Zero sound proofing. They don't even change bedsheets when guests change. Most atrocious breakfast buffet spread. No eggs, cold tea, masala chicken in breakfast! Absolute waste of money.

They changed our room proactively when we reported water logging in the bathroom. We were allowed late checkout by an hour. Quality of south indian items in the menu (Idli, Vada etc.). Idli was hard and dry. Vada was far from being porous and the inner potion was uncooked.

- Aak (9/5): The stay was satisfactory. However, confusion of breakfast and cot stayed till checkout. - I booked for 3 x rooms with breakfast and free cot for 2 x kids (6 and 11 years). However, on first day breakfast was not included, even after immediate query on the reception, very same day after breakfast. Issue regarding breakfast was again raised very same day during dinner. Also additional amount was paid for one cot which was shown free on the website while booking.
