cold water moment to moment every time I used the shower between 6am and 11pm. The handheld shower head had only one position on the wall. Put there, water sprayed outside the shower. There was no plug for the sink drain, only a gaping hole. The only place to put toiletries was a tiny open shelf next to the toilet. The AC temperature setting had nothing to do with the actual temperature in the room. I set it at 26° and was still freezing. The AC blows directly onto the bed. Turn it off and the room becomes sweltering in a few minutes. The floor was very dirty. I always take off my street shoes when I enter a room. Walking across my room's floor without wearing the provided shoes made my feet black. Much worse than walking around Chiang Mai all day in sandals.

• Giorgia (8/5): Lovely stay in Chiang Mai old town. - Very nice hotel within the walls of the old town, in an area that is relatively quiet. The team endeavoured to make my stay comfortable and I felt very well looked after. The internet didn't work in my room, the team did all they could to fix it but ultimately that was not possible. Good connection in the lobby.

• Thalia Shaneika (10/5): Lovely stay, close to restaurants and markets - It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street that hosts the Sunday Night Market in Chiang Mai’s Old City. Plenty of traditional Thai and non-Thai restaurants nearby. The property had 24hr staff at the reception so I felt super safe and attended to at all times during my stay as a female solo traveler. The staff were also extremely welcoming and kind!

• Hartmut (8/5): Stay to explore the old town of Chiang Mai - Location, ambiance and great helpful people make it a nice place to stay. Everything is spotlessly clean. Seating for breakfast is limited. Have your breakfast later in the morning or you can find many other options close by. An extra pillow would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

As it’s in the old city area u can walk to 4-5 major temples by yourself! The room is a bit small. If the price is a bit cheaper then it’s a great place to stay in!

La pulizia è evidente e lo staff è gentile e disponibile, nonstate non tutti parlino inglese perfettamente, fanno sforzi e usano il traduttore pur di aiutare il cliente. Ho trovato molto gradevole la struttura e ottima la posizione poi La camera è molto piccolina senza spazio per gestire le valigie (ma ci si adegua) e la sera di capodanno fino alle 2 del mattino c'era una musica techno assordante da un locale vicino e anche in camera si sentiva molto forte.

• Luca Domenico (8/5): Capodanno a Chiang Mai - 3 giorni tra elefanti e templi - I punti forti di questo hotel sono la posizione e la massima cordialità, attenzione e disponibilità dei gestori, che sono sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza impegnandosi al massimo (ad esempio in pochi minuti ci hanno fornito un topper per il materasso che per noi era troppo duro). Dall'aeroporto sono solo 10 minuti di taxi, prenotabile facilmente con Grab. A piedi si raggiunge in un attimo il centro e le zone più vive. A circa 10 minuti di distanza a piedi abbiamo trovato un ottimo ristorante vegano dove cenare (godsouls kitchen - ci siamo tornati 3 volte, si cena in due con appena 600 bath). è stato molto comodo usufruire del servizio lavanderia dell'hotel. Nel complesso grazie a questi particolari mi sono trovato molto bene, nonostante qualche aspetto migliorabile. C'è poco spazio in camera. bisogna organizzarsi un po' per muoversi con due bagagli grandi. Forse aiuterebbe predisporre un apposito spazio per i bagagli. In bagno bisognerebbe aggiungere degli appendi-asciugamani più solidi, perché quelli adesivi alle pareti sono molto precari. La colazione non ha molto da offrire per cui consiglio di evitarla. Il materasso resta piuttosto rigido anche con il topper, però in questo caso è soggettivo (io ho dormito molto bene, mia moglie meno).
• Jili (9/5): 安静且方便的住处 - 1. 位置很好，在古城内一个很安静的区域，离景点，购物都不远。房间有个小阳台，适合闲坐发呆看风景。是个度假的好居处。2. 早上前台的服务人员很热情，可以帮助叫出租车，临走时前台还追出来送了小礼物，让人很开心。3，新装修的酒店，各种设施齐备都很新。下次还会和朋友再来小住一些时间的，也希望还能遇见前台小姑娘。

• Ellina81 (6/5): - Posizione comoda nella città vecchia per visitare i vari templi, camera spaziosa e prezzo ottimo Sala per la colazione minuscola (due tavolini, quattro sedie), pochissima scelta di cibo e quello salato servito completamente freddo. Quando siamo entrati in stanza gli asciugamani erano bucati; inoltre non ci hanno pulito la camera perché non avevamo appeso alla porta il cartello "make my room", ma nessuno ci aveva detto fosse necessario (e in anni di viaggi non mi è mai capitato che non pulissero per questo motivo). Non si tratta sicuramente di un "boutique" hotel
