• Barbora (9/5): Ubytování odpovídá ceně, byli jsme naprosto spokojení. - Místo je velice příjemné. Několik domečků s různými apartmány. Zařízení takový řecký standart. Velmi pohodlné postele a dostatečně prostorný apartmán. Chtělo by to trochu zapracovat na úklidu. Ve sprše občas použít samo proti plísni. Ale nic hrozného.

Pool was a good size and sunbeds available during our stay. Clean bedding and towels provided every couple of days. Bathrooms were grotty, especially shower curtain. The bar music was ridiculously loud some nights; struggling to chat outside opposite the bar area. The man behind the bar wolf whistling at women was irritating. The pool was cloudy by the end of the week.

Good bus service so easy access to beaches and Skiathos town. Also easy to access super market and local tavernas. Apartment was swept daily. Bed was comfortable and freshing bedding on alternate das. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. Shower space and toilet need a good scrub. Toilet in particular was dirty.

Bbq night is much fun, the nerby beach, although further than advertised, is nice. Some good restaurants in the area. All in all, good holidays. Old furniture, the stairs are squikee, ac in the upper floor doe not reach the main bedroom fully. No liqiud soap for dishes, no sponges. There should be some basic spices like salt, pepper. The local supermarket is quite expensive.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Air-con was a god send! The pool area was ok but we prefer the beach so didn't spend a lot of time there. The room was very dated and could do with a revamp...the bathroom was not great at all 🤢

• Judit (10/5): - Nagyon szép környezetben van a szállás, rövid sétára a csodálatos tengerparttól. A személyzet kedvesen fogadott, a megadott idő előtt kész lett a szoba, amit el is foglalhattunk. A korai érkezés miatt nekünk ez nagy segítség volt a melegben. A szoba tiszta, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, napi takarítás, törölköző, ágynemű csere teljesen rendben volt. A medencét mi nem használtuk, de az is hibátlan volt. Este sok a szúnyog, a környező kisboltokban lehet kapni riasztót. A konyha felszereltségét lehetne bővíteni, aki önellátó apartmant választ családdal, annak nem biztos, hogy elég a főzéshez egy serpenyő és egy fazék és fakanál sem volt. Mosogatószert és szivacsot szintén vennünk kellett. Nem okozott gondot, csak furcsa volt.

• Hayley (10/5): Highly recommended - We felt very settled straight away, the location is excellent, 10 min walk to beach, 3 mins to bus stop to go all around the main resorts and town. Great places to eat and shop within walking distance. We loved the friendly feel to the place, feels like staying with a family and many people there have been coming for years. The owners and lovely girl behind the bar made us very welcome. The pool is lovely, very clean, peaceful, never struggled to get a bed or umbrella. We stayed in the 7 bed townhouse. There have been some bad reviews about the accommodation but we loved it. It is rustic / traditional but was clean with plenty of room inside and lovely seating area outside with views of the countryside. We would say it would be small for 7 adults but perfect for our family of 4. We loved sitting out and listening to the animals at night. The karaoke and Greek night was brilliant fun. We would definitely recommend to people who want something authentic with a laid back friendly atmosphere. Nothing.

• Uva (8/5): Molto ben posizionato per andare alle belle spiagge di Skiathos - La strada dove è collocata l'entrata della struttura è un pochino trasandata e la penalizza. La casa era spaziosa e parzialmente ristrutturata, i materassi ed i letti erano molto nuovi. L'appartamento ha un patio grandissimo dove si può mangiare e riposare. La piscina è molto gradevole, con lettini e materassi confortevoli e il giardino curatissimo. Purtroppo lì vicino c'è una fattoria con animali che fanno molto rumore, anche di notte: l'asino raglia durante la notte ed il gallo canta sia di notte che all'alba. Se hai il sonno leggero non è adatta a te! Forse non sempre ci sono questi rumori, ma nella settimana in cui ho soggiornato io erano molesti. Anche le zanzariere solo solo su un lato dell'appartamento e quindi di notte se lasci finestre aperte vieni punto.

• Lucinda (9/5): Leuk park met heerlijk zwembad en lieve eige aren - Bij aankomst werden we meteen verwelkomt door de eigenaar met een lied en dikke knuffel. Waar vindt je dat nog tegenwoordig. Het personeel is echt héél erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een heerlijk zwembad, goede bedjes ,ons huis ,het herenhuis was groot! 7 slaapplaatsen wel een krakende trap elke keer omhoog en naar beneden maar daar wen je ook aan . De keuken had een magnetron, waterkoker, een oven elektrische kookplaat genoeg bestek en servies ,maar geen koffiezetapparaat. Er stonden wel filters om koffie met de hand te zetten . 3 terrassen waarvan 1 met tafel. De schoonmaak is echt tiptop geregeld wij waren er een week en het bed is 2x verschoont en de handdoeken werden dan ook meteen schoon neergelegd. Elke dag werden de vuilnisbakjes geleegd wat erg fijn was , vooral in de wc. Ohja ,vrij parkeren op het terrein ook erg fijn. Wij miste eigenlijk als enige een lekkere bank waar je op kan zitten . De stoelen buiten zaten wat hard en rechtop en geen kussentjes. Binnen was er genoeg ruimte om ergens een bank neer te zetten na een andere indeling beneden. Als je bij de accomodatie weg rijd de grote weg op heb je een beetje stijl stukje zonder uitzicht op de weg links en rechts dat was soms een beetje op goed geluk gaan. Wat ook wennen was maar toch ook wel weer leuk ,waren de dieren van de boerderij verderop. Hanen, kippen ,vogels schapen en ezels die mekaar regelmatig riepen ook 's nachts maar je went eraan . En de honden uit de buurt maar dat hoort er allemaal bij ,bij de Griekse platteland ervaring.

• Alan (10/5): Excellent, value for money accommodation in a very handy location on a beautiful island - Handy location walking distance from beach and many excellent eateries. A few yards from supermarkets and lovely bakery and also bus stop 18 of an excellent bus service that can be used for transfers to and from airport. Wonderful staff….Kostas the proprietor is so laid back and the ever-smiling Rena was the perfect hostess. Nice intimate feel about the pool bar with activity of some sort on every night….and an exceptional English breakfast available if required. Basic cooking utensils in kitchen but who cooks on holiday anyway??!! Room was cleaned regularly and sheets and towels changed three times in the week! I was lucky to have a generous sized patio on ground floor with comfortable seating and four sunloungers….this at the expense of a better view over the adjacent olive grove….a fair trade off!! A lovely swimming pool is available with plenty of sunbeds…. Skiathos town is a comfortable 3 euro bus ride…. A great place to stay. 🤔 can’t think of anything right now!

• Denzil Lee (9/5): - The hosts/owners are really nice and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and big with a nice private terrace. We hired a car via the hosts and it was low cost and all very straight forward. Music in the bar too loud most of the time - it also went on until late at night and our apartment was close to the bar - so if you stay here make sure you ask from an apartment away from the bar.

Il bagno era grande fornito di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e asciugacapelli. Parcheggio coperto. Posizione tranquilla e ottima per visitare l’isola, vicino alla fermata del bus, supermercato, ristoranti. Il bagno dopo la doccia si allagava perché non c'era la tenda o il vetro.

Activități zilnice la care puteai să iei parte. Rena a fost foarte amabilă și drăguță. Micul dejun a fost variat, cafeaua foarte bună! Nu am nimic de obiectat.

• Debra (9/5): We will be back xx - What a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was fabulous and rooms were spacious and cleaned on a regular basis. The location is ideal as all amenities are closed by and no steep banks. A big thank you to Stephanie and Kostas who were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Also a huge thank you to Rena who goes above and beyond in ensuring guests have an amazing stay. Made some fabulous friends and we will definitely be back next year. As soon as we arrived we noticed that there wasn't any bodywash/shampoo and hand wash so we had to go twice to the "reception" to ask for it, and they sent someone to ONLY to check that we werent lying and there actually wasn't any soap. The room where we stayed had old furniture and it wasn't property cleaned (there were huge spiderwebs and stuff previous guests had left over and the shower tiles and curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages), some electrical plugs didn't work and one of them was also disconnected from the wall. The upstairs light wasn't working. The wooden stairs that led to the second floor were extremely noisy, so when someone had to go down the stairs at night they would wake up everyone sleeping. We stayed one week and they only changed the bed sheets once. The towels were only changed once every three days. They don't clean the room on Sundays. And the bedroom window didn't have a curtain so the morning light woke everyone up. The sink's water was yellow. The pool was green probably because the water wasn't filtered or cleaned regularly. The room is equipped with a kitchen but the utensils were very old so we couldn't use them l and when we asked if there was some some dishwash and a sponge they rudely replied that we had to go buy our own at the supermarket. There isn't a real reception there's only a bar. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
• Alice (10/5): - The staff were really great especially Rena. She really went out of her way to engage with our 2 daughters (8 and 5 years old) and make them feel at home. By the end of the holiday they absolutely adored her and there were a few tears on the way back to the airport. The position in Troulos is great to explore the island and Troulos beach is a 10 mins walk and it is a really nice beach with spectacularly clear water. We had the 2 bedroom villa which was spacious enough for us with comfy beds. It also has a massive outside terrace with table and chairs overlooking olive trees and it was really lovely to eat there in the evening. It was cleaned daily with bedding and towels changed every 3 days. Soap and toiletries are provided which is nice. There is a pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar with daily entertainment. A big win was the bbq and Greek dancing night. The staff really made sure the girls had fun and they had an absolute blast,as did we. The pool had some kind of problem and it turned green. We were mostly going round the island anyway so not spending too much time at the pool and it was addressed promptly but it did take a couple of day to clear up and it would have been a bigger issue if we had planned to spend more time there. In the apartment there is a bath with a shower curtain or a shower cubicle with no screen. We were mostly using the shower, but with no screen, it was basically making the entire bathroom wet, so you had to remember to put the toilet roll somewhere shielded before showering otherwise it would be soaked. There are quite a few mosquitoes, which I know is inevitable in this climate but not all windows had mosquito nets which is a bit of a shame. The kitchen could also have a few more items. We decided to cook most of the time but for example there were no proper knives to cut vegetables, not enough bowls etc

• Emanuele (6/5): - La cortesia, la disponibilità dello staff (soprattutto di Rena o Reena, attenta ai clienti, cortese e simpatica) e la posizione (lontana dal caos della città ma vicina alle spiagge piú belle). L'alloggio non era il massimo, troppe zanzare (mancano le zanzariere), inoltre gli ultimi giorni non é stato possibile utilizzare la piscina per un problema all'acqua diventata verdastra.
• Tim (10/5): Great apartment with pool, close to everything you need for a holiday - We had a lovely stay here at Koukias Village. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and made the stay feel very special. We didn’t want to leave. Our 7 year old son was so sad getting into the taxi to go back home, he wanted to stay another week! We would definitely recommend and would love to return in the near future. The food was really good. The service was amazing. The location was perfect. It’s next to some really nice places to eat, a couple of small convenience stores. 10 minute walk to a stunning beach. There’s a bus stop right outside that takes you along the coast and also into Skiathos Town. We’re really glad we chose this place to stay, it had everything we needed and the staff were lovely.

• Victoria (10/5): Lovely family holiday - Great location near restaurants and Troulos beach. So easy to hop on the bus to Skiathos town also . The pool area and sunbeds were fantastic. No issue getting a sunbed ever. The food at the bar and the atmosphere was lovely , very chilled out with welcoming helpful staff. They arranged a jeep for the day, which was great fun as was the greek night. Highly recommend this place 😄 Nothing

• Ann (8/5): - We had the 2 roomed villa for 5 people, it had good air conditioning, and always plenty of hot water, a lovely terrace with a swinging chair and it was perfect for our group. The farm animals were funny with their different noises. Rena at the bar/ reception was wonderful always very helpful with any advice that you needed and always with a smile 😁. The pool was great, there were always plenty of sun beds, the greek night was good fun! The beach was about 15 minutes away down the main road. The apartments were very central on the island, Bus stop 18. Good supermarkets & bakery just across the road. Lots of good restaurants locally too, We enjoyed our stay here. Kareoke most nights, it's not really our thing,! The dogs are constantly barking early hours of the morning, from neighbouring houses, and lots of mosquitoes in August.

• Cristina (7/5): - The pool was nice, there were a lot of restaurants in the area, close to the bus station, 15 minutes walking from the closest beach, the girl in the pool restaurant was very friendly and nice Old furniture, making a lot of noise, a lot of noise from outside during the night (dogs barking all night long), the food from the pool restaurant doesn't seem so fresh and tasty, high temperature in the room and the AC was not functioning very well, a lot of mosquitos (the windows were not having mosquito protections)

• Heliophos (10/5): Koukias Village is not only perfect accommodation, but it is also a place you can quickly call home. - The environment was stunning, and we immediately felt like part of the family that runs the accomadtion. Everyone was so kind and cheerful, especially Rena. Everybody were also very patient with my attempts to speak Greek. The rooms were always beautifully cleaned. We loved the gorgeous pool and the chilled beer served with delicious fried nuts. Every evening, there was fantastic entertainment and great fun, which didn’t affect the noise level in our room at all because Koukias is so well-designed. We enjoyed the sounds of donkeys and cicadas, which added to the wonderful atmosphere. If we visit Skiathos again, it will definitely be here. The hardest part was saying goodbye after 12 days of staying there. It was very emotional to leave our second home. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Fornito di shampoo doccia sapone e asciugacapelli... Gestori molto accoglienti e la sig.na Rena ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti... Al venerdì sera al villaggio serata greca con cena e ballo ( con ballerini esperti) al sabato sera pool party e durante la settimana karaoke biliardo ecc ecc... Top Nulla tutto perfetto ...
